We've eaten here a couple times, tasty food, good options and decent prices. You order at counter they bring to your table. Nice menu options listed, but I was thinking pizza instead of a sandwich. Asked the cashier if there is a true pizza oven and if the pizza was good. He said "Yes, I eat it all the time". I will say that it's priced fairly, unlike some other places that hike up prices, as most use promo $s. I paid cash, so it was a nice deal. Pizza was trash. I mean gas station quality trash. I picked around, mostly just grabbing the outside crust and an inch of pizza. After a few slices, just gave up and tossed it. read more

This is a small restaurant inside of a casino so don't go expecting too much but overall they have decent food and good service here. What's good: Sweet and sour chicken rice bowl Chicken fried steak w/ eggs and hashbrowns ( I like the hashbrowns more than the o'brien) Eggs Benedict Turkey burger Club sandwich (this is huge, easily shareable) We usually eat for free with points we get gambling but the prices are pretty affordable if you don't have points. I like this food better than the buffet and other restaurants I've tried there. read more

One of the best things at the casino is this deli and considering the casino donates $35 a month from grub I take full advantage. Yet to my surprise it's the chicken wings that are outstanding. Like mini southern cooked chickens that offers an explosive flavor & moist bird. Now give these tiny clucks a moment to cool down or you'll regret that but once cooled dig in and clean those bones of all meat. Frank gets his with nothing yet you can grab a few flavors. Accompanying the chicken is a mound of fries or substitute for veggies if you're attempting to live a healthy diet but who are we kidding.. Hopefully you get the point the wings are a solid choice. Sandwiches & burgers also wonderful items I've dined on yet I get the wings most of the time. The very kind people working here wanna help you max out your $35 benefit so when your math is shot from hours of slot play let them assist. This place was just fine for a casino eatery so to speak. The food was standard as I got a BLT with salad on the side and it was tasty. It seemed like they didn't have enough people there from a service standpoint because it was Friday night and obviously busy. It took nearly 60 minutes for our food to come out. So if I'm a casino. I want to feed people as soon as possible so they can go back out and lose a ton of money. Many people were held here at the restaurant for quite some time. read more

Located inside sno casino. Breakfast lunch and dinner all day. Order at cashier and pay. Find a seat your order will be brought to you. If a Togo order you'll be called up by number given to you when ordering. Clean and well stocked (condiments). Food is a bit high but a lot of customers use " casino points" earned by playing games to pay for food. Food is hit and miss depending on the cook!!! Most times fair but things can get greasy. Clam chowder is good. It's aggravating watching all the people that come in and fill their pockets with tea bags napkins numerous packs of condiments and bags. Even the paper cups for drinks. We all pay for them stealing but maybe it isn't stealing since no one says anything. I don't know ??? read more

The service here has gone way down hill. They do have a sign up that says the wait for food is around 30-35 minutes, but tack on another 25-30. We waited close to an HOUR, for chicken wings and fish and chips. They have around 10 people "working" in the front, walking around aimlessly. We saw 2 parties that were behind us in line, get their food before us. We asked the staff if they knew when our food would be ready, and that was a challenge in itself. The staff doesn't seem to have any sort of organization. I hope they can turn this around with as many people they have coming here that are used to a different type of service. read more

This place has great food for a low price and open 24 hours too boot. It is located inside the casino on the non-smoking side. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Most of the time the service is pretty good and your order comes quickly. There have been a few times that hasn't happened. Food quality and taste makes this a good value. Everything I tried was good. Except for salads are not the freshest. read more

The only reason I am giving it a 2 star rather than l star is the cashier, a young female with odd colored hair and a nose ring went above and beyond helping not only all people of multiple races, ages and nationalities with professionalism, a pleasant personality, was fast, efficient and very customer service oriented. I nominated her as employee of the month, then the horror story started. AFter waiting at least 20 to 30 minutes for my dinner ( I was eating at the Cafe, and it was busy this Saturday night, but not packed, they did seem to have a lot of employees) and after a while finally got my steak dinner. The steak had a fair amount of fat and gristle in it but the potatoes and veggies that I was starting to eat were awesome tasting. But the problems started while left food on my plate and pop in my cup and went up to possibly order dessert before the line got long. So while standing in line and admiring the dessert options, I turned around and a young female was sweeeting the table , throwing out my food and drink and I wASN'T DONE YET WITH MY MEAL. I THEN ASKED FOR THE manager or supervisor and he seemed almost irritated that I was interupting him and seemed to smirk at my complaint and then apparently to try and appease me, offer me more vegetables (ALTHOUGH WHAT I HAD TASTED WAS GOOD, I WAS NOT GOING TO WAIT l5 minutes or more for more vegetables. So I was going to fill out a comment card but didn't want to put it in the complaint box or comment box at the counter as he is probably the one who would open it, so I delivered it to the Card counter/promotions desk) and asked them to turn this over to the manager of food services who is over all of the restaurants there. i have heard nothing from my comment cards yet, so have decided to post this. convenient cheap eats while gambling! really appreciate the prices here considering the food is actually pretty good depending on what you get. i ordered the BLT with fries, it was $7! delicious BLT & even better fries. also limitless soda/juice/water options. read more

great fries, friendly staff, wish it was a little further from smoking that is so prevalent at snocasino.

I forgot to take a picture, but the philly cheesesteak i had was simply not good. it was way to messy & just thrown together & the cut of meat was nasty and not what is usually used for cheesesteaks. on top of it, they used cheez whiz was was so disgusting. the fries that came with was good and the workers were nice & i can tell some of the food is probably better but my first experience in this cafe was not the best. i will give it another try i just don't suggest anyone to get the philly cheesesteak. love the casino though! read more
