I literally cried tears of joy the first day that I was able to use my new kitchen! Everyone at Cabinet Magic went above and beyond to design and install a kitchen that far exceeds my dreams! My husband and I were doing major renovations on our home. Doing my due diligence, I proceeded to get several quotes. Sonia is most likely the first person you will encounter. She is lovely and eager to make sure you are helped. Even though I didn't have an appointment, he immediately stopped what he was doing and sat down with me for a long while. It was a very frustrating experience. No ever came out to oversee if the bathroom remodel progress unless we asked for a lead person to come out when we had questions or issues. Communication was also via emails but never a call to follow up on the emails. There were times we were told someone would call us or for us call after a representative would be in the office after a certain time and when we called the person was gone for the day. Their main rep would send very stern scolding emails. It wasn't until the project finished they were very attentive because the last payment was due. When Mark came out to give me a quote, he really opened my eyes to possibilities I hadn't imagined. He informed me I could move the stove and microwave to allow for the installation of two lazy Susans, which opened up much more storage space. Before I had unreachable space. He also quoted me for demo to include tearing out a soffit and rerouting a heating register onto the ceiling and redoing the lighting. We called a few times to let them know we changed our mind. Terrible company! We were told our vanity would take about 5 weeks to build. We waited over six months and then what we received was completely wrong and not according to the plans we signed off on. The toe kick was supposed to be 4" as standard. What we got was up to 9.5" Because they made the cabinet too short. Additionally when I told the project manager Ben that the measurements were wrong, he proceeded to yell and speak very disrespectfully to me. This horrible experience caused our bathroom project to come in seven months late, as we had to order from another company that took another four months to come in. The only positive thing I can say about them is that they gave us our money back. Save yourself a lot of time and stress and just go somewhere else. read more

Dana, the Project Manager, was at my house several times during the course of the installation looking things over, making sure they were correct and allowing me the opportunity to verify things so they met my expectations.
