Burgers are ok. All the bread choices are too sweet for me. Onion rings have always been far too crunchy & end up hurting my gums terribly. The burgers have a good flavor & are juicy, this restaurant just isn't my cup of tea so to speak. read more

Pretty good food if they can get your order correct. My order is wrong everytime I go there but I never really complain, just eat it anyway. We arrived at the restaurant. The people in front of us who ordered asked how long for the food to come out. They stated fifteen minutes. We waited one hour for a burger. Meanwhile orders steadily going out for delivery. If you cannot take care of the customers sitting in your restaurant then you may want to give up the delivery service. Everyone else in the restaurant was getting angry with the waits being so long mind you for a burger. To top it off the burger comes out burnt and dry. Very disappointing. read more

The burgers here are excellent, they are as good as they come, and I loved the fries too. Don't care for their onion rings, the breading is way too heavy. We also tried the fried mushrooms, and loved them too. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great. Today was not a good day at Burger Grind. We waited over 5 minutes to even be able to place our order It was 35 minutes from the time printed on my receipt until I received my food. It should have been great, seeing as how it took that long to prepare, right? Not so much. The meat was way overcooked with the consistency of sawdust, and very bland to boot, the tomato slice was green and straight from the stem end, and the lettuce was wilted and brown. Did I mention the bun was just as if it had come straight from the refrigerator and stale? Add this to the fact that the person at the register taking orders was NOT friendly, and the CO2 was out on the fountain machine, and you have one very unhappy customer. We were asked by the staff how our food was, and we had to be honest. We were given excuses, and a half-hearted apology, and nothing else. She even said she wouldn't eat the lettuce, it was so bad. Did we even see a manager? Nope. Not a good day for you today, guys. One very disappointed burger-loving gal. read more

I had the xtreme cheese 1/2 pound burger and my wife had the breakfast burger and I could not be happier with my burger. My only wish was to find a new place to replace Shipley Donuts curly-q's. If you enjoy bland, this is the place for you. The lack of seasoning used in the meat is disappointing. The only flavor you get are from your add ons and condiments. Which makes the price point well above what it should be. However, I will say the potato fries were perfect. A nice crisp crunch on the outside, perfect sweetness and softness on the insides. The fries save the burger honestly. I wouldn't go back for the burgers. Legitimately, I wished I had chosen a fast food chain after my first bite. Service was great. How my husband and my orders were both mixed up. His burger on my bread and sides, mine on his. We settled for swapping the bottom buns as mine was covered in all the things he didn't want. Everything about the Burger Grind was great - it's conveniently located off of I-20, the restaurant was clean and has nice atmosphere, and most importantly, the burgers were hot and fresh! We had the Texan, the All American and the Bleu Bomber, and we were all really pleased with the taste. The shoe string style fries are really good, too. The first time I went the burgers and fries were really good. The next week I went back and the fries were burnt and cold. I went back 2 days later and told them about the fries and they did nothing about it. There is nothing more disgusting than cold burnt fries. I will try them again and see what happens. read more

The burgers are USUALLY great BUT if you order takeout, be very sure to check your order before you leave! The first time it happened to us, we did our best to fix the burgers at home. But when it happened tonight I called the restaurant to get a replacement order. They didn't start it until LONG after I got there. It took 40 minutes to get 2 burgers and an order of curly fries replaced. I did check my order before leaving and am glad I did because they had not given us any curly fries. My husband's was fine but when I picked mine up to eat it, the meat began to fall out of the bun. It was in pieces and the bun was soggy from so much mayo! Mistakes happen so I wouldn't have posted a negative review IF they would have cared enough to make it right in a timely fashion. We were compensated with coupons for 2 free burgers. I'll probably go back but am hesitant about takeout again. read more

Thumbs up! The Burger I got was the half pound daily grind with Cheddar on a Toasted Onion bun---absolutely STELLAR! Very very tasty--best burger I have had in this area easily- all ingredients tasted fresh. Also, the natural cut fries were great, hot when served too.
