Great food and amazing wine! We went to the Bradley because we've walked past it walking our dog so many times. The food is just great, the plates are kinda small but since everything comes in small portions you'll be able to try out a lot from their menu. Nothing was disappointing. My absolute favorite was the Bacon & Eggs. Since I'm allergic to chicken eggs it's great to go to a place where they have quail eggs and especially when they taste amazing! The Bradley done Badly. Great atmosphere, service, beer, music. Food was awful. Quite possibly the worst we have had in Richland- which is really saying something. Chicken wings tasted old, fishy, dried-up. The Falafel was bland and the olive yogurt was a bad combo. I think the Middle East had Falafel figured out a thousand years ago and you can do: 1. Hummus, 2. Tahini or 3. Baba ganoush. Don't do it. You will be $80 lighter in the pocket and may, or may not, be praying to the porcelain god. read more

I'll start first with the cocktails - STELLAR! We enjoyed every drop of the very unique coctails we had and will absolutely come back for another cocktail in the future. The food and the service is the reason for the lower review grade... the rockfish dish was so salty it was inedible. Unfortunately we had to send it back. The waitress didn't offer any alternatives, just took the plate and left. She also took our two plates that were covered in the fish sauce - we asked for new plates (we were doing several shared dishes) and she didn't bring any. After about 5 min I grabbed two extra plates off a nearby table. The other two small dishes we had were good - the chickpea ragout was one-note but adequate and the pork belly was very tasty. We decided to have the earl gray chocolate cake for dessert - unfortunately it didn't taste fresh, tough and dry. The crumble around the cake was not crunchy as expected but chewy and hard like old cake edges that had been forgotten about on the counter. It stuck to your teeth and was unpleasant to bite in to. BUT the flavor was unique and fun, I can only imagine how wonderful it would have been if made fresh. To our surprise when the check came the rockfish was still on the bill. It took about 10 min to get the waitresses attention to ask her to remove it. We've been here several times before and have thoroughly enjoyed it - I hope this was just a perfect storm of issues and not a new standard. read more

I'm so glad to have another fine dining restaurant in the Tri-Cities area! The Bradley is a upscale but casual dining environment, with a tapas based menu, and a large wine and spirits selection. I went there for dinner on their opening night, and started my evening with a drink from the bar. I had a sweet Havana which was light and refreshing, nice for a warm Summer's evening. For dinner, I had the seared sea scallops which were excellent. Many restaurants commit two cardinal sins with scallops: 1) they don't remove the foot muscle, and 2) they overcooked them. These suffered from neither issue, were seared perfectly, but we're still nice and tender inside. The goat cheese foam and rose sauce we're both nicely complimentary but not overpowering, which is easy to do in a dish as delicate as seared scallops. For dessert I chose the lemon polenta cakes. these were served with two scoops of vanilla ice cream, and the cakes themselves are approximately two and a half inch in diameter. They were very flavorful, however, I found them to be a touch dry. This may be my personal lack of preference for polenta, as when my grandmother used to make them she would mix ricotta cheese in to give them some lightness and moisture. The restaurant itself is a upscale but casual environment, ending reclaimed wood and Industrial lighting gives it a very nice feel. The wait staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive, and this restaurant did not seem to suffer from the typical opening night snafus that sometimes happen with less than well trained staff. Overall, I think this is an excellent addition to the Tri-Cities dining experience, and I will highly recommend anyone go for a fine evening of dining. read more

The Bradley is a cool new hip place. Finally a place that makes a sophisticated drink! This place is tapas style but our table ended up sharing one large charcuterie at $32 for 7 options (which I thought those 7 portions could be a little larger) and then we each chose another dish for ourselves. The drinks were great and the wine selection is very diverse with local and international choices. The only negative I can say about this place is it is SO LOUD! They should work on acoustics so it is easier to hear the people talking at your table. I would return and try new things! It was our second time to dine at the Bradley. I must say that the best part of the meal was the salad and the wine. We tried the Arancini, the Short Rib corn dog, the Tiger Shrimp and the Bao Bun with Falafel. The Buns were good, the Arancini had very little flavor except for the sauce, corn dog was good, and the Shrimp was not fresh. What concerned me was the extra service fee they put on every check for wages etc? Isn't this already built into your food cost? 6 shrimp old shrimp don't cost $18? I wasn't sure if I should tip? The Bradley cocktail was easily the highlight of the night with elements of smoke, sweetness, and aged earl gray basil Hayden. A cocktail crafted masterfully. It was auite a treat to taste and enjoy. The tapas we ordered were shrimp , tarragon salad, arancini balls, grilled cheese and butternut squash soup, and the chocolate semifreddo. The most memorable dishes was a tie between the dessert the chocolate semifreddo which came as a globe of chocolate shell covering a chocolate mousse sitting on a chocolate cookie crisp with mascarpone cream and the tarragon salad with light goat cheese croquettes and a flavorful dressing followed by the delicious grilled cheese with herbed manchego and a hearty butternut bisque to dip or enjoy on the side. SUPER FANCY COCKTAILS!! Imaginative cocktails with excellent delivery. All three of the drinks I tried (the Big Easy, Friar, and The Five Points) were completely new and were outstanding. My wife had the Grand Duchy and liked it so much she had two more! The waitstaff was friendly and attentive. The appetizers (Bao buns, Shishito peppers, and salmon skewers) were completely on-point. The Bradley is OK but definitely not worth the prices. We split a burger, a bottle of red blend, and mussels and fries, and our total after tip was $130 for two people. We went 150 yards up the hill to Ara sushi to get satisfied. Our waitress was excellent, the food came out quickly, but the quality just wasn't there. The menu is marked by more pretentiousness than awesome flavor combinations, and I will not be going back. If you have a lot of expendable income and like to surround yourself with notions of upper scale dining in Tri-Cities, this may be your place. read more

It's not often that the menu is creative AND delicious. Cuisine that is what you might call experimental can sometimes go awry - mixing ideas, for instance, such as Chinese baozi and Middle Eastern falafel, is something MOST places could not pull off - NOT SO HERE! Nice place in Richland Washington to enjoy some small plates and some delicious wine or crafted cocktails. I enjoyed this place a lot because of the atmosphere and service, the mussels were my absolute favorite on the menu! I also recommend trying the margarita if you're into cocktails. Definitely appreciating the effort put into seasonal menus. We've had some fantastic meals here. The summer menu had some duds for us - the supersized gnocchi and potato croquettes were disappointing with undercooked, doughy centres on the gnocchi and too much grease on the croquettes. Maybe gnocchi isn't supposed to be that big. Still, based on our previous experiences I'd go back and try different things. When I asked the server if I could trade it out for something else he told me if the food comes out how it should then we can't trade nor refund you. Food was great! Delicious and the menu is fun, I am always impressed when there are multiple items I really want to try and this excites me to want to come back! The service was....eh. The biggest bummer. It was clear that this was probably the servers first serving job, she needs more training. Period. For the amount we spent for the experience, we expect quality service as well. To be honest, I've had far better service at an Applebees, and that's saying something. A server should always greet with their name and not rush away from the table at every interaction, nor be reminded multiple times for drinks. After our app came out, she kept assuring us our entree was on the way, but after over a half hour she came by and said she never rang it in and didn't remember what we ordered. This caused us an extra long time to wait, as I had a pork chop and that cannot be rushed. As a former server, I have massive grace for situations like this, things happen, people make mistakes, but we were disappointed with how our night went as a result. WE had to notify the manager, and this is something the server should have done with an issue like this. The manager did make an effort to make things right and offer us some dessert, a drink and discounted our bill, which was appreciated. The bad - It's pretty trendy and somewhat pretentious but in a comfortable way. Basque chorizo for the cheese plate was too thinly sliced and it was really dried out, had a paper consistency. They ugly - Nothing was ugly Conclusion: This locale is the old Rosey's Diner, hard to shake the stigma, but the interior is completely transformed. Someone put a lot of thought into the atmosphere. There are ceiling hung acoustic tiles, which helps create intimacy in the dimly lit room. Even when the place was packed my partner and I could have a conversation with each other without yelling. 1st and formost the tasted great, but... TASTE: 3/5 VALUE:. 1/5 SERVICE: 3/5 ENVIRONMENT: 2/5 Let me explain. My wife son and I shared 3 entrees, 2 salads, 1 side, Brownie, and 2 drinks (coffee and a Pharaoh's Daughter cocktail). Of note we wanted Tarragon Salad but they were out of that and the Pork belly Bao Steam Buns. TASTE: The Quail Poppers and Lamb Lollipops were exciting and all-around excellent. The goat cheese cauliflower mash was good just not as good at the two above. The Nicoise and Oak leaf salad were average and forgettable as was the coffee and Brownie (except for maybe the pointless gold leaf on it. The Seared Sea Scallops were over salty and had too much goat cheese which over powered the natural sweet succulant nature of scallops. The alcoholic drink was flavorless and had little if any actual alcohol. VALUE: The prices were ridiculous for every aspect of the meal experience... except the salads($8 & $9) and water(free). There is not a single bone in my body that says any of the rest of the meal was worth the price 5 scallops for $36, 8oz of coffee $6 (compared to Starbucks 12oz for $2), 5 tiny (think fifty-cent piece) quail drum sticks $32, 5 tiny (slightly larger than Quail) Lamb Lollipops $42. Absurd! SERVICE: It was below average, but considering it was opening week I'll cut them slack for long wait and inconsistent water refills. ENVIRONMENT: Holy Moly it is a miracle we can even hear after that experience. We felt like we were back in college in the loudest night club with the worst music. On top of it it was jammed pack with tables chairs and bars. Fresh paint on the walls clean windows but nothing making anyone excited. CONCLUSION: This restaurant has some obvious potential but has some major hurdles to overcome before I can be enticed back to try it again. read more

This place is worth trying! I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. We had the cauliflower goat cheese mash and niciose salad. Both were tasty. We also ordered chicken skewers with a mustard sauce. The sauce was amazing but the chicken had rosemary on it and that wasn't noted on the menu. Plus we had asked about rosemary being in the mash so it seems like they should have noted it was in other dishes. Service was good and the quantity of food was bigger than expected. Shrimp toast was burnt. Margarita was 90% ice. Caesar was drenched in dressing. Seating is hard metal stools. There was a half eaten chicken wing that was on the ground near our table for the duration of our dining experience. It is obvious, based on all the stains, that they have never cleaned their patio. And to make matter worse, it took 3 tries for the waiter to get our receipt correct. He overcharged us by $10 first. When we asked to correct it, he brought back a bill that was even higher with several items we didn't have (clearly someone else's bill. This one over charged us by $60. Yes, $60! There was no apology when we went inside to ask that it be corrected. Instead we were treated as if we were in the wrong. Zero acknowledgment by manager of how terrible it is that we were charged nearly double what we should have been for our meal. Will never return! read more
