I own and operate a pet grooming salon and lately my priority has been keeping my staff and my clients safe and healthy. We used the Busy Bees covid disinfecting fogger and couldn't be happier! When we inquired about services they responded quickly and were ready to answer any questions we had. Scheduling was a breeze too! The day of our appointment they were there on time and were super friendly and professional. They made recommendations (like opening cabinets and drawers that we had closed) and got to work. The whole process was quick and easy and we were done in about 20 minutes. We were a little concerned about how long after the fogging we'd be able to go inside or let any pets inside but it's super safe and pet friendly and they also let us know it was EPA approved! I'm currently 38 weeks pregnant and am due in 2 weeks so I really wanted to get my apt deep cleaned before the baby arrives. I also own a Martial Arts studio and needed to find someone to do a full weekly cleaning too. I contacted Ismael from The Busy Bees & he was able to come out the next day to check on both my apt and studio in order to give me estimates. Once I received the estimates, I scheduled the cleanings for the following week. Communication was seamless, easy, quick and Ismael was super friendly and very responsive with any questions I had. Now on to the actual cleaning review: My martial arts studio: Ismael and his team did such an awesome job!! You can tell right away how clean everything was the moment you walked in. He even took the time to scrape paint and old sticker residue off from our store front windows, which I totally never even noticed before, but it's his knowledge and attention to detail in regards to stuff like that that I really appreciate! My apt: I didn't think Ismael and his team could do any better then they already did at my studio, but boy was I pleasantly surprised when I walked into my apt after they cleaned it...it was sparkling clean and looked brand new. Also, there was no chemical cleaning supply smell left behind either which I really love since I am pregnant. One major area I had requested to be cleaned was the bottom of my shower door, it was super grimy and had black mold that I could not figure out how to get clean...I used bleach and other heavy duty cleaning products on it and nothing seemed to work. Well whatever Ismael used on it, it looks amazing and I can't believe I waited so long to have it professionally cleaned too. Also, Ismael and his team even cleaned our patio area which was totally not part of our list but such an extra surprise that it made me again really appreciate all the extra things they do and go above and beyond then any other cleaning company that I've ever used. Typical cleaning services will charge you on every tasks/items they did, but with our long-term relationship with them, when some little minor things pop out that does not cost them much time , they are willing to help for free.
