Got the car back literally sparkling inside and out and they made tremendous improvement with the paint - and they were even able to re-clip the front bumper skirt that had gotten snagged and pulled out of place years ago! Steven kindly offered to try an additional product on some of the spots of missing paint which I'll be taking the car back for. Pricing was great and they were FAST; car was in at 7am and done by 2pm (the last time I took my car in for interior detailing at a chain company, they took nearly 3 days!) He was very nice and promised to be done as soon as he could; he's a one man team. I sat at a cafe for about 3.5 hours and then he notified me to come back. Don't expect seating - the only waiting area is a small spot near the cash register where you can stand. BUT... what they lack in space and polish, they absolutely make up for in service. My only real suggestion: it would be helpful if they had a posted price list for each service.
