Really fun concept with an entire brick oven inside the bus! The meat pizza was flavorful and had a nice crisp crust on the bottom. The smoked bacon added a lot of flavor. Friendly service. The menu is posted on the doors of the bus. When you are ready to order you go up the stairs and you are able to pay with a credit card. When your pizza is ready they will call your name from the side window and hand it to you from there. It's about a medium sized pizza and is enough for two adults to share, unless you have a large appetite. My pizza was ready in around five minutes.

Cheese pizza specially made for the graduate!!

Brick Oven Bus recently catered out son's grad party. An actual "bus" parked in front of our yard was a fun addition! The pizza was sooo good that kids and adults went back for 2 and even 3 servings. The crew of Ziek, Ryan and Wyatt were awesome. There was never a wait for pizza and they had music playing for the kids playing yard games. They went out of their way to make a salad for gluten-free guests. And they made us extra pizzas for leftovers, including one specifically for our grad with a special message wishing him well next year. Thank you for making our party stress-free! Definitely recommend Brick Oven for special events!

Such a fun food truck concept and I loved getting on the bus to order. The staff working had great energy and the food was super quick. We got the meat and margherita - both great.

I saw the bus at Cub Foods on Cottage Grove and was stoked. I've always wanted to try it. We decided on the Lionheart pizza, which sounded delicious. The ordering process was easy, the boys on the bus were grand, the crust was out of this world! Toppings were plentiful and generous, including the balsamic vinegar glaze, which completely overshadowed the other ingredients. I'd most definitely order from here again, but I'll try another pizza or skip the drizzle.

I found these guys on a Facebook event. They were in my area and I thought I'd give it a try. The staff was very friendly and professional. The one staff survey where I normally get pizza and general conversation while we wait for the pizza to cook. I was in and out of there in 5-minutes. The pizza was made to order - the kneel the dough right when I placed the order. After all the toppings were done, they said, "it'll be ready in 3-minutes!" They were also transparent with their pizza size--it is 10" in diameter. Overall, delicious pizza. I'd buy pizza from them again. They recommend visiting their official website to see where the bus is located on that day; it usually goes to breweries. I found them at an Ace Hardware parking lot. Also their Facebook page is another great resource on upcoming events too and fun photos.

THE BEST!! Get the Reuben when you can! I love their Margarita and Lionheart. Homemade sourdough crust. Pizzas are done within minutes.

Tried this pizza when the bus was parked in Apple Valley. Simple menu and the ordering process is easy. Didn't have to wait very long as the wood fire pizzas cook quickly. Fresh and plentiful ingredients. We tried the meat pizza and the angry Hawaiian. I liked meat pizza better than the angry Hawaiian pizza. The angry Hawaiian had an overpowering cayenne pineapple glaze that drowned out the other flavors. I'd try this place again if it's back in the area!

Excellent pizza and sourdough crust! It was super delicious. I really liked the menu options. I got the Lionheart with artichoke hearts and Kalamata olives. My partner had the nest pizza. The service was friendly and fast. I look forward to going again soon!

Always had great experiences with Brick Oven Bus. Employees are friendly and make super delicious pizzas very quickly. Recently had the Rueben pizza at Back Channel Brewing and it was fantastic! Great flavors and a lot of toppings. Easy ordering and pickup at the bus!

The pizza at this bus is AMAZING! It's such a fun idea, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. I will absolutely be back next time this food truck (bus? lol) is back in the area. I highly recommend.

    Ruben on Rye! Delish!

Got out tonight to Baldman to experience the Ruben on Rye. What can I say? It was spectacular! The corn beef, sauerkraut & scratch-made 1000 Island was perfection, but the crust -- Rye Crust!! Just out of this world!! As always, service was friendly & pizza cooked up fast. Keep doing what you're doing BOB.

Brick oven at the back of the bus

Great concept and execution for mobile Pizza oven! Went to a wedding where they reserved the bus for an evening snack. I didn't know it was coming and boy was I surprised to see a brick oven at the back of a bus. Talk about the cool kids section being way cooler than I could ever imagine. There were 2 bros baking and serving up pizza and they had 5? Available. You step aboard to select what you want and while a cozy space, could fit a few people inside. I went for the spicy Hawaiian and Meat Lovers. Both were fantastic! The crust had a great texture and beautiful char on the bottom. The cheese was gooey and the meat crispy and juicy at the same time. The staff boxed all the pizza that was leftover and we were able to take it home and have some more. 10/10 would crash a random event to get another slice.

Quick quality pizza from a food truck or bus. Hit them up if you see them around town.

Stopped by for lunch and it was so good…read more They have daily specials, and the portions are no joke. Even a half sandwich is a huge, very filling serving. Everything is made fresh to order. They slice the meat and cheese right there and you can fully customize your sandwich, which I love. The service was phenomenal. Super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Cute shop and they also have a great selection of Italian products in the shop, plus their own ready-made items like homemade frozen pizzas and take-and-bake entrees, which is such a nice bonus. It's takeout only, but they make it easy with online ordering. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion size. This place is truly a hidden gem.

While it's got zero space for sit down dining, they are on top of their takeout game. The staff were efficient and filled orders quickly. I found the prices fair, and I look forward to a return visit to try out some other items. I really enjoyed the soup and see they post a new daily soup/pasta item to Facebook. What we tried: - Italiano sub 3/5 (bread was harder/crustier than I would have liked & sub was so wide it was hard to fit your mouth around it) - Chicago roast beef sub 4/5 (hefty amount of beef) - Daily soup (5/5) chicken vegetable (really great flavor and wide assortment of veg with huge chicken chunks) - Carrot cake (5/5) - Tiramisu (5/5).

I can't tell you how many times I've tried disappointing Phillys across MN - we really need to get our act together. This sandwich broke the chain of disappointment. The sandwich itself was loaded with meat and peppers. They weren't stringy with their cheese either. I did get the cheese wiz on the side because I don't like that. The bun itself was toasted but still chewy. As I wrote this I'm salivating. That good! My bestie and I also tried the buffalo chicken sandwich - it was good, but honestly I don't remember tasting any buffalo sauce - it looked like a standard grilled chicken patty. Compared to the Philly - not an option for me, but I understand not everyone enjoys Philly sandwiches. The seasoned fries were alright, but I'll be back in the future for the Philly specifically. It goes to show you how good they are. I blinked and there was a long line behind me.

The cheesesteak is definitely the star, but the rest of the menu is actually really good too. The pizza was great and the stromboli had an insane cheese pull. Definitely grab the curds and fries with the seasoned sour cream on the side. It's a local staple for a reason.. super consistent and always hits the spot!
