I sometimes go to Grossmont as well. Both stores appear to be similar in size and product offerings. When I walked in, someone quickly offered to help me and retrieved my order. She also recommended sticking with chocolate or vanilla. Staff was really helpful on helping me decide. The store is very well kept and well lit. They have a good assortment of supplements and vitamins. There is plenty of parking. The turn getting out and back in the freeway is a little tricky so be careful. Overall friendly staff and good service. I was in and out with I needed quickly. And they didn't try to sell me any crazy products I didn't need.

The horcharta flavored brand was not good and leaves an after taste. The clerk said that its not possible for them to get a refund or exchange once a 5 lb bucket of protien has been opened. I then asked asked: "How do I know if I like it or if it works if you all dont have any samples?" Clerk responds.. "well, sometimes we have smaller ones".
