This store has the best women's jeans that I found. Carissa was so helpful both times I came in and super friendly!

Now don't get me wrong, I love to buy things out of here when I feel like dropping almost 30 bucks on a thin but adorable t-shirt but I can't help but feel like the employees are not tip top. I walked in just the other evening and all of the employees were barefoot, and gossiping about who knows what. Trying on clothes while the store was opening. Now, I work retail and have no problem with wanting to kick your shoes off in the remaining ten seconds that the store is open, but to have bare feet at 8 PM? Put some shoes on, please. There used to be a lovely employee here, Christopher, who could talk me into buying anything, and I mean anything. Yeah, he was a cutie but also had a professional manner that the rest of the employees have yet to catch onto. Oh, and a little help finding something would be nice once in a while too. Just about the only place I can find jeans that fit P-E-R-F-E-C-T-L-Y~!! The salespeeps are always nice; and yes they always try to upsell their items but not in a super pushy way. See what you want but don't want to buy yet? That's cool. They'll give you a card with all of the info on it to bring back later for the exact pair of jeans (or whatever) you're looking for. read more

The selection of clothing is nice. But my review is on the service. Most of us have worked in retail at one point or another and know the object of the game is to sell stuff, blah blah. I came in with a friend who was looking for new jeans. A girl came to help. She talked to my friend for a while and then tried to get me to look at jeans. I nicely explained that I am quite pregnant (it was obvious) and wouldn't be looking for clothes today, but thank you. She rolled her eyes at me and then proceeded to be rude to me the rest of the time. I was walking around with my toddler keeping her entertained, staying out of peoples way and she kept glaring at me like I was doing something horrible. Then when my friend would come out to ask my opinion on a pair of pants, the sales girl would interrupt me while I was talking. Rude much? Then as I was leaving, the girl gave me a card to come in a get fitted for jeans. She said.... "here...come in when you are not pregnant anymore." Wow. How about not. read more

Buckle always has some fresh clothes in stock and usually keep up to date on the newest trends/brands. The staff is always nice and super helpful when I go there. Definitely my favorite place to shop in E. County. Go check it out. Pros: Good staff, Great clothes and close to the crib. Cons: Pricey, but that's not their fault...blame that on the clothing companies. read more

Went into buckle recently, bought some new outfits. Usually love the store, but Christy was very aggressive about selling clothes. It was borderline harassment the tactics she went to to try and sell me on stuff I didn't need or look good in! I expected more professionalism from the manager!!! Even the sales people seemed to be more professional then their own manager. Will really reconsider coming to the store next time. read more

Purchased a shirt and had to return it. I washed it before I packed it and when I looked at it, it had holes in it. I no longer had the receipt but the guy whom I believe might have been the manager, let me exchange it with no questions or arguments. I normally wouldn't have cared and just threw it away but the clothing at buckle is not cheap. I appreciated that I could return it and the girl working that day was a huge help in finding something I liked to replace it. I would definitely purchase more items at this location. I came in to buy several pairs of jeans and other things but left with nothing!!! Sales girls did not listen to one word I said took the jeans I wanted and tries them on!!!! Wonderful customer service. I went it because a top I bought ripped after I wore it once. They not only offered to have their onsite seamstress fix it (free of charge), they gave me the option to return the shirt or do an exchange. I don't really like to shop for clothes but if I have to this is one of my favorite spots. Great clothes and great helpers with not so great prices. Whoever's helping me usually just keeps bringing me clothes to the changing room. I drive out of my way to purchase from this specific store. They have outfitted me for many concerts, get togethers, and trips. Service is always top notch. I always leave with more than expected. I used to always buy sizes bigger, but they showed me my correct size and how cute I should look. Great confidence booster! Whenever I am wearing one of my ensembles from one of my many Buckle purchases, I receive a lot of compliments! I highly recommend this store. It is in a smaller mall that is not very busy, so I usually have a few workers helping me and giving their opinion. read more
