They smoke the old fashion way of slow and long with only wood smoke. Service was very courteous and fast. According to my wife it is the best bbq she has ever eaten and she is not really bbq lover. Cousin's truck is a luxury motor home tricked-out with all the latest bells and whistles of high tech. I ordered up their Me Lobster Roll and a cup of lobster bisque and headed home to shelter from the rain. Food was a bit pricey and, in my opinion, fairly bland. There were big chunks of lobster in the sandwich but little seasoning or taste, I have had the Lobster Roll at Cove in Portage which was really delish dish with a great view for the same price.
