Although they do same service without extra charges, I came to Tony a month ahead of a formal wedding. Going on a Friday afternoon, there was no wait. Tony measured, fitted, and built the right tuxedo for me with matching shoes. The cost was around $250. The entire fitting experience took around 20 minutes! Lydia gave us good customer service, but she was not available the morning we were scheduled and we were assigned Burgan. Burgan was very professional and a big help in selecting the finishes and fitting. We enjoyed working with Burgan, and placed the order. We have ordered several custom suits from different companies. We really appreciate the vast selection of high quality fabrics and professionalism of the staff at Enzo. They have custom suits available as low as about $600 but on average the suits run about $1,200 and up. The suits are well worth the splurge. The aesthetic of the location is sleek and modern. The experience feels elevated and is what you want when you're spending over a thousand dollars for a suit. Note to management it would be appreciated if clients are consistently offered water or a beverage during every visit. I highly recommend this location. We are looking forward to receiving the new suit. I will update this review once we go through the final fitting. TIP: There is a $100 referral discount which is a nice incentive to spread the word.

There may have been a stray XXL, but I don't really recall. So I'm not sure it's plus size friendly in the long run. There were so many beautiful dresses that made me look and feel incredible. When it came time to choose between two that I loved Teuta was not only gentle with me she read my mind! She knew which dress I loved but was worried to say it cause it was a bit different. Man did she me like a book and I'm soooo glad she did. It gave me the courage to say yes to the different dress! And one more important item, DO NOT SLEEP ON THE VEILS. They are showstopping gorgeous. I think we said yes to the veil before we said yes to the dress! Once I took the dress home, I noticed the dress was missing over 30 sequins in very visible places because they had been glued on. When I tried to return it within three hours of buying it, despite the website stating that she will accept returns, the seller was very rude and refused to accept the return. She stated that returns were only for online orders, which is stated nowhere on her website. She should not have a written return policy that is a misrepresentation of her actual policy. She offered to replace "some of the missing beads," which is a terrible offer. Why would I accept a partial repair for a $2,000 dress when her workmanship was of poor quality in the first place? The sequins would just fall off again! She also told me that I should have checked for the missing sequins myself! The seller is saying if she sells you a defective product, it's YOUR problem and you assume the risk, which is a horrible business practice. When you pay thousands of dollars for a dress, you expect it to be of good quality. She offered at most a $400 refund, which is unacceptable. She also accused me of trying to make a profit because I was unhappy with another dress I had purchased from a different owner, which honestly made no logical sense as I was just trying to receive a refund for a dress I had barely worn and purchased a few hours before. I highly recommend that you avoid shopping here. The dresses might look nice on first glance, but are made cheaply.

Instead of paying New York prices for alteration, I brought my dress to Brittany because there's just something about getting that gut feeling knowing you can trust someone with one of those important life events and one of a kind garments. She ended up doing a French Bustle on my 12-layer dress, adding boning to the top, bringing in the bust, shortening the dress by quite a bit, and switching out the skirts zipper for grommets and ribbon to allow for weight differences if I had any. When I returned for my first fitting, everything was perfect... there was no need for multiple trips, I took my dress home at our 2nd appointment! Talk about efficient and then her flawless work... no one would ever know my dress was altered, it looked like it was made for me specifically. I also had her alter my mother's dress which included shortening and adjusting the top to fit her shoulders better, my mom took her dress home the same day as I did. I can't recommend Brittany enough, seriously, anyone I hear that needs a seamstress especially for weddings, I rave about her customer service and beautiful work. Oh, by the way, her shop is adorable! It's spacious and welcoming, farmhouse chic and she has a bunch of wedding dresses and flower girl dresses available in shop to try on and/or purchase.
