I am going to give it a two star because there are a few people that work there that I liked but my experience today made me decide not to go there after I have been going there for more than ten years. I walk in not a soul in the place. An employee is sitting on a bench and sees me, completely ignores me. She calls another lady who signs me in to wait for the same rude lady. I sit on a chair and wait while I hear her on the phone. I ask her if she is coming to help me and she says in ten minutes I'm eating lunch. First of all when there is no one In the store lady you had hours to eat your lunch, secondly it would been nice for someone to tell me so I don't sit there and wait. Absolutely rude. I've been doing my eyebrows for 15 years now and I'm so grateful that I can finally say that I have a place that I will now consider my regular location! Rina fixed my eyebrows line by line and showed me where my eyebrow had a crooked line (which I was never aware of) and for the first time in my life I got symmetrical brows. Every time I got my brows done I would feel as if I was playing Russian roulette because in other locations sometimes I would come out with two completely different brows! Please consider coming to Vinita's and ask for RINA! I have never felt naturally understood. The vibe of the place is perfect and you can come between work if nearby. I used to exclusively get threaded here if I didn't have time to drive all the way down to artesia because the aestheticians made it less painful, especially Anjali... the last couple times have been disappointments and then this last time was the worst. She threaded so carelessly and roughly that I was left with multiple cuts on my upper lip and eyebrows, and this was before I had to attend a WEDDING. I just had the overall worst experience! I get my eyebrows done often, my lady wasn't in town so I was forced to come here. I walk in as the lady is on the phone while giving me attitude to sign in. Once she seats me she doesn't even ask me what service I want and just begins. My eyebrows left so bloody. She cut my entire under brow area yet still didn't take out all the hair. She thinned them out so much and yet still asked for a good tip. Overall was such a rude, disrespectful, bad hospitality, unwelcoming, expensive experience. I went to get my eyebrows done at this location, which was new to me, and even with strict specifications to barely take anything off and keep my eyebrows thick and even after showing a picture they still took off too much. I don't understand why it's so hard to do what the customer wants. I'm a bit disappointed honestly and annoyed because I have to wait for a whole month for my brows to grow back.
