I am going to give it a two star because there are a few people that work there that I liked but my experience today made me decide not to go there after I have been going there for more than ten years. I walk in not a soul in the place. An employee is sitting on a bench and sees me, completely ignores me. She calls another lady who signs me in to wait for the same rude lady. I sit on a chair and wait while I hear her on the phone. I ask her if she is coming to help me and she says in ten minutes I'm eating lunch. First of all when there is no one In the store lady you had hours to eat your lunch, secondly it would been nice for someone to tell me so I don't sit there and wait. Absolutely rude. There is a reason there has been a decline in customers in the past few years. read more

Went with my 13 year old daughter have her legs and underarms waxed for the first time. Sunita was amazing! We was so quick and gentle and really made the experience a positive one. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a brow threading place. From the moment she came over, she didn't state her name or ask how I was doing; she just started the service with no warmth at all and pretty sure she's racist. She wiped my brows with a tissue, then threw it right on my white shirt and stained it. I told her, "You just stained my shirt," and she just looked at me, didn't say sorry, and didn't say anything. At the end of the service, she just walked away without a word. Just a very rude lady with no customer service. I left no tip because she didn't deserve one, and I will not be returning to this establishment. read more

I've been doing my eyebrows for 15 years now and I'm so grateful that I can finally say that I have a place that I will now consider my regular location! Rina fixed my eyebrows line by line and showed me where my eyebrow had a crooked line (which I was never aware of) and for the first time in my life I got symmetrical brows. Every time I got my brows done I would feel as if I was playing Russian roulette because in other locations sometimes I would come out with two completely different brows! Please consider coming to Vinita's and ask for RINA! I have never felt naturally understood. The vibe of the place is perfect and you can come between work if nearby. I used to exclusively get threaded here if I didn't have time to drive all the way down to artesia because the aestheticians made it less painful, especially Anjali... the last couple times have been disappointments and then this last time was the worst. She threaded so carelessly and roughly that I was left with multiple cuts on my upper lip and eyebrows, and this was before I had to attend a WEDDING.
