We came to burger barn because Le Beaus and Zipz were closed, and after eating here, we weren't disappointed. The burgers are everything you want in a little dive burger. Good meat flavor, the bun is soft and doughy and holds up nicely. I would have liked the meat a little less well done. One complaint I have was I added all the extra toppings and they left off mushrooms, and the portion of the toppings is small. We ordered 4 shakes and everyone loved their shake. One was the bear lake special, dole whip, rasberry ice cream, my son said it was the best shake he's ever had. For those that like short reviews: For those in Garden City, I'd say that this place is okay. You'll be in about $10-$18 per meal. Ingredients tasted fresh which I appreciated. I will say the fries and fry sauce were good. I'd come back for just fries and a shake if I'm back in the area. Of course, when you go to Bear Lake, everyone says you have to get a raspberry shake. And of course, EVERYBODY says they have the "best raspberry shake!" LOL Everybody. On all their signs. A shake has to be thin enough to drink through a straw. This was thick, like a concrete at Freddy's. I asked for a straw just in case, but the straw is so narrow, it would be difficult to even drink soda through it! LOL The "shake" was delicious, so I'm not complaining. The garlic cheese curds were outstanding. You gotta try them! 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. We love the burger barn ! The cheese curds and shakes are our favorite. We stopped by today and were turned away even though it said they were open. I asked one of the employees outside if they were closed because the hours posted online said they were. She hesitated and then said yeah and went back to cleaning tables. I don't recommend. There is a long line so get there early before the dinner rush. Customer Service was great. After order food was out in 30 mins, very surprising because of the line! They have the best french fries ever. Their raspberry shakes are amazing as well. Service is very fast and friendly. Thank goodness the kids went back to school the line is now a lot shorter. We had raspberry shakes and french fries I have no idea how their burgers are. But the fries and shakes are a must. On 6/16 Their food and raspberry shake was considerably Way better than the place on opposite corner with the (bear wood carvings) . Very quick service for 3 pm time frame. Wait time I'd guess between 8-10 mins with ppl in front of me. So I'd say pretty quick! One disappointment was they should've given two bags for the amount of food. But on side of that was a excellent experience. The Price was on okay side, leaning kinda more money but the quality is worth the price. I'd love to see their kid sized Pattie's. Are they the size of a quarter? The only plus was the abundance of seating and their fry sauce was good, but was probably the generic sauce from every Utah establishment.
