The ongoing nature of this infestation, compounded by the recent discovery of another dead rodent and a hole in a flour bag, suggests that the initial exclusion and sealing services were not performed effectively. As a customer who paid for both the initial service and a follow-up visit, I am disappointed by the lack of resolution and the company's failure to respond to my inquiries. Their website clearly states they service the Chicago area. This type of statement is discriminatory, offensive, and unprofessional. It's disappointing to see a company make assumptions based on location rather than provide fair, respectful service. I've attached screenshots for reference so others can make informed decisions.
