Best experience I could have imagined. The studio is so cute, she's so welcoming and I felt very comfortable. Nicole is a ray of sunshine to brighten your day and she's the most talented artist. She stenciled my eyebrows before she micro bladed. She shows you what they will look like before and asks you what YOU want. There's different techniques with line drawing and shading so be specific and ask questions! She can creat the brows of your dreams! I went for both detailed micro-bladed lines and shading.... When I tell you the masterpiece she created.. better than I ever imagined. I'm so happy Nicole! You have a gift and I love them so much!! Thank you! Please don't go to anyone else. This is the best in the biz.

I was here two weeks ago and wasn't able to post anything until now. So, on to the review! Lauren is freaking awesome!!! I went in for a brow lamination and wasn't sure what to expect. You first have to sanitize your hands and have your temperature checked. If pink is your favorite color, they have it in spades! Very beautiful set up. Nice and clean. Since it was my first time, Lauren told me what she was doing at each step. She is such a warm, friendly person. She made this process fun and relaxing. My eyebrows have never ever looked this polished! She gave me a little pink sachet with nourishing balm and spoolie for aftercare for my eyebrows. You have contactless payment which is really cool cause ya know Rona. I booked an appointment for my follow up tinting. They have a customer for life with me! AMAZING service!!!

I HAD THE MOST INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE with Nicole and the whole staff at THE BROW PROJECT! I've had Microblading done many times before in other cities. It's always a little nerve wracking going to someone new BUT I am actually bummed I didn't find Nicole first! This review is LONG OVERDUE but better late then never, SO here we go! When you are looking for a professional who is a master at their craft, then you have come to the right place! I am very particular with who will be doing semi-permanent procedures on my body and with microbladding I wanted to make sure I had the best working on my face. Nicole is exactly that! She is so sweet and truly works with you to give you the best possible and most natural outcome for your new brows. I've always had decent brows but had a few spots that could have been more fuller. After working with Nicole I LOVE my brows now and doing makeup is such a breeze lol. I do highly recommend getting there early (15 mins) and doing some numbing cream because the procedure can hurt a tiny bit. But otherwise great experience and I highly recommend Nicole. Thank you Nicole I'll see you in a few years for a touch up.

Where do I even begin?! From the moment you walk into The Brow Project until the moment you leave, it's as if you are existing smack dab in the middle of an interior design magazine. Everything is so aesthetically pleasing and it makes you not want to leave! The gals here are all incredible! I went to see Brittney for Dysport, which was LONG overdue, and she did an exceptional job. Within 2-3 days my typical movements were almost completely gone, and now, one week later, everything is PERFECT! Brittney is so knowledgeable and you just instantly trust her recommendations. I, like many others, have also been struggling with "maskne," from constantly having my chin covered. Jo provided me with some samples of cleanser and serums and it began repairing my trouble spots within 1-2 uses. I love the energy of all of the girls. Thank you, Nicole, Brittney, and Jo for giving me such a wonderful experience. I cannot wait to be back for more treatments!

I've personally never been to the Brow project but I have been a loyal client to Brittney and all I did was DM to ask a couple questions and I understand that maybe I could've gotten a consultation but considering I've never had anything done besides my lips of course I was going to just ask simple question and then the fact that she has to post something on Instagram stating how not to DM her I just felt personally kind of annoyed because I feel like that's your job to answer peoples questions over injections and all the above when that's what you do for a living but again I'm not being rude or have anything bad to say about your brand/company I just think instead of posting on social media you could reply simply stating please book a consultation... I find it unprofessional. read more

I am OBSESSED with my eyebrows! Getting them microbladed has seriously changed my life. Nicole was so amazing to work with. She is extremely talented, professional, and kind. She will make you feel 100% comfortable from the moment you walk through the door and will take the time to educate you on the entire process. She is a true artist and expert in permanent make up. If you need your eyebrows micro bladed The Brow Project is the place to go! I was so scared because micro blading is permanent, but thank God Nicole is a perfectionist. My eyebrows have always been such a pain point for me and now I don't have to draw them on lol. The place is aesthetically pleasing, they play great music, and they make you feel so welcome the minute you walk in. I am so pleased with the results and it is totally worth it! 5 stars just doesn't do Nicole justice she truly makes eyebrow magic!! If you're like me and have gone back and forth with micro blading because you're too nervous just trust me, Nicole has got you! I can't say enough good things about my entire experience. I expressed to nicole how excited but also nervous I was to finally be getting my eyebrows microbladed and she immediately put me at ease not only with her infectious spirit and reassuring my fears, but by most importantly including me in every step of the process. She mapped my brows to perfection and drew on the hair strokes with brown pencil and made sure I took a long hard look before we got started. She is truly about making what YOU want come to life and not just a rinse and repeat of doing what is considered the perfect brow. She made sure to focus on how the shape, thickness, and strokes looked on my face as a whole and not just the brows by themselves. I even asked her to make a couple of tweaks to the pencil drawn strokes and despite her informing me that they will shrink a lot during the healing process, because of my nervousness she immediately made the tweaks without any pressure. And for a nervous first timer that is EVERYTHING. She takes the time to speak with her clients and get a gauge for their headspace and what their vision is. It's one thing for an artist to just say the right things to ease the nervousness, but what actually matters is that she did exactly what she said she would do and nothing more or less. I felt totally in control and comfortable. It's also an important disclaimer that I'm making this review after seeing my fully healed first session brows. I had my second session yesterday, and let me just say... they look INCREDIBLE. I can't express enough that if you are nervous to get it done and are more on the conservative side with your brows please please go see Nicole! She will make sure to do a lighter first session to make sure you're comfortable and actually shows you through the healing process of the first session that they will shrink A LOT. I was so excited to go in yesterday and have her fill/build them out for the second session now that I know what the process is like and the end result. It's priceless to have an artist that is so incredibly talented at personalizing your brow experience and giving you YOUR dream brows and not just dream brows. So basically I'm obsessed with the brow project, Nicole, and my brows. Also want to give some recognition to her assistant who will greet you at the door and offer you drinks and chat with you while getting you numbed up. Made me feel immediately at ease and comfortable. GO BOOK NOW!!!! read more

Holy moly. I'm an atheist but Nicole is doing GODS WORK. Born without perfect brows? Need a frame to accent your beautiful face? Damage your natural brows in the 90s when we all thought Whoopi had the right idea? GO. TO. NICOLE. I'm telling you. GODS WORK. My brows are GORGEOUS now. My GP told me I have the most beautiful eyebrows she's ever seen right after my PAP smear. My coworkers stop me in the hallway. My man told me he didn't think I could get prettier than I was before Nicole blessed me with her work (he had ulterior motives... but I digress). I was super nervous before my appointment - not because I was afraid about the results - the before & after's of Nicole's work takes care of that. I was nervous because she seems so COOL and I wanted her to like me. She really is that cool. But also super comforting. I'm not saying getting your brows done by Nicole will kickstart the Influencer/Blogger career you've been dreaming about... but it really can't hurt. MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT TODAY. Brittney was wonderful! Took the time to explain the difference between 2 injectables and costs. I did review right away, because I wanted to see my results first and I will say that it's been 2 months since I went and I still and very satisfied with my results. I just recently visited The Brow Project for the first time and was soooo excited because I've seen so many people post about the salon. The moment I walked in, I was in love. From the Decor to the Brow Project branded cookies that I was offered, the customer service and most importantly the work that was performed - it. was. IMPECCABLE. When I talk about customer service, Im not talking about how I was greeted... I'm talking about the way I was educated to make me feel comfortable that I was in good hands. I'm talking about the fun conversations that made me feel like I could relate. I'm talking about the feeling of being so welcome that I felt like I was a part of a community. I've already had that feeling from their online content but they took it to another level in person. With the current Pandemic going on in the world, I haven't really walked into many salons but being at The Brow Project, I felt very safe. The place was immaculate, sanitary and all the women were wearing the cutest leopard masks. read more

Nicole is the absolute best when it comes to brows. The studio space beautiful and clean and I truly enjoyed chatting with Nicole during my appointment. I was worried about micro-blading because I didn't want anything too intense or fake-looking. Nicole kept it natural and I receive so many compliments. I've recommended her to several of my friends and I'll be back to see her in a few years for a touch-up! I had been looking for a place to get my nose bump filled. I was blown away by The Brow Project and its employees/owner. I came in and was promptly numbed, while Lauren very carefully went over what to expect/the process/post-care etc. I felt very comfortable getting my brows done with Lauren and she did an INCREDIBLE job. As with any permanent makeup, you get a little scared beforehand, but she ensured they would be beautiful and NATURAL- which is exactly what they turned out to be. I recently visited The Brow Project to get a full set of lashes. And I will NOT be going anywhere else from now on! Aside from it being such a cute and inviting place- ladies EVERYTHING is pink, that alone should get you to go, Lauren is THE master of lashes. I had been getting my lashes done for 3 yr before giving up. I could never find a lash speciality that could provide the same quality each session, so I gave up. Buuut then here comes Lauren. She explained the process, asked what look I wanted to achieve and gave her honest feedback. Best part, we were not rushed! She took her time to perfect each single lash and I walked away with the best set I have EVER had. It's been a week, and they are still as fluffy and full as day 1. It's been awhile since I last posted a review for TBP, but I am delighted to say that I am still a loyal and very HAPPY client and even though I didn't think it was possible, Nicole and her team just keep getting bigger and better. With the addition of Brittney and Jo, the TBP team is flipping unstoppable! Brittney's skills are insane - I have started seeing her for fillers and for the first time since I started getting fillers a few years ago, I feel I have found the absolute BEST practitioner, and I trust her 100%. I love that she is honest and transparent, and does not make me feel pressured to do more and more. Not to mention, she does beautiful work! Nicole is the queen of brows! It's only been a few days since my first appointment, but my brows already look stunning. By far the BEST investment I've made! I plucked my eyebrows out in highschool (20years ago) and they never grew back. Nicole was soooo accommodating and gave me exactly what I wanted! No more filling in with a pencil! Just worked out and sweaty, but eyebrows ON POINT! 100% recommend!!! read more

These girls are amazing. Nicole is the expert - do whatever she tells you to do!! My brows look amazing. Brittney has been doing my Botox and filler for the past year. I don't bruise, I'm not in pain. She places Botox perfectly! I've had it placed awkwardly by other providers, but never a problem with Britt. I always have the highest level of care. I don't even know where to start but if you're considering getting your brows micro-bladed.... DO IT NOW & GO TO NICOLE. She's incredible. I fully trusted her to do what she thought best and she UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT. I got so tired of doing my brows everyday and after getting them done, I wake up feeling so good about myself and don't even feel the need to put makeup on. Just brush and go! I went to The Brow Project because I saw her work on Instagram. I followed her work for months before booking the appointment because I wanted to make sure she was the perfect artist for the job. It is my brows after all, and I've heard horror stories about botched looking brows. Let me tell you, this girl does not disappoint!!! I am so happy with how my brows turned out. The Brow Project was born in the summer of 2016. After 17+ years in the beauty/medspa industry, I decided to venture out on my own, and live the dream I've had as a little girl to own my own beauty business. I came in for a tattoo removal and filler consultation, was very clear about what I wanted, and was…read moreassured they could deliver exactly that. Based on their confidence, I paid upfront for tattoo removal and 3 syringes of filler. Right after the first tattoo removal session, I was told the tattoo removal wouldn't work because of the ink color -- something they absolutely should've mentioned before selling me a package. With the filler, I was only given half a syringe (with no explanation until after I paid), the filler was placed wrong and was injected on the inside of my mouth as opposed to around the lips where it's supposed to go. It was done in small section so you could see where the product was and wasn't. I was told that it would need to be dissolved because I had a bad reaction- I've been getting filler for years, but again trusted them, so I got it dissolved and came back. When I returned to get the rest, they told me they'd thrown it out because "they can't store it so I need to purchase more" Again -- never disclosed until it was too late. I asked for a refund and was told several times it was being processed, but months went by with no response. I followed up constantly, stayed patient and respectful, and was either ignored or brushed off. Finally, someone from their national office called me -- he was rude, aggressive, and sarcastic from the second I answered. When I asked him not to talk over me, he paused for a full minute just to say, "Just wanted to make sure you were done before I was allowed to speak." Then he hung up on me when I address his behavior. I spent thousands of dollars here and got nothing I was promised. Now I have no thousands of dollars in credits that I will never use. They lie to make the sale, botch you, dodge accountability, and treat you like an inconvenience if you ask questions. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I never wanted to embarrass myself by sharing photos of my lips, but want to help anyone else who is considering going here. Save your time, money, and sanity -- go literally anywhere else.

Like many others I did an internet search for a local artist and was immediately struck by how much Nicole stood out amongst her (very few) peers in the biz. I texted her an inquiry and she responded very quickly. I'm not young and my brows are sparse; for a long time I've needed to use pencil and/or powder to fill them in to be presentable in public. I tried permanent makeup many years ago which had faded quite a bit to a grayish hue: because of this and possible scarring, Nicole told me that the microblading may or may not work ... or work only somewhat. She was very candid and upfront, but at the same time was positive and optimistic. She is also very professional and very sweet. Nicole studied my face, made her recommendations regarding shape, length, and color, explained the procedure and healing process very thoroughly, and it was an easy decision to put myself in her hands. I booked the initial appointment with a touch up a month or so afterwards. Nicole's schedule was jammed up for months, but she managed to squeeze me in. For the 2nd touch up (more about this in a moment: basically I needed 3 appointments instead of 2), Nicole came in on HER DAY OFF at 8:00 am to accommodate me. This is excellent customer service folks! After my initial appointment, I followed the "typical" aftercare plan and let's just say Plan A didn't work out well for me. The procedure ended up not "taking" and when I returned for my touchup appointment Nicole quickly surmised that instead of a touchup, I needed a total redo (with a different post procedure protocol). This worked like a charm and after Plan B, I returned for "just" the touchup. So I'm a challenging "case" and my outcome looks slightly different than most others, but nevertheless I couldn't be more pleased. Nicole's handiwork has saved me SO much time in the morning! My new brows are thicker and frame my face nicely. I really don't need to do anything to them to dash out the door in the daytime, and I touch them up with just a little brow color for social occasions. Nicole provided a nice natural arch for me to follow - she is a true artist and very precise. By the way, I recommend that you not use Groupon to get a "deal" with someone who is new and looking to build their clientele. I've been seeing a lot of microblading deals on my feed. Microblading is a precise and creative irreversible procedure on your face. You want an experienced artist with high standards who is approachable, patient, professional, and kind. That is Nicole. I am currently an out-of-state student, so my time in Dallas is very limited. Nicole worked with my schedule and was willing to stay late one evening to get my first session of microblading done - she was also able to ensure that I would be in town for my second session, even though Nicole is one busy lady. After my first session, I messaged Nicole multiple times about whether I was able to use certain products, and she always responded within minutes. This review is coming a bit late, but since I found Nicole on Yelp, I knew I needed to come back here to review my experience. I am a very particular person and the thought permanent make up was a bit daunting. Letting someone tattoo your face should not be taken lightly!! It's SOO important to do your research and find someone who is knowledgeable and skilled in their art and Nicole is just that. She matched my hair color to a T, even down to my skin's undertones. She informed me of what to expect in the healing process and every possible side effect, even making herself available over text for any continuing concerns. She really goes above and beyond to ensure her clients have a positive experience. What stood out to me the most in my overall experience though is Nicole's expertise and passion for brows, ONLY brows. With such a narrow focus, she continuously refines and improves her techniques to create the most natural looking brows possible. With all of this being said, the proof is in the pudding. Nicole is one of the most talented brow artists I've ever seen. My brows are amazing, they look so fluffy and full that people are often left in disbelief when I tell them they are microbladed. From my results and the quality of care I received when working with Nicole, I would pay double. I have been meaning to post a review for Nicole for the longest time - better late than never! I spent months researching every artist in the DFW area after deciding that I wanted to get my eyebrows microbladed. I wanted to be absolutely sure that I was getting the best of the best - hello, it's my FACE! There is no doubt in my mind that you can get absolutely no better than Nicole Blankenship. She is a total pro, and her work speaks for itself. I stalked her instagram for ages before setting an appointment, and I walked in with complete confidence that I was in expert hands and I was not disappointed. I don't think I've ever written a review on Yelp, but after getting my brows done by Nicole, I knew I had to. If you're looking to get your eyebrows microbladed, you'd be actually insane to go to anyone else. Nicole so nice, welcoming, and personable, but most importantly she's incredibly talented and passionate about what she does. (She was even telling me about future trips she's taking for classes to learn even more about different, cutting edge techniques to give her clients the best results--how cool is that?!) She gives a thorough explanation on what to expect during and after the treatment so you know exactly what is going to happen. I have blonde hair so I thought getting the right shade for my eyebrows would be tricky, and admittedly I was nervous, but for Nicole is was a breeze and it's a PERFECT match. People don't believe me when I tell them I got my eyebrows microbladed because of how natural and fluffy it looks! I went to NB last year for an appt and the color quickly faded after a month with the initial and follow-up session. In fact, the color not only faded, but somehow managed to turn into an orange/pink. I didn't go back after that because who wants brows that last a month? I didn't give this too much thought, but I was recently at a party where someone asked me about this strange color on my brows. The woman went on to insist I was using the 'wrong brow pencil.' When I told her what it was really from, she was surprised. Not only was this a waste of money, I will have to spend even more money to return my face to a normal color. The brows looked great at first, but it doesn't last long for some people. Do your research first before receiving this type of procedure...I got the manual strokes and those DO fade quickly if you have oily skin. I knew that the manual method did fade but after two weeks I already noticed significant fading...the powder brow method seemed to produce too much of a 'painted' look-not impressed. I think some people do well with this, but some do not. I will visit my Dermatologist to see what, if anything, can be done about the discoloration on my face. read more

If i could give Nicole 1000000 billion stars I would because wow! First off I am a makeup artist, so I am insanely particular when it comes to my brows more than ANYTHING! I watched three artist for almost two years and Nicole was not only the most consistent, but her work was by far the most beautiful. Now a days its so easy for people to get certified and do something just to make a buck. That is not the case with the ladies at the Brow Project. Their passion and love for this industry shows through the application on their work and I couldn't be more pleased. Nicole made me feel so safe and comfortable the entire way through ( mainly i was terrified of the pain) which might i add was not bad at all do to the fact she numbed me the correct way and also has the softest hand which is sooooo hard to come by. I cannot say enough about Nicole at the Brow Project. She is highly professional, highly skilled, and Extremely thoughtful about not only giving you a great final result but a consistent and quality experience. As a woman of color, it's always important to make sure that the person that you work with has the proper instruments, tools, etc to be able to give you a good finished product, whether you're doing laser hair removal, or in this instance, ensuring that the professional has the right colors to best suit your skin tone. Nicole has an assortment of colors, but most importantly, because of her background and experience, she understands how to best match the color that makes sense for your skin to ensure that you get a very VERY realistic end result. I am 41 and consider myself a fairly attractive woman. I am a successful professional, run my own business and speak in public often. But I have long been insecure about my brows. As a kid they were too thick. As an adult and after getting butchered by waxing they were too thin and required constant tweezing. They truly have been the bane of my appearance. I saw Nicole for my first microblading appointment back in September - and I really wanted to review her right away because I was so thrilled with the results. I went from barely there, patchy brows, to a "Brooke Shields lookalike" (said my husband)......BUT...I decided to wait to post my review. I wanted to see how my brows faded, see how the 8 week touch-up went, and then live with them for a few months. Well ladies & gentleman - it's almost February now and let me tell you: my brows ROCK. They freakin' ROCK!!!! I feel so much more polished every day when I roll out of bed. I feel like a gorgeous, natural beauty with genius brows. Nicole is a master at what she does. I asked her for "super natural" brows and I was a little bit scared of going too dark with the pigment. She listened to all of my concerns, went in with a very light touch and never pressured me to go bigger, bolder or darker. Nicole is truly amazing! I am a few days out from my first session and I have already received so many compliments. I was pretty nervous for my first session but I knew I wanted to simplify my life and be able to sleep in 10 extra minutes in the morning. I am a wuss with pain and Nicole was amazing at walking me through everything so I would be most comfortable during my session. It is slightly uncomfortable but it is TOTALLY worth it. I was also so impressed with the way Nicole explained the healing process for the first 10 critical days post procedure. I felt so prepared each day and she was spot on in her descriptions of how my brows have healed. My brows look AMAZING and I cannot wait to go back for my touch up. Not only is Nicole an artist in what she does but she's sweet, kind & has impeccable customer service. If you have been thinking about it - go ahead and book. Nicole is hands down the best in the business! She is very meticulous and detail oriented and it shows in every client that she has done. She knows what looks good on YOU, on your face, not on some Instagram model. Her craftsmanship is flawless and she has a soft but effective touch for a near painless experience, even in the most tender of places around your eyes. When you walk into her studio, everything is exceptionally clean and professional. She walks through every step of the process with you in your consultation appointment and will spend any amount of time with you to go over eyebrow shaping, color, and techniques. I think we drew on a handful of looks and tried on different shades to achieve my best look AND with a screaming baby in tow! When you are in Nicole's studio, you and your satisfaction are her priority. It may take some time to get into her but it's more than worth it and worth every penny! Nicole is amazing! She is an artist,magician,and a beautiful soul. She is very professional and takes the time to listen to your concerns and your brow goals. She explains everything thoroughly and sends you home with detailed instructions and an adorable little bag containing the aftercare products you need during the healing process. There's a reason she is booked out 6 months in advance. Yes, she is that good! Just be patient and as she says trust the process. You might get lucky like I did and be able to snag a coveted cancellation and get in 3 months early. Just follow(stalk) her on Instagram She gave me fuller brows than I thought would be obtainable. My natural brows are pretty sparse and she was very honest upfront and said we might have to resort to powder but would try with just micro blading and could add powder during the follow up visit in 3 months. I was so nervous about micro blading and spent two years asking women names of who did their brows and collecting referrals. Then I was at a department store and just happened to ask the man waiting on me if he knew if anyone, since I wS restocking brow products. He gave me Nicole's name and business name. I looked her up and read her bio and looked at the pictures. The thing at that time was how most of the details related to cleanliness, care of equipment and assurance to customers BEFORE she began. I have just finished my second appointment and could not be happier. She worked conservatively during the first appointment and today finished the touch up. Folks look at me with that, what is different about you, and even ask, "have you lost weight, did you get you hair cut...etc. they notice something different, but it isn't obvious. Her attention to detail and passion for the job immediately had me obsessed! I have always had decent eyebrows - but a little lighter than I wanted and not as shapely... Nicole has been doing my eyebrows for over a year now. When I first walked into her office I was so nervous to get my eyebrows micro-bladed that I was shaking. I was fully convinced that I was not going to do them and that I was just there to get information. But Nicole was so calm and walked me through the entire process. I felt so confident in her and am so glad I trusted her because I wake up every day being more and more obsessed with my brows. My eyebrows are literally my favorite thing about myself. We started out slow and light and have eventually grown from there. Over time, I have gotten a new shape to my brows and I am obsessed! I get compliments on them daily but most importantly I feel so confident and natural with them. I love Nicole so much and would recommend her 10/10.
