I came in last week to shop for my mother-in-law's wedding dress. The saleslady who helped us was so friendly and kind. She allowed us to pick out out own dresses while she pulled some that she thought would be a good fit. We spent almost two hours in the store while my mother-in-law tried on dress after dress and the women helping never complained or acted frustrated. Overall, it was a great experience that I would recommend to any bride looking to have an intimate dress shopping experience. When my daughter told me were were going to Greenwood Village to look at wedding dresses for her sister, I thought she was crazy, because I thought there would be no way we could afford a dress from a place like this. That, and we had already been to Chiyos in Aurora (where Keiki2 got her dress) and had seen some likely (affordable) candidates there. We had an appointment for a week night, but due to traffic, were running about 15 minutes late. We called to let them know we were running late, and were told it would not be a problem (and it wasn't). We were warmly greeted and offered some water with lemon in it. My daughter filled out some paperwork and we were introduced to her bridal consultant (and I apologize for not remembering her name). The BC was very nice and very helpful and the experience was very similar to episodes of "Say Yes to The Dress." I was pleasantly surprised that they had dresses on the lower end (say $1K) and we ended up putting a deposit on a dress and accessory that came out to just over $2K. Such a wonderful bridal shop! The staff is fantastic, and are not happy until you are happy. They love helping brides find the perfect dress! The only warning is their prices. My budget was $1500, and I tried on about 10 dresses within my budget, but a lot of their dresses range much higher than that. So warning, if you are on a tight budget... this is not the place for you. With that being said, they also offer a 15% off discount for all military personnel. That was a big help! I love their collection by Madison James! They really have any style you would be looking for, and it's a really great experience. I found the Bridal Collection because it was recommended by my venue (Spruce Mountain Ranch). When we arrived, everyone was so friendly that we interacted with. Robyn was the person who was helping me out. I talked about what I liked and didn't like in each dress and Robyn was able to go back to the racks to find more dresses based on my opinion. She really valued my opinion which I appreciated. Robyn said she might have something just perfect in the back. It turns out they have single dresses available that just so happened to be on a mannequins, leftover from trunk shows, extra inventory, etc. She said these dresses are unique because it's not something they order, it's something that they have in stock. I tried it on, it fit like a glove and just so happened to be my size. It was everything I was looking for and it was absolutely stunning. It was a Stella York dress. I walked around the store in the dress and they walked me to the front of the store to look in the mirror with the natural light. Every employee and even other customers I passed told me how stunning the dress was on me. I tried on a few more dresses, but nothing compared. Because the dress was sitting in inventory, it was at a bit of a discount, making it in budget for me! Robyn was so patient and kind while interacting with me and my family and encouraged me to make the right decision. She was definitely invested in me as a person. I was able to say yes to the dress that day and it was so exciting! A few months later I was able to schedule a gown viewing, since the dress stays at the shop until a week before the wedding. You are also able to schedule as many gown viewings as you need, since you pay for the dress fully a few months out. I brought with me some earrings and we tried out some straps, and I was able to show the dress to some others who hadn't seen it yet. Cathy helped me with this appointment and she gave lots of great advice about accessories, straps, and bustling. She was so kind and really made me feel welcome and confident. If you choose to do alterations through them, they have an alterations package that is all inclusive that I took advantage of. I had Serafina as my seamstress and Brooklyn as my stylist. Brooklyn was so friendly and really supportive of what my vision was for the dress. I was able to bring straps that I ordered on etsy to be attached (although you can purchase accessories through the store as well), as well as my shoes and my earrings to see how it all looked. They took my measurements and took note of what I wanted. Brooklyn assured me that Serafina is a miracle worker and will work hard on my dress, which made me feel like I was in good hands. They also taught me at this appointment how to walk in the dress, how to hold my train when I was moving and not bustled, how to use the bathroom, how to sit properly, how to fluff the dress, and how to bustle the dress. On the final pick up day I tried on the dress with Serafina and Kelly. The dress fit amazing and really made me feel confident and excited about my big day. They even pressed my dress so it all layed flat with no wrinkles. Kelly taught me how to package up, transport, and store my dress until the wedding. Every call, every interaction, and every visit that I had to the Bridal Collection exceeded my expectations and I am thoroughly satisfied with my entire experience from start to finish there. I am so happy I chose them and I am so happy with how my dress turned out, it was the highlight of the evening for sure. Every visit they answered all of my questions with kindness and patience. You can tell that every single employee actually loves their job and even employees that aren't your "stylist" are invested in you and noticed how I was beaming in my dress. It was a very positive experience and always very welcoming. They were always prepared every time I came in with my space already set up properly, with my dress waiting for me. I would absolutely recommend the Bridal Collection to any bride that likes to feel valued and likes to be treated like a true princess every time you walk in. I was able to get a Saturday appointment from the wait-list (so if you are bummed that you are on their wait-list, don't be, because chances are you'll get through!). My consultant was Ricki. She was very nice, patient with my budget, and was able to understand my vision for my dress. I was told by the receptionist when I made my appointment that their dresses begin at $800. Unfortunately, I was unable to find any dresses for less than $1000 during my appointment (and I was really hoping to stay right at $800-$900). Because of my budget, I was only able to try on 4 dresses (prices ranged $1,048-$1,200). But I really appreciated Ricki's kindness and attempt at finding me a dress without dismissing me due to my small budget. Although I did not find my dress here, I would not hesitate to send other brides to this store. read more

I'm a plus-size bride (16/XL), and I found my wedding dress here after looking two previous places (Anna Be and d'Anelli) and trying on about 10 dresses at those two places. Jordan helped and actually picked the dress herself for me to try. I loved it as soon as I tried it on. Jordan was great and knew what would look good on my plus-size frame. So, if you work with her - trust her judgment! My budget was $3,500, and the dress I found was $1,800. So it's a VERY reasonably-priced salon! They also have a great selection of dresses and a decent selection of true plus-size options to try as well. The only down-side was that I felt very rushed compared to the other two shops I went to. I don't think they allow enough time to truly get the attention and dress-shopping experience needed if you're a bride. I will say that Anna Be and d'Anelli were much better about allowing enough time to really look and not feel like you're being pushed through so they can get as many brides in and out in one day. read more

I am so happy that The Bridal Collection was my first experience in my quest for the perfect wedding gown. Melanie helped me and was quite accommodating to the large group of ladies I had with me. She walked me through the store and let me pick and pull the dresses I wanted to try on. She was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about each of the designers, and their typical style. Melanie did not try to push any sort of sale on me, and was truly a blast to work with. I should mention how the dressing rooms were of ample size and the mirror set up is great, it lets you see all angles of the dress with ease. Not to mention, a wedding cake caterer dropped of some delicious goodies. Anyways, I narrowed my choices down to three, but with my mother's encouragement, decided I should look at other bridal boutiques. Ladies, I did it. I went to David's Bridal. It was terrible. After waiting 10 days for an opening, I booked my appointment for a Saturday. I arrived to what appeared to be Grand Central Station. The lady who checked me in had to shove 2 other brides off to the side. When she found an attendant for me, that attendant already had 4 other brides she was tending to. Long story short, after my mother was asked to help me out of the first dress I tried on, we bolted. I tried one other store, but it did not compare to my experience at The Bridal Collection. I made a second appointment at the store and Melanie was the gal who helped me. Again, very friendly, patient, helpful and NOT pushy. I would highly recommend this be any brides first stop in her quest for the dress as the experience they give you is unmatched, and you feel special. I was kind of in a rush to get a dress, as my wedding is only 7 months out and I knew delivery times would be cutting it close without the outrageous rush fees. I called BC and they were able to fit me in the very next tuesday! That was fantastic! My Stylist, Deb, was awesome. I'm sort of the nerdy type and she totally went with it, joking and finding dresses together. She was so much fun, and made sure to check every dress I was looking at to make sure I didn't get out of my budget. There was never any pressure to buy any particular dress, and the dresses she brought me were all well within my budget as well. I'm a size 16 (in wedding dresses) currently, and she had no problems grabbing a spacer and getting me into the dresses I had picked out, explaining what parts (if any) would fit better or slightly differently in my size. This is a beautiful shop with excellent customer service. I made a same day appointment on a Wednesday afternoon. I arrived about 15 minutes early and I was directed to begin browsing if I wanted to (I did!) My personal sales person was awesome! She spent a few minutes with me discussing my wedding, what I wanted and didn't want. She seemed to really understand the look I was going for while keeping in mind other things such as budget and the need to try on different styles. This shop was wonderful! We were shopping for my daughter's wedding dress and Cathy, our consultant, was amazing! She had my daughter try on every style in her price range and explained all the dresses so we would understand the differences (and why the strapless dresses would actually stay up!). Cathy gave my daughter lots of options and she found a beautiful dress and is so happy with it! Cathy also helped us with the bridesmaids dresses. We found the perfect dress here for my daughter! Awarding 4 stars instead of 5 because we did have a glitch when my daughter found that her dress was too tight at her second fitting. The store's seamstress manager worked hard to get it right, clearing her schedule to make sure that my daughter was completely satisfied with how her dress fit before she left town. Erin helped me pick out my dress and she was amazing. She was very sweet and nice and didn't put any pressure on me to buy a dress. However, the rest of my experience was very disappointing. The designer landed up sending me the wrong sized dress and not by a little bit. The Bridal Collection called me to come try my dress on and didn't bother looking at the dress beforehand to make sure it was the right size. The designer had actually sent me 8 sizes up from what I was supposed to get. This was an inconvenience, as it was a waste of time. They should have checked the dress thoroughly before calling me to come try it on. The original dress also had a huge snag on the front of it as well. This happened on a Thursday and they said they would call me by Monday at the latest after getting a hold of the designer. It was Tuesday afternoon and I still had not heard from them. I had to call to see what was going on. I would have appreciated a call on Monday even if they hadn't resolved anything. That would have been good customer service and I wouldn't have been worrying over my wedding dress. They did land up getting the right size in and I came back to try it on with Krystle who is one of the managers. My mom tried telling Krystle about how all the bridesmaids dresses we ordered through them were outrageously big. She didn't seem to care and just turned away without saying anything. She did offer me a free dress cleaning after the wedding, but overall we were not happy with Krystle's customer service. I was also very disappointed in how big the bridesmaid's dresses came in. I understand them being a little big just in case, but every single one of my bridesmaids were swimming in their dress even though they provided exact measurements. Lastly, I am giving this place a bad review because of their outrageous alterations prices. If you get your dress here, trust me there are places that do great work for a way cheaper price. They said I would be in the Emerald package, which costs $595! I found a great alterations lady who did my dress for $50! The Bridal Collection said I need to take it in on the sides to fix the gap in the chest area. My alterations lady found a way better and efficient way to prevent the gap without having to take in the sides. All in all, I would not recommend this place. read more

I just had the most fabulous day looking at wedding dresses and although I did not ending up finding "the dress" at the Bridal Collection, I had such a wonderful experience with Sydney that I felt like I really needed to write a review. I had several dress appointments today, and the Bridal Collection stood out as one of the best because of how wonderfully kind everyone was. We arrived at our appointment almost an hour early because my previous appointment ended early. Everyone was so welcoming and offered us hot cider (it was like 14 degrees today - brrr!), checked us in, and said we were welcome to look around while we waited. We didn't even make it out of the lobby area before Sydney introduced herself and said she was ready for us early. She sat down with us, talked about what we were looking for, asked if if we already had a dress to beat, and gave us a tour of the store and then we tried on a bunch of dresses. Sydney was so patient in letting me try on so many different styles and silhouettes that both my family and I wanted to see. She was also cognizant of our budget and always asked permission to bring a dress into the dressing room that we picked out that was even slightly over budget, which we really appreciated. Fast forward to the end of the appointment, and to be honest, the reason why I'm writing this review, Sydney gave me space and was incredibly gracious when we didn't find "the dress." I have seen other bridal stores and consultants that were standoffish and rude when you didn't find a dress at their store. Sydney, instead, was encouraging, helpful, kind, and was genuinely thankful that she could be a part of helping us figure out which dress was the one for me. Her attitude made me appreciate the process of dress shopping and that you do need to see quite a few dresses before you can make a decision. So, I guess, a super long review made very short: There are a TON of beautiful dresses at the Bridal Collection, its a warm and inviting shop full of friendly and genuine people, and even if you don't find the dress for you there, you will leave feeling encouraged and excited. Everything was smooth sailing at BC. I actually found my dress at a salon in CA but purchased at BC since I live in Denver. All the consultants were very helpful throughout the process and the 15% teacher discount is a very nice way to show appreciation! What an amazing experience! Everyone there was very sweet and welcoming. I was in on June 18th to try on wedding dresses. Meg was my stylist and she was fantastic. She was very sweet and knew what looked good on me. My second dress was "the one" and she did such a great job of realizing that after the first one I tried on. About a week after my appointment I received a thank you card for letting me share my day with them. Don't let the other negative reviews fool you. This is an AMAZING place. Their in store dresses are sizes 10s and 12s but they have fabric and clips to make sure it looks good.
