The open kitchen concept is a the new norm at a few bakeries that I have recently visited - but only a few pushing the full transparency thing hard. All of the sandwiches and baked goods looked fresh and vibrant. The wife and I were deciding on a mozzerella pizza or an eclair. Well, we decided on a vanilla creme eclair and an espresso to wash it down. Nothing too dietetic here. The espresso was presented in a small cup bearing the Rosetta Italian Bakery name and red flower logo. The Julius Meinl Vienna Austria coffee blend was strong and smooth. The vanilla eclair had a light crisp shell with a sweet and creamy center - delish!!!

It's definitely on the pricier side, but I can't even lie... it was delicious.
