First time I went to get a haircut at this shop the barber Eric Bernal did a good job: however my last visit, I made an appointment with Eric K at a specific time, I showed up on time and he's already cutting someone else's hair. I understand it's Saturday, they're busy but I said fine maybe he'll finish soon but it seemed like he had just started. I said ok I'll wait; so I wait over 15 minutes until he's finally finished and then tells me to have a seat while he goes outside to his car, another 15 minutes passed and doesn't not return so that did it for me and I ended up leaving as I had waited 30 minutes after my appointment time. If you have an appointment system, respect people's times as people are on a time basis and have places to be, if you're running late at least be honest and greet the customer and tell them "hey I'm sorry I'm almost done, I'll be right with you." These places only care about the money and over book or try to many people as they can when they walk in. I had to tell another barber to tell him I was leaving and he did not have the nerve to apologize or offer another barber. You lost a customer as I will never return here. read more

Made an appointment the day before for my husband and son. My son is a toddler and Orlando was very good with him and his hair cut received a ton of compliments. My son is pretty good at sitting still but nonetheless very happy with the quality, will be repeat customer. My husband got a haircut and beard cut with Josh and he took his time to make sure it was neat, I can tell the difference when he comes here and when he doesn't. read more

First time going to a professional to do my hair for my birthday a little treat to myself and wasn't happy at all, went in with a photo in mind and came out nothing close to the photo then came back a week later to get it fixed/covered back up and I was happy leaving but when i went to brush my hair after it being in a clip all day my hair wasn't able to be brushed out... I still had hair dye in my hair that was sitting all day long... didn't figure that one out until I wet my hair and all this dye is coming out and dying my fingernails..... let's just say I'll be doing my own hair from now on. If I could give 10 stars for The Boulevard Barber Shop I would. In my 64 years of getting haircuts, it is always challenging to find someone who is willing to get to know my style (albeit thinning, gray hair) and help me age well. These guys cater to every age! Great to see them interact well with kids. I specifically want to give kudos to Josh for his consistent availability and good humor. I always leave after my cut feeling good and wishing I could sit in the chair for another hour. The shop is clean, inviting, manly (forgive me is this is politically incorrect, but geeeeezzzz, I'm a guy), and the banter between fellow barbers is absolutely entertaining. Easy access and parking is a plus. Finally, if you want a beer while you wait, whup, there it is!!! read more

Go see Elvis. Dude always cuts me to perfection. I've jumped around all the barbers and all of them do a very good job, it's hard to pick one to use as a regular. I've gone to Elvis 3 or 4 times and each time I have 0 complaints and walk away looking good. The shop is amazing, has tv's in every direction you look. I searched hi and low to find a barber that could style my teen sons hair. They'd get one part right but always a tad off. Trinidad got the cut right on and he finishes with a hot towel shave- nice touch! They also offered me a drink while I waited.
