My local Mr Pete's has some really good employees. Some have been there for years! The prices have gone up slightly like other fast food but they're fast and its good; they have never gotten my order wrong. My fave are the breakfast specials, it's so much food, two can share. The taquitos are DeliMex frozen taquitos (or identical brand) and a "avocado" sauce , not guacamole! The real problem they are $8.00 for two skinny taquitos w avocado sauce. Decided to try this place for breakfast today because it's so close to our house. Their drive thru always seems busy, so you figure it mist be good. We had a few hours in between soccer games so didn't want to drive anywhere far and this place is so close to home. BAAAAAAAD CHOICE!! It took about 20 minutes just to order. I very rarely give one star, but one star is exactly what they deserve. First the prices are ridiculous. Going to what's basically a hamburger stand and paying extremely high prices for some of the worst food I've had in my life. The cheeseburger sucked, from the massive amount of lettuce and mushy tomatoes to their version of secret sauce. They're taquitos I think they got from Costco, and I'm not sure what the filling is, but it's definitely not meat. The avocado soup that they pour on top of it is terrible, and by the time you get home, your taquitos which were sitting in the soup, are basically now soggy and inedible.
