However, at Mariner Montessori at Galleria, she has had the happiest moments and a wonderful time. She is currently in the Infant 2 class, and her teachers are incredibly caring and loving. They always show genuine empathy for my baby's feelings, and I feel completely comfortable leaving her in their care. The growth and development I've seen in my daughter since she started with them has been remarkable - I'm amazed by her milestones every day. I'd like to extend a big thank you to Ms. Daniela, Ms. Ester, Ms. Moraima, Ms. Tania, and Ms. Alaguthayammal for all the love, care, and dedication they show my little one. I couldn't ask for a better environment for her!

As much as I wanted to like this school because of the initial tour (which is gonna be the only…read moretimes that you might ever see a director or the owners) and the proximity to us, the experience for us was disappointing on many levels. We left three years ago after several months of enrollment, yet I STILL have negative feelings about our time there and unfortunately, I continue to hear from others about some of the same issues. I was initially very enthusiastic about Mariner and even recommended it to two friends, both of whom stayed And were quite happy. In my case unfortunately, things did not work out and turned unpleasant quickly. In my son's class, one wonderful teacher left, followed shortly by the other. Within a short period of time, the class went from a teacher-to-child ratio of approximately 1:8 to 1:22 children. The replacement teachers who showed up over night were very young, no native English speakers and without credentials or experience I would expect from teachers responsible for so many young children. More concerning to me were the safety issues. On two occasions, my son came home with unexplained bruises. The second incident ultimately led me to withdraw. I received him back with a huge bruise, and no one at the school could explain how it happened! Two days later was then told that he 'had a habit of rubbing his head against the carpet'--something he had never seen before and I have never seen since. During my meeting with the director, it became obvious that someone was not watching my son and he got injured, but they were not clear about how it happened. Do not send your child here! We immediately withdrew and while Ms Jenny and Ms Pat handled the situation courteously and refunded tuition and deposit without delays, the experience left me deeply concerned. During the time my son was enrolled, there was also an extraordinary amount of staff turnover. Several teachers who had left stayed in touch with us and told us they had left because of poor working conditions and low pay ($13/hr). There was also a woman at the front door (Ms Jessica 2021-2023) who was consistently rude and made morning drop-off unpleasant for families. She was eventually replaced only after she moved to New York. Another thing that always bothered me was the overwhelming smell of cleaning chemicals. I understand and appreciate the importance of cleanliness, but my son would often come home smelling strongly of Fabuloso. It was so strong that I found myself wondering whether the school was relying too heavily on chemicals rather than using more thorough cleaning methods such as deep or steam cleaning. I genuinely dreaded that smell when I picked him up. To make a long story short, there are better options out there. After leaving Mariner Montessori, we enrolled our son at Children's Village in West University, and our experience there was absolutely wonderful year after year. Mariner Montessori was a very difficult experience for us, and unfortunately, even years later, I still have not forgotten it. I heard a similar concerns from another parent, and finally decided it was important to share my experience as well. I hope this helps other families make an informed decision. Each school has their pros and cons.

My entire experience with this school has been truly awful. I've been discriminated against, lied…read moreto, insulted, and excluded from everything receiving my son's report cards to Halloween parties. The receptionist once cited her own made up "11th Commandment," to justify not allowing me to pick up my own child. The school now claims I am my son's grandpa for some reason. I found errors in this year's student/parent handbook then I looked at last years and found the same errors so they're obviously copying and pasting each year and not checking anything. They excluded me from being an emergency contact and when I finally got access to the medical records they have on file for my son I found critical errors regarding his most serious allergic reaction. To fix the error all that was needed was to change 1 word on a 1 page document. It's been 4 months since I brought their error to their attention and have yet to receive confirmation that they fixed it and just today after finding out they refer to me as my son's grandfather my son's teacher dm's me telling me wtf she doesn't appreciate. This is a religious school and in the handbook the first mention of "God," is literally a disclosure that informs you that you won't get your tuition money back if an act of "God" shuts down the school. I think the Devil might be the Principal.

When he began at Blossom Heights he was barely talking- he now speaks in full lengthy sentences with vocabulary that amazes me. He can problem solve and make plans for what he wants to achieve. Emotionally, he is more pulled together than I am! All of his emotional, social, and academic needs are met! His teachers LOVE him and SHOW him love consistently throughout each day. Pictures are worth a thousand words, as his teachers will frequently document his adventures and send daily photos through their Bright Wheel app for parents. Teachers take part in multiple professional development trainings and quality improvement programs throughout the year to ensure children are receiving the BEST care possible. I Should have known something was wrong when I dropped my son off and there were maybe 2 kids in total and 3 with my son. I've been bringing him to adventure kids for sometime now and this by FAR IS THE WORST LOCATION. - 10403 KATY FWY #220 HOUSTON TX 77024 I was charged $107 for 3 hours with my membership. I reached out at 7:33pm before arriving to pick my son up after I noticed that there was stopped traffic. I was told that there would be an additional 1$ FOR every 1 minute that I was late, after 8pm. BUT I was charged $3 per minute. I was also charged for DINNER that my child did not receive nor eat due to his food intolerance (FPIES). I Provided photos and videos of a car accident that backed up traffic. I dropped off my son at approximately 5:15pm and arrive at 8:18pm. I was also denied the opportunity for my child to be released to me after my OVER CHARGED payment was failed for a .50 cents difference AFTER being overcharged . I am a single mother driving Lyft for me and My son.I work extremely hard to provide for my child. I would have not brought him to this location had I know they would improperly charge me. I called several times before arriving on this day to confirm pricing and was lied to and forced to pay. This place is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate and not an ideal childcare center that they are promoting. They are in it for the money and are OVER CHARGING. Please look into this immediately.
