Our first time to The Canadian Brewhouse...we were greeted with Nick opening the door for us, greeting us with a huge smile and welcome. He took us right in and found us a table..we were treated like VIP's... Julie was our server...excellent...Thank you... Nick returned our table throughout our stay to make sure we were satisfied with our meal and to just chat. Made us feel very special. The Brewhouse was very busy, we were served promptly, our meal arrived with very little wait time and was excellent, and huge portions for the price. Nick...5 star service, smile, attitude, kindness...went above to make us feel so very welcome...Thank you so very, very much. Julie, you too are 5 star...excellent service. Came in for the liquor, stayed for the service. As a guy with only a few TV's in his house it's a real treat to get to stare at many more TV's. The food is great and management is always accommodating. Mike always makes sure the kids are taken care of whether it's with some fresh beverages or timely service. The waitresses are always on the ball getting drinks and food out as fast as you can order. But if you want to really immerse yourself in the brewhouse experience you need to look no further than an evening with bartender Brady. The guy is a wizard on the taps. Being stationed at the centre of the bar makes sense in this case as he really is the nucleus of this great establishment. I never fail to have a good time when I walk through those doors. All I can say is that this location has to be my favourite yet. The drink menu is so amazing and insanely fun, the drink specials are a really good price point, the food menu has great options for any palette and the service was phenomenal. I came in with some girlfriends recently for a ladies night and Matthew the bartender was terrific. He had great food knowledge as well as drink knowledge. We shared a few plates (pulled pork poutine was my FAVE) and all had bulldogs. Everything he recommended was on point and we were very well taken care of. Having worked in the industry for 5 years myself, I could really tell that he knew his stuff and loved what he did. The Canadian Brewhouse in Cochrane has, by far, the best service in town (not to mention great food and drinks). I was served by Brady, who did an excellent job bartending & was very professional. I would also like to mention the great atmosphere - it is unlike any other place in Cochrane. The crowds get very busy on the weekends & even the week nights are quite busy for a small town. I will definitely be back here many times in the future thanks to the excellent service I have received in my first few times being here. I highly recommend anybody in Cochrane to check it out if you want something a bit different than the local dives us locals have been going to for years. read more

The family and I weren't feeling cooking at home so decided to give this new spot a shot. We were hesitant to take our kids here but was pleasantly surprised by the environment. It certainly is child friendly, they have a great kids menu, London dropped off veggies and ranch for the kids to snack on while the adults got a chance to look at the menu. The kids menu definitely has what the kids wanted and they even offer in house made cotton candy. By the end of the experience we were full, happy and the tip of the trip was the treasure chest London came by with for our kids locking it in that now my 5 and 7 year old want to come here every night now. read more

My husband and I love coming here because were always made to feel like we are the most important customers in the room, which to say the least were are certainly not ever the only ones in the room as the Brewhouse seems to always be busy. We love London he always looks after us and always comes around with a bright smile on. The my husband loves the frosty beers and I love my vino so were both always happy. I almost always get the taco salad its really a treat and my husband sticks to his red meats and has yet to have a less than fantastic dish here. We will be coming back often. read more

Can't rate this place highly enough, we decided to go for a meal with our 2 year old granddaughter, the server was amazing, really friendly, our granddaughter likes to say 'hi' and 'bye' to everyone, the server made her the centre of attention!! The food was amazing, my pork chop was cooked to perfection and very tasty, they have a policy that the starter for any child is brought out immediately, whoever put that policy in place obviously has kids lol, genius! I was skeptical on going to the Canadian Brewhouse because of past negative experiences at other locations. But I must say, thanks to the excellent friendly service I received from Kara V the other night, I will 100% be back. She was very attentive to the table and she took the time to make sure we enjoyed the experience. You could tell she was very busy but that didn't stop her once from making sure we were ok! The food was good as well, no complainants on that end either. Will definitely be back in the future and will be requesting Kara V's section whenever she is there. read more

My husband and I enjoyed a date night at the newly opened cochrane canadian brewhouse on feb 18. We were blown away by the outstanding server TAYLOR. It was a packed joint on Saturday but would have never guessed by how fast our server was. She was so great. Never having a empty glass in front of us or a empty plate the food came quick and hot and so delicious. Taylor was so friendly and very knowledgeable. Such a great experience. We WILL be back and WILL suggest to all our friends. Loved that they play the flames game audio as well. read more

My husband and I have been to one other Brewhouse and enjoyed it but this location is something else. The experience began much more pleasant when we were greeted by London, who made some suggestions and was very knowledgeable about what was on the menu. Most places couldn't go in to as much detail about what we were eating. The patio is going to be the highlight though, and we can not wait. Stumbled across this neat little joint after another long day on the road. Lets just say i was glad to see it as i was fresh out of jugs. Great atmosphere. I got the large sized braised beef poutine and boy was it filling. I found comfort in the smooth conversation i was able to engage in with the bartender there, Matt. I feel like we became instant friends, and i think he felt the same. And for just one night, the only thing filling my jug was the crisp rocky mountain taste of molson dry. A must try! read more

Came in for our first visit, we had called earlier in the week about the free flames bus to and from the game, it really is a good as it sounds. Had a few tacos and some twisted teas, hopped on the bus, enjoyed some good hockey and then the bus took us back to Cochrane for a few more post game drinks and shots. Didn't have to worry about driving, or traffic or parking, it was great. When we returned we were all greeted by London and he was delightful even bought us a couple shots of tequila. read more

Giant skillet of smores, need I say more!? Honestly I am a Brewhouse fanatic my team and I get together all the time at the Airdrie location, Ive been to the the Winnipeg location, Kelowna and Edmonton and I am never let down. London is a beaut, knows his stuff on everything booze related. Our server was awesome made us try some new things off their seasonal menu which were unreal, I don't usually waste my time writing reviews but for this place I made an exception. Take everything you know about your typical sports bar and throw it out the window, cause this place does it right. Makes you feel like you're watching the game live. Also came in the next morning after hitting up the dance floor the night before for some brunch and the food was incredible and affordable. I was greeted by a really friendly manager London, who also bought me a beer just from recognizing me from the night before which was exceptional. Overall I love this place all around. read more

This is probably my favourite place in town, I've been coming to this venue since it's been opened and the service has been phenomenal. The food and drink menu is one of the best I've seen. The management is incredible and I've been served many times by a handsome bartender named Brady. He is a very impressive and skilled bartender who can make any person laugh. My girls friends and I like to come here on Friday nights for a ladies night on the town. London is always behind the bar and is always quick to say hi and get the party started for us. The music is very eclectic which is great to hear a mix of Things to get the body moving. I'm a vodka girl and they have every possible flavour you can think of and it's on special on Fridays. Went Feb. 23 for lunch and tried 'Miss Vickies Salt & Vinegar Fish and Chips' with salad (not chips) - it was excellent! Came with 2 nice sized pieces of fish (enough for me) and a very fresh assorted salad (couldn't eat - too full) ($17). Unlimited coffee refills ($1.50). Our server Breanne (Bree) was very pleasant, attentive, and had a sense of humor. Atmosphere was a little loud for us (music and visual stimulation). This is definitely the new place to be in Cochrane! Great food and drink, awesome variety for both- it's about time we acquired more menus items in this town The staff are really great, friendly and very team oriented which is awesome to see. My best friend lives in Cochrane and dragged me out here today, I was reluctant cause sports bars are usually not for me. I immediately took back my judgements after this experience. Food was sooo good, I had the fish and chips and it wasn't your typical fish chips, this stuff was breaded with Mrs Vickies Salt and Vinegar, I had a bull dog and it wasn't your average bulldog and London our Bartender wasn't your run of the mill bartender.
