For the entrée, I chose Thai Chicken Fried Rice: rice stir-fried with chicken, veggies, egg, soy sauce and scallions ($7.99), along with Honey Walnut Prawns ($4) as a side. The fried rice was well-balanced in soy sauce flavor and not overwhelmingly oily or salty. Chicken pieces were coated in a thin batter and tender. As for the prawns, they were crispy and lightly coated in dressing so it was not too sweet or heavy. One of the nicer Microsoft cafeterias that I have visited, and would be inclined to return to try the other stations. The falafel bowl from the Mediterranean station looked quite tasty as I walked by afterwards.

Now that the weather's warming up, outdoor seating is available. I usually make a reservation, but my sense is for a couple one could almost always walk in without a rez and get seated quickly. Street parking is limited and painful sometimes. 3. They exited Resy network a few years ago - that was one of the reasons we kept coming. 4. The food is still good but the quality is declining. The "+add brisket" option which costs $10 on top of the Mac and Cheese was the driest I've had in many years. They also removed menu items like duck chicken liver mouse which were really good.

Got a filet of salmon on the side to add to it and it was the perfect meal. Their seasonal mint slushie is amazing. Incredible. I could have had two of them! This eatery is located next to Zoka in the Dawson building. Walk further down the hall until you see the entrance to this cafeteria. Typically you will find a line at the entrance. This is not the line to enter, but rather the line to order a salad which is arguably the most popular option. If you want a soup or hot meal, walk past this line to head inside. I have only gotten the hot meals here and I found them to be average in every way. Price, portion and taste. I feel like I get shortchanged buying the hot meals here since it only includes the entree and a side like rice or beans so the takeout box feels a little light. If you want veggies, you have to pay more for that. Given that there are so many options in SLU including food trucks and restaurants, eating here is purely out of convenience. The cafeteria is a half block away from where I work so it is a nearby option when I don't have a lot of time to eat. Otherwise I would usually opt for a food truck instead. It is a nice place to dine with co-workers since the dining room is quite large. It gets pretty full during the lunch hour so it may be tough to get a table, but usually there are counter seats available here. Overall, Warehouse 345 is fine. Here's the thing: IT USED TO BE REALLY GOOD. And then, about a year ago, the amazing, ground-breaking chef followed his lady love to California. Aaaand it all tanked after that. I feel that integrity was lost after the switch. The knowledge and principles that made this place special are no longer present. Okay, it's still a fine school cafeteria. And it is tweaked in some of the ways that a cafeteria should be at a school of Naturopathic Medicine. But it also now propagates the general belief that eating vegetarian means eating tofu and/or pasta with every meal, which is patently false. Also, dinner now = sandwich bar, which, I would imagine, is an unpleasant surprise for anyone lured in by the advertising. The relative pros are that the soups are often allergen free and the desserts really are good, particularly considering most of them are in some way allergen free or vegan. (The head baker has not changed.) I would not recommend anyone, who is not part of the captive market, coming here. Seattle is a big, liberal city and you can find something to meet your dietary needs in a venue with more of a need to compete.
