We paid him as he had a tablet with him and when we got to the window for our food, everything was ready and hot. This place was organized and on top of it! My food was delicious! The burger reminds me of your backyard barbecue and In-N-Out. The patty is small, the vegetables were crisp, the bun was fresh. I would definitely get a double patty next time. The french fries are really good, they were cooked perfectly and they had a good flavor. They were also fresh and not oily. All in all, this was a great visit and the food was good. Without me sharing any thoughts with my husband the first thing he said when he got back is how supremely friendly the young man was and how he swears his attitude was contagious because he came out with a smile on his face. The food itself as mentioned was great. We took advantage on the specials for the double cheeseburger and the chicken sandwich. I know people will debate it, but I enjoyed the well seasoned and tasty breaded sandwich much more than In-n-out. The chicken sandwich tasted so high-quaity in comparasion to most fast food sandwiches I've ever had and priced so affordably. The entire resturant and the restroom were impicaly clean, the defintion of "sparkling clean". This location really has it together and the chose the right person to be in the front dealing with their customers. Truly a wonderful experience!

I came through the drive-thru at Wendy's to grab their famous 4 for $4 deal, which has quickly become my go-to for an affordable, satisfying meal. The service was excellent--fast, friendly, and efficient. I was especially impressed with the freshness of everything: the burger was hot and juicy, the fries were crisp, the nuggets were fresh, and the drink was ice cold, just the way it should be. Best Wendys in town Gabby is a really nice manager she took my order and it was the the best Wendys experience ever in my case. This is my favorite Wendys I go here all the time. Love this location! I came in with my son to kill time before our movie. The cashier that took our order, Jonathan, was extremely kind and helpful. He explained the biggie bag options with the upmost clarity. His customer service and hospitality was a 10/10! We got our order very quickly and correctly. That was frustrating because my order had already been placed 15 minutes earlier, and the store still had about two hours until closing. Why weren't basic sandwich toppings already prepared during business hours? This also delayed me being able to take my medication by over an hour, which made the situation even more frustrating. I ordered food expecting it to arrive in a reasonable time so I could eat and take my medication, not have to chase down information about missing or unprepared ingredients. On top of that, when I finally received the sandwich, it was very dry and had barely any mustard. They also added salt and oregano even though I removed those from the order. After all the delay and confusion, the food still wasn't made correctly. I understand things happen, but the communication was poor and the situation didn't make sense. If items are unavailable, they should be marked unavailable online before customers pay. And if the items are available but just not prepped, the customer should be told clearly and directly instead of me finding out from the delivery driver. Overall, this was a frustrating experience because I paid for my order expecting it to be made correctly and on time. Instead, I had to call the store myself, my medication schedule was delayed, and the sandwich arrived dry, with minimal mustard, and with ingredients I specifically removed due to allergies.
