The other waitress and waiters had smiles and polite, seemed to be anyway. I wanted to let someone know about the first time interaction I've ever had with your restaurant. It's hailing out, so I called to see about placing an order, I have no problem on waiting. I called and was greeted with, No, I'm not doing a to go order, as he's hanging up on me. You could hear, to dam busy for a to go order. So, I walked over, only to see whole lot of empty chairs. I sat down at the bar, he didn't know who I was, no possible way he knew who I was. But was thrown a menu. Within a two minutes of sitting down, he was able to take my order. But, I began to place the order of a full rack please?! (Heard so much about them ribs.) I was immediately greeted with "yeah what sides." Sorry, didn't realize there was sides that came with it in my head. I asked "oh sorry, where are the sides". Where he then tells me " maybe read here." Wow, was my response where he grabbed my menu, beyond shocked at this point. I stood up and began to walk away. I got up and I asked him, are you the one that answered the phone?! He said "yup, and please don't come back." As two other guests are sitting there had their dinner interrupted by this unfortunate incident, let me know and stated, "yeah he's a dick". This is how yall do business?! I wouldn't like to think so. I'm not here for a vacation but, for work. However, a numerous amount of people are. He made it very clear on how any one attempting to order food is treated at your facility. I understand, people have bad days but, that was truly uncalled for. The disrespect for attempting to order food at a restaurant. Wasn't asking for anything for free, definitely paying. I know this may fall on deaf ears but, I did ask for a manager below. The lady, a supervisor only for the bottom part, very kind, heard the whole thing and asked me to please write this out on a piece of paper. Thank you ma'am, hopefully this will reach someone.

A couple was getting ready to leave and again someone told us we needed to go downstairs. Was not really pleased with customer service but didn't want to find another restaurant. Walked back down the stairs to the bar placed an order and received a text. When we got back up again a couple walked up and was allowed to take seats a bar. The new hostess who was probably management was very sweet and said let's go to your table enjoy your meal. Knowing I was not happy with the situation. We were seated at a quiet table with a wonderful waiter. My husband and I both ordered the full rack of ribs (which the won awards for). They were delicious and fell off the bone. With the meal you receive a side salad and one side. We chose a baked potato. We took home the remaining ribs for dinner tomorrow.
