First guy, doesn't say good morning, just tells us to go to the other counter. Then tells us the guy we need isn't up front, he'll call him. Another old guy comes up front and we think he's the guy, ask him...he gives us a rude, go to hell look, says nothing and walks away. Finally, a lady calls the guy we need and he's coming. He's rude. He looks at the club, well what do you want. No common courtesy, our customer service.. 'would you like the same style shaft, we have two in stock or let me check'. Instead he walks around grimacing. Finally my husband says yea that's fine, after being given no options. He finally remembers he's in customer service, and tells us when it will be ready and gives us the ticket to pay. Girl at the counter, asks if we have the credit card but never asks if we found everything we need. No smile, not friendly. Seriously you are in customer service, got a grip on your staff. There are other Golf stores, because I come here, you have a job.

Is it to say go look around come right back I'll have your putter done. I come back my putter sitting on the counter with the grip. Nothing has been done and the same individual is re-gripping other drivers for customers that came up there after me. Keep in mind there were no customers there when I came up the first time. Then I come up there there's 10 customers there. So now I'm behind all of those customers because because the individual didn't acknowledge me told me he was gonna regrip it needs two minutes. And the crazy thing is it was a younger lady and he's obviously an older man who's I would think want to set an example for the younger employee. The example is don't acknowledge customers. Tell him you're gonna do something and don't do it. I mean, I'm sure they were what they were solving world hunger at that computer screen. This world is going to shit. I guess I know why they have two stars. Unbelievable something could've taken four minutes. Five minutes hell 10 minutes. Instead, I had to leave because I did not want to cause a scene. Total bullshit. I don't know who's running this joint, but they're not good at it.
