Down home style cafe featuring Crepes.

Gulfport and its Breeze Waterfront Cafe are the places to kick back, relax, and have some great Breakfast Crepes, Sandwiches, and other Cooked to Order Specials. The Cafe is situated within and around a deco era beach house. We were seated on the front porch, reed shades filtered the sun and the gentle breeze from offshore. We had ample time to browse the menu with crepe's galore and daily specials while enjoying an iced coffee and sweet iced tea. I switched from Crepe to Special and number of times, the settled on Special: Medium rare beef tenderloin in a wrap with grilled peppers, onion, & feta in a wrapped pita with thin cut fries for a side. My wife enjoyed "The Faithful" crepe with ham, eggs, spinach, tomatoes in a buckwheat crepe, topped with Hollandaise sauce. Very pleasant and relaxed environment and wonderful "down to earth" staff.

This is such a fun little place with a fantastic view of the golf. The service was stellar. The French toast was amazing as was the avocado toast. I will definitely come back here again and again and again. It's a beautiful serene spot.

Quaint place with great food and service. Saturday late morning restaurant was busy with short wait. Two servers that together were very efficient. I got the hashbrowns and toast (delicious and filling), my partner got the breakfast skillet and swapped for bacon.

Gem by the Beach! This cute little spot sits right in front of the beach, and surprisingly, parking was a breeze (pun intended). The place has a cozy, homey feel--almost like a bed and breakfast--and the service was fantastic. Our server was super helpful with recommendations and answered all our questions. I ordered the breakfast burrito, and wow, it was delicious! The flavors were on point, and I'd definitely get it again. All my friends loved their food too. Definitely a great spot if you're looking for good eats by the ocean!

Our experience here was nice except for a nasty group of people who sat next to us. That kind of dampened our experience however the food was really tasty. And the waitress was very nice and apologetic to us. They can't help if people come with sour attitudes. The porch is very cute with good views of the water. Great place for breakfast.

What a cute place to have breakfast! If it's a nice day I highly recommend getting a table on the porch. Staff is friendly and make you feel right at home. I can't even describe how good the French toast is. Recommend

Came for breakfast and my party of 3 sat outside. Amazing vibe/view if you sit on the main porch! The hot coffee was weak, but bottomless, so there's that. As for food, I tried the burg crepe, breakfast burrito and Frank's French toast. The French toast was the best thing by far, though I also really enjoyed the burrito. Would return!

Great food, great service! They have an outdoor section that is covered and has ceiling fans to keep you cool. Outdoor section is dog friendly and ramp accessible. Outdoor section also has a nice view of the water across the street. We enjoyed the avocado toast and Frank's French toast- they also have real maple syrup which is a plus. The pups enjoyed the bacon as well. Mango mimosas were delicious and you can order by the glass or by the bottle. Servers were all friendly and upbeat. The road floods in severe weather, and it did take some time to cross the street after the severe rainstorm caused some street flooding.

Waterfront French! Was staying near by and went for breakfast. It was great a nice view of the water front and the food was great. We had the stuffed croissant with egg and ham and the two egg breakfast and cappuccino! Our server was great helpful and cheerful! I recommend The breeze !

This adorable little place provides a beautiful waterfront view and cozy atmosphere. Our party of 4 sat outside on a early Saturday morning and dined with only a few other tables on the deck. It was perfect! The food was amazing. The toast on everyone's plates was huge and fluffy and delicious. The French toast was beautiful and yummy. The homemade gravy was savory and the biscuits still had the perfect crisp to them. I would love to go back and try a crepe as they all sounded so good. Our server was busy but she was great and stayed on top of it even with having to go inside and outside constantly. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone nearby. It's right across from a playground too so perfect to take little ones over while you wait for food if necessary or for an after meal excursion.

We had an amazing breakfast on the patio! We both ordered amazing breakfast! The French Toast was incredible!! The Steak & Egg special was delicious, and they were able to substitute arugula salad for the toast to accommodate gluten free. Definitely would recommend for a delicious breakfast!

There's dedicated parking for the restaurant behind the building in the lot, plus metered street parking and garages within less than a block. The main entrance is on the side of the building, on 5th Street S just off 6th Avenue S. Outdoor seating is available, but I personally wouldn't choose it, sitting right next to a busy intersection with constant traffic and exhaust isn't my idea of enjoyable. That said, the interior ambiance alone is worth the visit. Inspired by the historic George Peabody Library and part of the Oxford Commons Hospitality group, the design is quirky, fun. The thoughtful mix of bookshelves, warm lighting, rich browns and deep blues, and the seamless blend of library, bar, and dining space creates a truly special atmosphere, especially if you love books. We visited as part of a large group for a special occasion dinner. They accommodated us on very short notice after our original plans changed due to possible rain and outside seating only at our first reservation, which was impressive. Our waitress was fantastic, she handled our entire table (and others) by herself with no buss person and still managed every order and individual request with genuine care and efficiency. I haven't tried breakfast, lunch, the morning coffee/pastry take-out window, or the bar yet, but the dinner experience was excellent. Fair warning: this is not a budget-friendly spot. If you're watching every dollar or might resent the food due to prices, it's probably not the place for you. It's ideal for special occasions or when you want to enjoy a meal without worrying about the cost, each dish/cocktail is in line with upscale dining in the area,it does add up quickly with drinks, apps, entrees, and sides, though I read they have happy hour. We ordered appetizers (shared), I also had the opportunity to sip a few cocktails (when offered), I also shared entrees, and sides with some of our group. Everything we tried was very good, there were not stand-outs, all was scrumptious, from the start of appetizers: the warm bread with its delicious butter spread, the roasted cauliflower, the spicy crispy shrimp, the Steak Frites, the perfectly cooked French fries, and the sautéed spinach, all of which I had a taste of personally. The portions looked modest on the plates but were surprisingly filling, many of us had leftovers to take home. We finished with the warm cookie and ice cream, which was hands-down amazing, especially with the perfect touch of flaky salt on top. The cocktails were strong and creative. My first choice (suggested by the waitress) wasn't quite to my taste, it was too tart and strong for me, but she immediately removed it from the bill and happily brought me something else I enjoyed much more. Overall, The Library delivers a memorable experience, amazing ambiance, a beautiful setting, attentive service, and excellent food. Next time I'm trying breakfast.

The restaurant is uniquely decorated with floor-to-ceiling books and those old-world aristocratic portraits that make you feel like you've stepped into a quaint literary hideaway. We were seated in a cozy corner with high-backed cushioned chairs that felt like our own little private nook. Perfect for a special occasion that's kind of low key. Even though the restaurant was quite busy, the noise level was surprisingly low, which we really appreciated. It made it easy to relax and enjoy our time without feeling overwhelmed. Service was also great - attentive, friendly, and well-paced despite the crowd. Now, the menu... it was honestly hard to choose because so many items sounded amazing. We ended up ordering the crispy Brussels Sprouts and the warmed Burrata to start. The Brussels Sprouts were flavorful and enjoyable, though I personally would have loved just a bit more char on them for that extra depth. The burrata, on the other hand, was packed with flavor - especially if you're a fan of sun-dried tomatoes, this is definitely a must-try. The drinks were a standout, my lychee martini was light, smooth, and refreshing, while my husband's old fashioned was bold and perfectly crafted. He is quite the stickler for a good old fashioned. For our mains, my husband kept it classic with a bacon cheeseburger and fries, which he really enjoyed. It had that delicious smash burger style that hits the spot. I ordered the Chicken Paillard, and it was absolutely delicious--light, fresh, and full of flavor without feeling heavy. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and agreed that we'd definitely come back. There were still so many dishes we were tempted to try, and that's always a great sign. The Library is a unique and memorable spot that's perfect for brunch, date nights, or any special occasion. Give it a try!

Despite the crowd, our food arrived in a timely manner and hot. My husband ordered the eggs Benedict. The eggs were cooked perfectly-when you cut into them, the yolk oozed out exactly the way a perfectly poached egg should. That said, he felt there wan't quite enough hollandaise sauce, and the sauce leaned a little too lemony for his taste. The English muffin also could have been toasted a bit more. The hash browns, however, were the star of the dish-perfectly crisp and well seasoned. I went with the Key West BLT with blackened mahi-mahi, served on a toasted sourdough with garlic aioli. The fish was blackened perfectly-well seasoned with lots of flavor-and paired nicely with the sandwich. I originally planned to order the house chips, but they were not available. Our server recommended the French fries instead because of their unique shape, and she was right-they were crispy and nicely seasoned. Most of the seating is outdoors under umbrellas, which adds to the laid-back Florida vibe. Overall, this is a lively neighborhood spot that feels full of locals who clearly love coming here. She wanted a restaurant with outdoor seating, a view of the water, an excellent wine list, fine dining selections, AND open on a Monday night. I cried for Help from Yelp. 82 Degrees nailed all 5 criteria. At 6:15pm We were able to make an on-line reservation for three people for 6:30pm. Be careful to only park in spots designated for the restaurant or you will be towed. You can't miss the parking signs because they are plastered on every parking spot. We arrived and were immediately shown to a choice rooftop table just in time to enjoy a fine view of the sunset on the Gulf. After the sun set the bartender asked the diners at the dozen or so tables if they wanted the huge glass windows closed, and since it was starting to get chilly everyone agreed. My niece is very knowledgeable about wine, so she took charge of the wine list. After discussing the (Admittedly small, but well selected) list with the sommelier Laura chose the Iron + Sand Cabernet Sauvignon, a well-regarded, bold red wine from Paso Robles, California (4.8 Stars rating, I looked it up). She must have liked it, because she drank two glasses. Later on, she ordered a Pinot Grigio to go with her entree but I've forgotten the name. She also chose specialty drinks for Rich and I that were tasty and had a nice kick to them, but I don't remember their names either. I would have taken a picture of the drinks menu but my niece wouldn't let go of the list! (Which also meant we couldn't see the prices either, but like the saying goes: If you have to ask, you can't afford it!) It took us a while to study the menu. Just like the wine list, the menu has limited selections but offers excellent choices. It was hard to make a decision! We started off sharing Crab Cakes ($18) and Lobster Bruschetta ($21) appetizers, and we also shared an order of the Lobster Bisque ($15). All three of us agreed that the appetizers were yummy, but the Lobster Bisque was worth the trip all by itself! For my entree I ordered the Wild Caught Snapper with mango pineapple salsa and broccolini ($36) and Truffle Fries ($9). Rich went with the Grouper BLT ($26) and Laura chose the Parmesan Cream Pasta ($26) (Which was why she needed a white wine to go with her entree). Portions did not appear to be large, yet none of us were able to finish our entrees, leaving plenty for Rich and Laura to take home in biodegradable containers for a midnight snack. I'm sorry I wasn't quick enough to get pictures of the entrees. Rich and Laura are not used to snapping pics before digging in, but I can tell you they were all well presented. Even though we were all full, we couldn't resist sharing a slice of: SALTED CARAMEL BUTTERFINGER CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE!!! ($12). Just the name tells you everything you need to know. While Rich and I were dueling with our forks, Laura swooped in and ate most of the dessert, which is totally unfair but is a legitimate female perk so there was nothing we could do. Next time we'll order more than one slice! Our perky waitress was extremely busy serving everyone but managed to keep the entire restaurant happy with her service. I don't think I saw her standing still for more than a couple seconds. Didn't get her name, either, but I'm sure the excellent tip told her we were pleased.
