Just checked out the dugout. I must say the food was absolutely amazing. I was treated with great respect. I loved the lighting and the vibes I got from this place. I would for sure recommend others to the dugout. It's a fun family friendly place with a lot to offer. We ordered a pizza and it took 45 minutes until it was served. The pizza was very good, but the wait time was unacceptable! Food was incredible! The whole menu is so good that it can make it a hard choice only in what your pallet is craving. The amount of beer and knowledge of the taps is top tier! Service is incredible even when slammed. The darts and pool table is where you can usually find me making the ambiance a very kid friendly environment! Drinks are good (we came around 9PM) but the service was atrocious. We weren't the only ones who ended up walking out after paying for a drink because they were straight up ignoring us - we were all Hispanic. When we asked for our tab the bartender responded so condescendingly to my partner if we were paying with cash or card. What the heck? Not coming here ever again. Sigh. read more

As a disclaimer...I was completely drunk when I walked into this establishment and currently sobering now while I type this review. So here I go... Service was not the greatest. Bartender got my drink order quickly, but forgot to send my food order and sent the order in late. I wanted to keep drinking and fill my tummy so I can keep drinking. I started getting sick due to drinking previously with an empty stomach. Once the food arrived, I just took it to-go. The place started to pick up but was not too busy. I ordered a Philly cheese steak which I'm currently regretting. The food was really greasy. It really hit the spot when drunk, lol. The meat was half fresh meat and half last nights meat. They used chopped meat that you would see in carne asada. There were dry parts, soft parts, and parts that would damage your teeth. It was the worst Philly cheese steak that I've had, but I finished it because I was drunk and it felt right. Overall, great atmosphere as a dive bar. One food item turned me off from eating here. Be warned on what you get. If I do come back, the pizzas did look good. read more

Tried the Dugout again. The bartender was very friendly, but could not keep up with all the customers. Took us 1/2 hour to get our drinks. She was try her best, but the owners need to provide more staff. The place was busy and people were getting upset because there was not enough staff. read more

I was so impressed with the staff and how they were so attentive to our large group. I called in the afternoon and spoke with Chandi about a last minute get together. I requested an area for 20 to 25 people. She was so accommodating and the staff was great. I know they had a large group in another reserved area, but that did not deter the staff from being fantastic. The food was so good. We enjoyed everything. Food came out hot and was huge portions. Friendly service, chill vibe, great beer selection, and open late! We had a late(r) flight into Richland and stopped by for a bite to eat and some drinks. Most other places were closed, but the Dugout was open. Service was a little slow at first, given the bar was completely packed with people watching a UFC match, but the staff here is really friendly and were working really hard to get drinks for everyone. Had a fine time with friends, singing karaoke, but toward the end of the night two guys in our party were served soda water without the tequila they ordered in it. The bartenders were clearly yoset we even brought it up. They reluctantly remade them but with Hornitos (which we watched them pour), when it was Casamigas that was ordered. We were still charged the premium Casamigas price and when we asked about it, the bartenders were once again extremely rude about it. Won't be going back! read more

Walk into a " sport's bar" during the NCAA tournament and not one game on. Wish I would have turned around and walked out but I gave it a shot. Tonight I came in to have a few drinks after a great weekend and was served and greeted by Lexi who has a horrible attitude. We were totally caught off guard bc the only thing I asked was for salt and lime, she said she previously asked before going to get the drinks. My partner said no, I was on my phone so I didn't say anything which is why I asked after, she got SOOO mad and stormed back only to say when returning "you said no to no lime and salt" I understand it's 9:30 but the sign says "until closed" as a cocktail server/ bartender in the industry I know people make mistakes. This place was only had a few people in it and most of what I seen were good and very well taking care of. I asked her if we did something to offend her bc she seems to have an attitude and she replied "I do now" I was born and raised in pasco and having been a frequent for 15 years. Lexi is disrespectful and very rude. I was never asked for an ID, I mean usually it's an honor but not when you treat customers like a pain in the butt. On to your fb I go...I also have a video we took of her being very distasteful towards us, this app doesn't allow videos. I came into Richland for work and decided to come check this spot out for a drink. I'm usually weary of bars and especially when going alone. Yet I found this place to be very relaxing and the locals to be very friendly and inviting. I decided to go back after coming in town again and met even more locals who were awesome. The service was more than fine to me. Every time my beer was getting low I was looked after , the food I ordered came at a decent time and was good bar food . And my bartender was kind to me after not tipping the whole night until right before I left. As I like to wait to see if it will change there service etc. I think it's worth checking out if your looking for a spot to lay low and end the night . read more

Sharrel is the worst bartender in the area. She needs to be let go or fired as soon as possible. Every time me or any of my friends have been here there's been a terrible experience. Positive=drink specials, nice staff, good big screens, & nice atmosphere Negative=food, tater tots were overcooked and greasy; gizzards were way over coated and super greasy, worst gizzards I've ever had!! BBT or Sportspage has much better gizzards. read more
