I booked with Nayely in early April ( about 6 months prior). We arranged the details such as the time, day and location which she gladly agreed to. All she had to do was drop off the boxes by 3:30pm and my coordinator would set them up. 4:15pm came by and she was nowhere to be found. My coordinator tried reaching out to her by cell but she never answered the phone. I decided to text her and she responded that she would have her assistant drop them off before or by 5:30pm. That's it, no update, apology, explanation or anything. My coordinator was able to finally get a response through text by Nayely stating that Nayely would text her or let her know when this assistant was near or arriving. Nayely never did text my coordinator. Instead her assistant had ran into guests well into cocktail hour which honestly isn't that big of a deal to me (just kind of awkward) when the boxes should have been there 2.5 hours prior. Other than that I suppose the food inside wasn't bad, at least I had no issues with it. All this to say the evening would have been more enjoyable and my rating would have been higher if the communication was better. I am a pretty easygoing person and was not rude or passive aggressive to Ms.Nayely. I sincerely wish her the best.

I paid extra for delivery and it showed up 2 hours late. Charcuterie cups were warm and crackers were stale. My event was almost over and most guests had left. Nayely refused to refund anything but a small percentage. I understand that some things are out of your control when you hire a delivery service but it is a terrible business practice to not make it right in the end. DO NOT USE!
