We love the Brunchery! The food is always super good and we love their rotating specials. The way the restaurant is run is super interesting, you don't have one dedicated server, they all kind of pitch in and help. The problem with that is, I feel like the service lacks sometimes. Other times they are on top of it. They are always super nice, and the atmosphere is giving grandmas country kitchen. It's a win for us! Pictured is the special of the day yesterday, cinnamon raisin French toast (amazing), smoked salmon eggs Benedict and the club sando. It was all really good! I will say that it's a little pricey for breakfast, but overall very delish.

The Brunchery is your local neighbor diner and I absolutely love dining here! The pictures cannot do any justice because the food is amazing. I love the customer service because everyone is friendly and welcoming once you step foot inside of the establishment. The restaurant is nicely decorated and clean. Also, the establishment provides clean restrooms, indoor/outdoor seating! I love coming here with family, on a date and solo trip! Enjoy one of my favorite locate brunch spots!

The Brunchery is one of our absolute favorite breakfast spots!! When you sit down there are 2 boards on the wall with all the specials written on them. We always start with a grilled butter rum muffin which we split between us. We have this with coffee while we wait for our food. Everything I've put in my mouth here has been delicious. They have an extensive menu with many different breakfast and lunch choices. They are only open for breakfast and lunch. The staff are all lovely and we have even met the owner who was super nice. I highly recommend The Brunchery.

The service was great and the servers communicated well among each other to deliver. My coffee was always filled and I ordered the pumpkin coffee with an option to swap it out if I didn't like it. I had the heart healthy omelette and the egg whites were nice and fluffy. I enjoyed the salsa on top which added flavor so there is no need to add any salt. The fruit is fresh and toast nicely buttered. The surprise I received was a fresh coffee to go because I mentioned driving to Orlando afterwards. A really great experience and a definite place to add on my list when in town.

We stopped by after a wedding venue tour. We were seated right away and they brought us water. We ordered 2 coffee ($7.40) also which was good. We ordered Nutella Crepes ($14.65), Chorizo Skillet ($16.20), Vegetable Omelette ($13.45) and a Rueben ($13.95). We all enjoyed our breakfast and brought some of the veggie omelette and Chorizo Skillet home. I appreciated that they would leave out things from the omelette and sub sliced tomatoes for toast. The atmosphere is homey and we had time to discuss the venue without feeling rushed for the table. We will be back.

Wanted to try a new breakfast spot. Since this place had so many great reviews, I wanted to see if the hype was real and it definitely was! The portion sizes are HUGE so expect to be stuffed! I ordered the BLT omelette but because I don't eat pork I subbed for turkey sausage. Everything was delicious! I usually don't finish all of my food but I literally couldn't stop eating . Service was great, food came out quick. The restaurant itself gave wholesome southern vibes and we went on Halloween so everyone was dressed up so that was cute. I definitely recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

I have a group of friends and we just transitioned from going to lunch to going to brunch. And this was the first place we went, of course The Brunchery. It really gives you small town friendly vibes. With a party the size we had which was probably 12, service was excellent. Our food came out within a few minutes of each other. Everyone enjoyed their food, Our server was efficient and friendly. Definitely a delightful place that I will most likely return to.

This could've been a 5 five star review based on dine in service today. Then I ordered a Togo order and I went to Zero. Up until the manager came to humiliate, embarrass and become confrontational with me in front of the dining room in the restaurant because I had to send back the waffle I ordered to go that came out wrong twice. I ordered the banana bread waffle dry ToGo so that I could not have it soggy when I delivered it. After sending it back the first time Because it had caramel syrup and banana on it, Then I got a regular waffle dry not banana bread batter waffle like I ordered. So a second time I refused it and the Owner hand-delivered it and became confrontational with me arguing and talking over me in the dining room. I made the mistake of asking for them to correct it and make sure it was the banana bread dry with out the toppings on it which included the caramel syrup and bananas. Sadly I came here because it is a "small business" and I wanted to give them another try. The Swedish Crepes is actually a phenomenal dish here if you're in town and you wanna order that as it is you will be pleased. Hope this review helps someone else avoid this place and the terrible treatment.

Found this place on the whim after making a quick stop in the area. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and was able to be seated. The waitress was nice and patient with us. The ambiance is like a country cooking breakfast spot. Pretty laid back, family friendly. I ordered the omelette with ham, cheddar cheese and spinach with diced red potatoes. This dish was on point...I liked the way they had the ham in the spinach...it wasn't the normal way breakfast spots have their ham. Would def come here again. The next time I'm in the area

The absolute best part about this place is everything. The food was delicious and generous. The service is attentive and friendly. And ambiance is farmhouse chic. Thank you to all the staff that made my wiggly toddler feel so welcomed.

We were traveling with an elderly disabled family member who uses a mobility scooter. Although there were designated accessible parking spaces, the ramp leading into the building was so narrow that her scooter couldn't safely use it. Once inside, both the retail store and the restaurant had aisles that were too narrow for the scooter to navigate. As a result, she had to leave the scooter behind and painfully walk with a cane, which left her exhausted before we were even seated. The retail store itself was packed so tightly with merchandise that it felt more like navigating an obstacle course than shopping. Much of the merchandise was gift-shop fare at prices that seemed difficult to justify. The restaurant appeared disorganized from the moment we checked in. We watched multiple parties who arrived after us get seated before we did, including a party of two being seated at a table that could accommodate eight guests. Meanwhile, our elderly disabled relative was told she could wait in a chair next to the restroom. When we were finally called, we were seated at a table at the very back of the restaurant, requiring yet another long and painful walk for our relative. After looking over the menu, we found the prices surprisingly high for the offerings, and there wasn't enough that appealed to our group to justify staying. At that point, we decided to leave without ordering. After driving more than an hour based on the restaurant's reputation, the combination of poor accessibility, disorganized seating, and a menu that didn't provide good value made the trip feel like a complete waste of time. We ended up driving into Plant City instead, where we found a welcoming restaurant with reasonable prices and a much better overall experience.

Which I ended up having to wait 10mins as it was not ready. I think asked the host for a drink due to my inconvenience and having to wait (which I feel was not a big ask) she responded and said she can't. So I asked for a manager whom I spoke with Marcel and MICHAEL the on duty managers who then said my food just came up but this regarded the drink that I asked for. As a person in customer service especially corporate this was very unprofessional and their was not one once of empathy towards me and not to mention the attitude the girl had towards me from the time I walked to the host stand. So I got my food finally 17 minutes later and they forgot my jalapeño that came with my order haven't waited so long you would of thought they would had double checked the order before brining it to me. Not the case. So I the get all the way home ready to eat my food to see that all three of my tacos were extremely brunt at this point I am furious having drove all the way back home and to now have to drive and waste unnecessary gas that I should not have had to is beyond ridiculous. I get there speak with both of the guys and tell them this is unbelievable and unacceptable and I clearly wanted a refund. From start to finish this experience got worse and worse. I told MICHAEL the issue and both of the had no regards to how unhappy I was have not type of empathy and made me feel even worse as a customer. I really feel like the kitchen people were trying to be funny with my order. Even with me face to face and expressing to them both the lack of empathy they had towards me and my inconvenience they still gave none. So he went processed the refund and then wants to come back and give me the receipt and a free chips and salsa like the fact that asked for a measly drink from hump that thy could not even accommodate me is diabolical and to think after how I was treated that I would even want to support this business absolutely not. I literally was just telling my cousin how good they were and not I and forced to banned them completely due to the lack of customer service. As a major corporation you would think they would make things right for the customer so that it would not escalate to this measure but sadly this is the route I have to go to. In order to be seen and heard. This company handled this situation so distasteful. The restaurant literally flipped the issue so they made themselves look as if they did nothing wrong. As a company there was no accountability from upper management on how they restaurant made me feel they did nothing to show any type of empathy and accused me of things that I did not do this is beyond baffling I expected way more from a big named company like themselves. I respectfully will never go to this location. I do feel like they played victim, and they basically made me feel like my concerns were not heard and they had done no wrong when in fact there really was. Please be aware if you choose to spend your money here at this location. I highly recommend not going to this location awful customer service and management! I posted the conversation to show how the restaurant location completely made up lies and deception to make them look like they did no wrong and that I was the "aggressor" when in fact I was not and they choose to treat me racially per the hostess in the front and so management can think that they did no wrong which is crazy for a company.
