Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. The Brentwood location is nearly impossible to find, minimal signage, no name on the door, and zero clear directions provided when booking. I arrived 10 minutes early and spent over 20 minutes wandering the complex trying to locate the suite. I called four times and left two voicemails explaining I was lost. No one answered. No one called back. When I finally found the suite (22 minutes late due entirely to their poor signage), brow stylist Naomi P. greeted me with a cold, dismissive attitude and refused to perform any of my services. I even offered to drop one service to stay on schedule, she still refused. She also would not reschedule me. Afterward, Naomi P. emailed me falsely claiming I hadn't left any voicemails and misstated my arrival time. The dishonesty and lack of accountability were shocking. Unprofessional, unaccommodating, and zero regard for customers. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. read more

I go to The Brow Fixx in Brentwood, Los Angeles, and I absolutely love it! I usually get my eyebrow wax, lash lift, and brow lamination done there, but now that they offer body waxing, I decided to try a bikini wax too. Brenda made me feel totally at ease and was so professional the entire time. She was gentle, detail-oriented, and really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. I have been here twice now. The first time I went, I saw Maygan, who did an incredible job. She was careful and precise -- I was thrilled with my brows. The second time I went, Maygan wasn't showing up as an option to book, so I decided to take a chance and go with Brenda, who ended up being a disappointment. While she is perfectly nice, she did a very hasty job on my eyebrows -- she did not shape them carefully and left lots of strays. Unless Maygan comes back, I will be looking for other places now. This review is long overdue... I have followed Naomi for over a decade from salon to salon, and I was thrilled when she opened her own business a couple of years ago, the Brow Fixx. I am even more excited that she now has a lovely new (and closer to me :) location in Brentwood - it's on a quiet street with ample parking, and the space itself is light and airy with a stylish boho-chic vibe. Naomi really is the best brow and lash aesthetician I have ever come across, and she has an effervescent personality to match. Naomi, I messaged the Brentwood location a couple of hours after the waxing job and received no response. Then I called your location and received a message. After explaining the problem I was offered a phone call from you. We spoke and you offered to fix my brows the following day, since I had an important even to attend. I did not hear from you in the morning but I did message you. No response so I had to rush to a place in Beverly Hills for damage control. The following day, you messaged me apologizing for the delay due to an emergency. There was no second phone call. I did not respond because I did not need a fix anymore. I had it done already and paid a high price too. I am sure Brenda knew about this and failed to reach out to me even just to apologize. I just moved in this neighborhood and I was hoping to make it my place to go to for all waxing needs. If a client has a problem and you cannot reach out to them, have somebody else let them know that. I would have appreciated that. I wish you the best. read more

When Brow Fixx opened, I was so excited. I've been a client of the owner now for over 6 years and would literally follow anywhere so when it opened, I of course became a client. I moved to WeHo years ago and still drive to the Westside just to come to Brow Fixx once a month. This new space in Brentwood that just opened is amazing. Tons of natural light, spacious and parking is super easy. It's been amazing to see the business grow and I've gone to all the staff that work here for appointments and the quality and standard is just as high across the board.
