He notified me that there was moss on the roof, but that it was spotty. He removed the moss, sprayed the area to prevent the moss from returning any time soon. He explained the reason for the moss, which was only on the front side of the roof, was due to that side of the roof being closest to the surroundings trees, which prevented it from getting much sun.
