I love going to this location. I recently went to try their $5 chicken wraps. They are so good. My favorite was the chicken avocado ranch. The chicken is prefectly grilled and the everything bagel seasoning gives it that perfect touch. I really love how these chicken wraps are only $5, especially if you need something on the go. I was looking forward for the salted caramel shake however, it looked nothing like the advertisement there was hardly any carmel drizzle. Besides that, everything else was great. Service was fast. They do have a kiosks to place your order, but you can also go to the register to place your order with an employee. The restaurant was very clean. Wow! I went on a Friday afternoon with my family and I have to say customer service was amazing. They made my family and I feel like we were literally at five star restaurant. They made sure we had all of condiments and checked up on us often. I seriously have not experienced this type of customer service in a really long time. Went in to get lunch for my husband and kids (after work). Ordered a few things, and when i got home i was missing my grilled chicken sandwich. It was the first time i was going to try it. I drove 35 min home, just to see missing items. I took the loss because it was too far a drive back. I also ordered a side of green beans and the portion amount they gave me was truly ridiculous. I placed an order online for curbside pickup. Order cheeseburger no pickle no mayonnaise no onions no tomatoes. They even had my request printed on the receipt correctly in big letters. When I get home the cheeseburger had everything I didn't want. Tried calling the store to notify I was going back because they messed up my order & now I have to go back so they can fix their mistake!!!! This was very frustrating!!!! In the meantime the fries I left home are getting cold!!! The person on the phone didn't even apologize!!! Fresh, great quality and fast! The Golden Chicken is to die for! It's crispy, juicy, great spice and the breading is on point! The best hot chicken, I ever had! There Oreo shake is delicious as well!
