This dispensary exceeded all of my expectations! I'm pleasantly surprised after becoming acclimated to the treatment of customers in other dispensaries. (The entrance was a bit odd to find, as I had parked in the front- so remember to park closer back once you arrive.) Once inside, I was greeted by an engaging & enthusiastic greeter who checked Identification & informed us of the deals. I'm quite a shy person, but I really appreciated the outward friendliness of all the bud tenders & managers. We were able to EASILY access deals and incentives without conflict. They recently opened in the Arts District and what a great discovery - a BOGO offer on each of your first THREE visits for any of the house products, such as the Anthologie brand. Hard to pass, so I signed up for their rewards program and scored a haul - two eighths testing at 25% THC ($25), two pre-rolls at a whopping 32% ($12), and two edibles ($8)...only $45 for all that? Plus they give 15% off for medical and local residents or 20% off for veterans. I'm not really a hardcore user/slacker/pothead who gets wasted all day every day while living an unmotivated life...just a few puffs before bed plus an edible is really all that's needed to help alleviate any ailments (such as losing at the craps table). Sure beats aspirin and/or opiates. Thus it makes sense for low level users like myself to take advantage of Health For Life's deals and buy some top shelf products at a hefty discount. The interior is classy and thoughtfully decorated, inventory is competitively priced, and workers are friendly...marijuana seems to do that to people. As part of the Woodstock generation, we were forced to slither and slink around for decades trying to avoid detection and arrest, so I'm elated that the U.S. finally wised up and ended the weed hysteria as well as all the media misinformation that duped the public for so long.
