The outdoor area is huge and inviting, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. We especially loved sinking into the comfortable rocking chairs, the perfect place to kick back with a drink in hand. The overhangs and fans kept everything cool and breezy, which made hanging outside even more enjoyable on a warm day. One of our favorite features was the outdoor ordering window. It's so convenient, especially if you're visiting with your pup--you never have to leave them behind just to grab another round. The whole place has a fun, welcoming vibe with great music setting the tone. While we didn't sample the food this time, it was definitely tempting, and it's nice to know it's available if you want to make an afternoon of it. Drink-wise, Commonhouse nails it. While beer is their specialty (and they have a solid selection), they also offer a frozen drink and a few seltzers for those who prefer something a little different. And for the pups? They've thought of that too, with outdoor water stations so your dog can stay refreshed right alongside you. All in all, it's a truly pet-friendly spot with a laid-back atmosphere that makes you want to linger a little longer. It's quickly become one of our favorite places to relax and enjoy Charleston with Luna by our side.

If you can't figure out what you want they do offer flights for tasting. They do have a decent food menu as well everything that came out looked absolutely amazing. I'll have to make another trip out here. The bartenders were super friendly and helpful with deciding what to order.

It's also a great spot if you have your dog with you. The menu has a lot of unique seasonal drinks, and I love that they offer coffee flights if you're having trouble deciding. Everything we've tried has been delicious, and it's fun being able to sample a few different flavors at once. They also have a nice selection of pastries, breakfast items, and even beer and wine. The staff is always friendly, patient, and happy to answer questions or make recommendations. The little details make this place special--from the local artwork on the walls to the cozy vibe that makes you want to stay awhile. Whether you're stopping in for a quick coffee or meeting up with friends, Brew is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

It's the kind of spot you want to hang out in. The coffee is where they truly shine, rich, smooth, and tons of flavor options (including sugar-free, which I love). They also have a great variety of milk choices, so it's easy to customize exactly what you want. Unfortunately, the ham and cheese croissant was a big letdown. It was extremely greasy so much so that the paper it came in was completely soaked. When I went to take a bite, there was a strong, almost chemical smell that didn't resemble fresh baked pastry or ham at all. I tried to give it a chance, but the taste matched the smell and I just couldn't finish it. For $7, it was disappointing, and I ended up throwing it away. I had already left by the time I realized how bad it was, so I didn't get the chance to ask for a replacement, but based on that experience, I'd probably skip the pastries in the future. That said, I'll definitely still come back for the coffee, it's genuinely great. Just hoping the food side improves!

The menu is small but well-curated, with a focus on charcuterie boards -- both savory and sweet -- plus a few bar snacks like chips and dip. It's the perfect setup for sharing bites while enjoying everything else The Bunker has to offer. There's so much to do here -- fantastic for a work get together or a family event... it has axe throwing and simulated golf to putting greens and interactive darts. We went on a Thursday night for Team Trivia and had an absolute blast! The drinks system is super convenient: you're given a wristband when you had over your credit card & every time you want a drink it's scans the wristband when you pour your own drinks, which adds to the laid-back and social vibe. The space is large yet cozy, and the staff couldn't be kinder or more helpful. There's even a small gift shop with fun local items to browse. Overall, The Bunker is a great mix of games, good food, and friendly people -- an awesome spot to relax, play trivia and check out all the interactive games on offer.

The Reaper had a hefty kick to it that is rare to find at local breweries, while the sours and left coast were refreshing. Awesome atmosphere that is laid back yet fun and inviting with board games, video games, good music, comfy seating, and more. Appreciated that they don't allow tips, which (I'm assuming) means they pay their staff well. Reasonable prices and helpful, friendly staff. They also sell growlers to go and have food trucks on rotation. Dog and baby friendly. The not-so-good: The HVAC unit outside is a little loud, so we opted to sit inside to avoid it. Which is a shame because their outdoor space also seems great. Food/drink: 10/10 Atmosphere: 9/10 Service: 10/10

That turned out to be Ghost Monkey where I found a table by the gaming machines. I was able to set up the laptop and connect to work. Ghost Monkey is in an industrial office park. The interior is garage-like and since they don't serve food, dogs are okay inside and out. The decoration is quite eclectic with scarred tables, some of which are former cable reels. Most of the seating looks to be former school bus seats. But that's just part of the charm. The "Stretchy Pants" Kolsch was delicious and after a couple of hours, I was done with work and ready to head on to the next stop. [Review 19451 overall - 1025 in South Carolina - 421 of 2023.]
