    I just finished the Dublin Camp 20lb 6 week challenge down 22.6 lbs I've done various programs and challenges in the past but with 2 kids, a little more gray hair, and a busy work schedule, this one required more discipline. The programming, coaching, and community are their secret sauce. No egos, no judgement, and a ton of encouragement. The 1 hour classes are well planned with little downtime and I appreciate how all of the stations are set up before the class starts. It also helps that that offer classes as early as 5am and as late at 8pm. Their 20lb challenge has everything laid out for you and they also have a Facebook community to help with meal planning and tips. If 20lbs is too aggressive there are other challenges. As long as you're "Following the Damn Instructions" (FTDI) there's no way you won't hit your goal. The coaches track progress weekly so there are no surprises and they'll help you adjust your meal planning to hit the target.

    Started with Camp Transformation a couple weeks ago...my husband has been trying to convince me to come for the past year since he lost 15 lbs and gained 4.8% muscle in 6 weeks even after one year he's been able to maintain. I started feeling more lethargic over the past couple of months, partially because I have a chronic disease, Multiple Sclerosis, but I also had not been active. Then I pulled my Achilles running a short jog. What else can I do if I can't run? Lift weights. That's when I finally made it in. The team is amazing, all of the trainers, Kathy, Westin, Nina, Manny, Michael. 6am they are ready to pump you up and give you the support you need for whatever you are going through right now. Everyone here is positive, and this is hard. Keeping fit, staying true to yourself is a life change and it's just plain difficult. But, nothing good comes easy. This is where I want to be every morning at 6am. Come and join us .

    Started the 6 week challenge 4 weeks ago. I'm a BUSY Mom and work FULL-TIME!! Getting myself here to workout was part of MY challenge. BUT I look forward to every workout and feel amazing AFTER! The workouts can be tough at first again, part of the challenge. I'm sooo glad I decided to get out of my comfort zone and sign up after my trial class because this is the motivation I needed!! Coaches are motivating, energetic, and funny!! Each one has their own style but get the results I want!! After EVERY class I've left with MORE energy than I came with!!

    When my wife convinced me to sign up with her for The Camp Transformation Center's 6-week Challenge in Dublin, CA, I was hesitant at first and doubtful that we could even last the entire duration. And yet despite my misgivings, we went ahead, read, and signed the 6 Week Challenge Agreement. During the information session, we learned the details on exactly how to execute and ensure a successful challenge including tips on nutrition, what to buy, cook, and serve at every meal throughout the 6-week duration. The information provided was very detailed and very helpful. After the first week, we established a daily menu for what to have for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also incorporated MyoFX protein shake in our daily intake which translates to about 2.5 hours after every meal plus we made sure to drink one gallon of water every day. I thought the MyoFX BCAAs in our water helped with the water consumption since it's tough to drink that much water in a day. We got the watermelon flavor and made water drinking more pleasurable. For the meals, I learned how to cook chicken breast and Tilapia in a healthy manner. I went and googled some of the online recipes which helped me with my food prep and made our meals tastier. I also substituted the usual salt and vegetable cooking oil with Himalayan salt and Pam cooking spray. The results were incredible! During the first week, my wife and I noticed a considerable weight loss which was approximately 30% of our goal. Of course we were also consistently attending daily workout sessions. After 6 weeks, we logged in a minimum of 30 workout sessions. In the end, my wife lost 14 lbs while I lost 17 lbs for a combined total of 31 lbs for both of us. This was incredible! I never thought we'd make it that far. Nevertheless, our fitness and diet journey will continue especially now that we've learned valuable lifelong skills to help lead a healthier way of life. Our gratitude goes out to our awesome TC coaches and staff. We were so glad we went through this life changing journey.

    Brand new facility. Very clean. Friendly staff. Jose and Charm are fantastic! The trainers are knowledgeable and keep the workouts exciting

However, my personal coaches, Tom and Nicole, quickly put my fears to rest. My first day I had an in-depth conversation with my new Coaches. I was given my initial individualized meal plans, access to the Facebook groups, and other amazing online tools I would be utilizing during the program. The personal guidance provided by Tom and Nicole really helped me through my struggles with accountability and motivation! The check-ins keep me motivated to keep going and Stay On Track. And the special Facebook groups gives me access to other Lifelighters going through the program for peer support. The online program has allowed me to workout and maintain my diet on my schedule and on my terms. This means that I have been able to fit in online workouts when I Never would have made it to the gym, making working out Easier! The meal plans have been incredibly easy to follow and very realistic and user-friendly. Hunger isn't a problem. Little by little I have begun replacing small bad habits with healthier, more productive habits. As time goes by it becomes easier to maintain these healthy and productive changes. With the help and guidance of my amazing coaches I have lost pounds, body fat, some bad habits and plenty of negative thought patterns. I've gained a more positive self image, a healthier life style and a stronger mind and body - all while having some fun being a part of the Lifelight Fitness Family. This isn't going to be some short-term success either. The Lifelight Fitness program has made my Lifestyle a healthier one. I will benefit from my healthier lifestyle long after the program is over. Prior to training with Francisco, I did 12 marathons. I had one goal - to finish in under 4 hours. Several times I came close but the goal eluded me time and time again. This year, I decided to do something different and signed up for weekly sessions with Francisco. First and foremost, he analyzed my gait and noticed that my right leg was much stronger than my left and that I was tight in several areas. As such, we worked on strengthening exercises and flexibility every single week. I was also injured, suffering from piriformis syndrome and shin splints, so he swapped 2 days of running on the weekly calendar for the elliptical machine. Francisco also ensured I did my long runs slow. If I'm being honest, I wondered how running less and running slow would ultimately help me run faster come race day but I trusted Francisco and his process. In late June 2019, I ran the Missoula marathon, had over a 5 minute PR, and came in at 3:57!!! 2) Family feel - the whole Fit Potato staff is warm, inviting, fun, and friendly. 3) Long term health - some places/people will push you too hard and you end up injured. Francisco and the Fit Potato team challenge you but they also know that you cannot achieve your goals if you're injured. I really liked that the classes are small, every time I show up there is only 6-10 people in classes which is great for me and has allowed me to get more help with my form and accountability. I have also done 4 sessions with on One-on-One Personal Training with Coach Francisco so he could guide me and make suggestions so I can keep a routine going when I go back home. This has been priceless, I have never been able to maintain a fitness routine and get to the point where I enjoy it and miss not doing it. If you are in town for work or live in the area and you are seeking small personal classes with lots of teaching and accountable or seek more direction in the form of Personal Training I highly suggest you give The FIT Potato a try. I was very pleased with coaches dedication to teach and truly make fitness not just a workout but something personal and focus around long term results. A couple friends were boxing and working out for fun and several of us went to watch and cheer them on, and it was a great excuse to get together and drink after the "work out" and watch our friends exercise. Parking is pretty easy as there is a lot surrounding the building, and it is pretty secure. We walked into the gym and were greeted by a pretty lady while we looked around at all the equipment, the ring and the exercise areas. There were a few trainers there working with the guys as they were preparing to work out--in a totally friendly fashion. It was all fun. We grabbed a seat atop an area that was obviously for the housing of "things" and "personal" property towards the ring. It was intense, but fun. Who would have ever thought of such a crazy thing to do with their closest friends in tow? The bathrooms were clean, and the whole gym was well kept. If I boxed I would consider this gym; however, I am simply a runner :( no boxing for me. I would definitely come back and see other "work outs" between friends for fun as this was a cool place that many people already knew about. (I'm late sometimes for knowing what the cool things to do are). The whole staff was really hospitable for our activity and made sure we all had room to cheer and watch, as there were about 65 of us taking pics and making vids. With a positive team and a great outlook on fitness, this is a wonderful gym replete with trainers, activities and equipment for the masses.
