I'm not used to concerts like this, standing room only. The lines were so long with no clear signage for which line you're supposed to be in. The staff was cool and very helpful. I'm glad I got to experience it. I most likely won't go back but I'm glad I went to see atarashii gakko!

I am a fan. We have been coming since it was originally called the Bomb Factory. It's easy to access, intimate and an overall great venue for live music. Other Yelpers complain about the view and that's the main rub. You need to get a good spot to see. Otherwise it's really fun. Clean bathroom, plenty of bar available and good sound. Plus plenty of good acts. Here is a recent show we saw, and pic from the very back.

Doors open an hour before the show, there's usually a small line to get in I'm sure it gets much longer closer to the opening act and the main Act. You will need to go through a metal, I appreciate the security and they do enforce their bag policy must be a clear bag or a very small handbag, I just wore shorts with pockets in them. The merch line was long but it felt like it moved pretty quickly. The bathrooms were big, well lit, and there was a bathroom attendee, no lines of ladies restroom! The sound quality is not the absolute best, but I think the stage feels like it's pretty close to the first few rows and overall did not diminish the experience. I like this venue and I've gone to multiple shows over the years here and enjoy the renovations they have done. Rock on

My first time here, and my experience rocked. The gal checking me in had a bit of an issue scanning me in, I bought my ticket on Groupon, but it scanned just fine. She was under the impression that tickets needed to be scanned from the vendor app. Not so! Get yo Groupon, on. Some were surprised that this is mostly a general admission venue, which means standing room unless you have a VIP ticket on the balcony. You get that old school club feel, with superior sound quality. I am 5'5 and everywhere I moved around, I had a great view. Dinks are always going to be pricy at a show, the bathrooms and clean, and I thought the experience ran very efficiently. I came early and parked in the lot under the overpass, right down the street, for $5. Also, Collective Soul rocked.

We came here for Dabin (an EDM artist) in March of 2023 for his Sanctuary Tour, and it was a lot of fun: a large space with high ceilings and nice visuals. I'd say as a venue it's definitely a step up from most Texas EDM venues, and significantly better than something like NOVA in San Diego or Academy in LA. The only issue was later in the night, it definitely got uncomfortably packed, and we were squished tighter than a pack of sardines. I'm not sure if they oversold the venue for that show--- the other negative is Deep Ellum as a location is becoming progressively more dangerous and it's definitely noticeable. If you have an artist you like though, definitely come with friends, stay safe, and you'll have a great time

Not for short people. Can't see a thing. Just a sea of armpits. They let wayyyy too many people in and it's so crowded.

Although they offered seating down low, it was constantly rotating on availability depending on the performers. If I wanted to find a seat, I could have. I mostly stood near the bar which wasn't too crowded since it was an all ages event. After standing there for about 2 hours, they did ask us to move to the end of the bar for potential customers .. there never really were more than 3 people ordering at a time, but we still moved. We got tall boy White Claws and it was the perfect sipper drink. The lighting and sound was good for the experience here and they had plenty of vantage points (including a VIP upper floor). Security wasn't bad, I didn't bring a bag, so I breezed through. There's a large parking structure right behind the TBF, so walking over was very easy too. We did initially have handicap people in our group who opted not to attend after we shared that the surrounding sidewalks were not very level and that the amount of people might be a little tricky for navigating with a walker. All in all though, I had a great time here!

Ubers pick you right up in front of the doors so that's nice. I think this is the cleaner concert venue in Dallas. The bar and bartender are all very nice and do a great job. It's was definitely packed but we were able to get our drinks quick. This is a great general admission venue!

Think I heard it holds about 400 people. There's a bar in the back, and a bar to the side of the stage, so it was pretty easy to get a drink at all times (important!). I can't really comment about the sound because the Buzzcocks played LOUD, but I enjoyed it, even when I went deaf. The opening band wasn't really my cup of tea, so we all went out to the patio. A huge patio at that. It was fun looking at the Dallas skyline and watching the hoochie mama's below going to the Pittpull concert. Hello silicone, but I digress. I didn't really mind paying $4.50 for weak cocktails, or $4 for Shiner, even when it was poured in a plastic cup. The bathroom attendant was so unnecessary, though. Is she always there? There are only two bathroom sinks, and we were at a punk show ferfucksake. Any who. I felt the venue was solid for what it does, and the fact that I was able to get so close to punk legends sealed the deal.

That can only be accomplished by being up close and personal. The loft is so much more intimate than the Palladium below. The bartenders can get busy, especially between sets, but don't worry they'll get to you. Between sets take a breather on their awesome balcony. Take some pics with your friend/significant other with the Dallas skyline. With all these positive marks you would expect a 5 star review. Sadly, the band line up is pretty limited. My favorite recurring band are the Spazmatics. I wish they could take a cue from Granada's rotation. Still, if your favorite band comes, it's a no brainer! Band with a view
