Food 7/10 Service 7/10 Ambience 6/10 The food was decent, I came in when the hype for the Krabby Patties was in and lets just say it was a Regular Dave's cheeseburger from their menu. The Burger and the fries are good but the only thing that wasn't really up to standard was the Pinapple smoothie, it tasted more like Vanilla Ice-cream then anything else and was closer to melted then frozen and cold. The service was just as normal as any fast food restaurant nothing crazy the employees are just doing their jobs so on so forth. Ambiance.... Its like giving Dunkin Donuts lounge vibes and Burger King dining area mixed together, lots of tables just you gotta always look over your shoulders since it's a pretty ghetto area but overall avg fast food experience. 3 stars (Would give more but i expected more from the sponge bob collaboration, maybe like plushies or some kind of memorabilia) read more

I ordered through the Kiosk and the Kiosk said I would get my receipt when I get my food. I received my food and they had messed up on the frosty so they told us to keep it and they will make a new one. Then as i was eating i noticed my cookie was not given to me. I asked the lady for it and she said without a receipt she cannot give me the cookie. I did not want to make a big deal about it so i decided to purchase another cookie. I was just upset on how they can mess up your order and give you something free because of it but they are no able to give me what i actually ordered. Pregnancy and craving a burger in particular for them to mess it up really got me angry when I get home This is the third time they mess up. Idk if it's on purpose or what, I just never took the receipt back to complain since it wasn't worth it, but this time it is because it's a completely wrong order. Asked for home style avocado chicken club with no tomato, and received a grilled chicken avocado blt with no avocado even on it ..... like??? I love that drive-thru is always fast and efficient I always get my food in under 2 minutes from start to finish. Diego at drive-thru has perfect customer skill. Who ever thought of dressing this place for Halloween is a genuis. Since indoor dining is still restricted due to pandemic, this store has come up with halloween production. A Scare Thru was built on the drive thru lane. It feautures strobe lights, fog machine and some Halloween characters. The line was all around the block but worth it in times of social distancing. There are cars in line with occupants in full halloween costumes waving to everyone. It made no trick or treat on Halloween day festive and fun. read more

Great value using the app! I got a Dave's single with cheese for $1 on the Wendy's app, and a $5 biggie bag. $6.62 for that much food is phenomenal! And these difficult financial times facing the world it's good to see discounted food to drive business as well as help the community. The app is great, I wish they would add more deals to it. Drive-thru was pretty fast and easy after I place my order on the app. They do try to Buck the system by holding you at the first window so their time doesn't get expanded by you waiting at the second window. I give them a star for the good food. But the service is horrible! They used up all my patience. First the lady at the radio didn't even let me finish my order. Then they got most orders wrong and didn't give me some stuff i asked for. Then when we finished our order at the next window, they still managed to mess up. I love their breakfast! I got the chicken biscuit, and added bacon. The chicken was so crunchy, and the biscuit was so fresh and soft! The breakfast potatoes were really hot, and done on the spot! When I was pulling up, there were six cars in front of me, and I was debating whether or not come because I was hungry and I didn't know how long it would take, but from start to finish, it was about 4 minutes! Within fast food standards, Wendy's is top notch. The burgers are always juicy and this Wendy's has the soda machine with tons of flavors, I hardly ever drink soda cuz it's all sugar or syrup, but it's worth it here because you can treat yourself to something new or even mix and match. Also the bacon at Wendy's is bomb. The service is fast too. Also you can buy some coupons for frosty's and the proceeds from the coupons go to charity. They're doing things right.
