They use and contract good vendor to do various types of inspection, cuz one company can't do it all. The pictures that were provided were high quality unlike other inspection reports from other companies. The inspection report was simple and easy to understand and it had a nice web-based checklist repair generator tool -very advanced and kudos to Big River for bringing technology to these outdated reports.
