I just moved to the area and needed a new massage therapist, unfortunately I will have to keep looking. The headrest was uncomfortable and kept shifting downward while laying on my stomach making it difficult to swallow occasionally when was mouth was dry. The air was on and the room was freezing cold and the vent is directly under the massage table - I mentioned this during the massage and I was offered and given heating pads - but turning the AC off would've been a great option as well, and I paid for a 90 minute massage that did not go the full 90 minutes. It was cut off around 80 minutes. Lastly, I asked for my lower back to be worked on and was told not to worry and was given a painful rubbing experience over my bones that I clearly was in pain and moving away from which left me tense. It was also pretty overpriced - around $150 with tip. In response: Thank you for responding. I want to clarify a few points: * The therapist I had barely spoke English, so the claim that I 'indicated everything was satisfactory' isn't accurate -- I couldn't communicate effectively with her despite trying. * The table was uncomfortable and the headrest kept slipping throughout the service, which I did mention multiple times. * The room was extremely cold, and while heating pads were offered, the AC was still blowing directly on me. * I also didn't receive a full 90 minutes of massage time -- I was dressed and leaving the room around the 80-minute mark. * When I asked for attention to my lower back, the pressure was directly on bone and painful, which I verbally communicated at the time. Each stroke was powerful and I knew within the first few minutes that this massage was legit high quality. This is a very active type massage and I was stretched into a pretzel.
