The cost was good and they scrubbed my front and back end of the car with only the second value car wash. I felt that I wasn't paying too much for the effort they put forth. I also was able to pull into their vaccum station and that was awesome!! The vaccum is strong enough to get a lot of dog hair out of my car too. And because it reaches on both sides it was super easy. There are clips to put your mats to detial them better and I also see that they have a blowing tool that was awesome to blow out the crud from small places in the car. I didnt' interact with staff, but they seemed professional about getting my bumpers clean.

Perhaps not THE best Carwash I've ever been to, but they do a solid job for a fair price. I got a full service wash of my BMW X5 for just $16, with NO up-charge like most places add on for an SUV. The pretty cashier was very pleasant and she took another $2 off because I came in before 9:30 AM on a weekday. I would not have known if she didn't do it, and how can you complain about an inside & out car wash with tire dressing for just $14??? Then, after I absent-mindedly left $12 cash behind when I went to the restroom, the money was returned to me before I left the business. Honesty always impresses me in the world we now live. Once I got to my next location and got out I noticed the hood had little dry spots in many areas, I then inspected the entire car. This is a new vehicle with no paint issues at all. Speaking to some young guy (James Rice) stating he was the manager-I really didn't want to see him, he politically explained procedure of going back thru ' when the issue is very eye catching--this place spotted my hood and top' and it wasn't this way prior to coming here. Once I at their request went thru again, another individual was obviously contacted ( Rob Hide ) manager, at the time of his arrival the vehicle had just came out and he to notice the spotted paint. I maintained my sanity and he was calm and polite 'more so than that young kid' ...they wiped and wiped even I assisted with areas they had neglected--but the problem was still there. This place has gotten progressively worst, below minimum quality of work since my last visit 5 years ago operating with just four people. Once going thru the wash you sit for unreasonable amount of time and snail maneuver to the very end. During such time wash shampoo and chemical had settled on my paint 'a brand new vehicle' that's the only possible logic. Now we go legal!!!! Photos don't lie. They don't deserve a rating!! It is a mobile service, but unfortunately my apartment building doesn't allow car work to be done in the garage. I went to the designated location in Clarendon and met Lee there. He was very nice and promised to be done as soon as he could; he's a one man team. I sat at a cafe for about 3.5 hours and then he notified me to come back. The car was sparkling clean inside and out -- he did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Gobeyond for your car detailing service. Note: because it's a mobile service, make sure you bring your checkbook or your debit card for nearby ATMs.

A few months back, I was taking advantage of the service provided of the free vacuums. Being…read morecareless and not paying much attention, I took my air pod out of my ear and placed in my center console. I began to vacuum and did just the thing I didn't want to do. I sucked it up in there and in a matter of seconds, it was gone!! I thought that it was a loss, but decided to mention it anyway. The young man who helped me dry my car was still an ear shot away, so I asked him if there was anyway of retrieving it. His name is Mark, and he was very friendly and helpful. He let me know that they were closing soon, and fortunately for me it has just been cleaned out. He said they couldn't do anything until the end of the night but would check at that point. He looped in the manager/owner, who allowed me to give my number to the young man. Would you believe it?! An hour later, he called and told me that he had it. It would be in the office and that I could come grab it at my leisure. I did the next day, and thanked both of them repeatedly. I could've easily replaced the air pod, but the level of extraordinary customer service I received is unmatched. I was a retail store manager for most of my career, and understand how often complaints flow but how little acts of kindness and a job well done are applauded and mentioned. It is a service that they offer as part of the ultimate wash if requested. It's not like I went when it was peak busy hours. I usually go on weekdays around 11 am when it is not busy. No one seems to go above and beyond. I find the value in going and getting a car wash here has decreased and may find business elsewhere if lackluster service continues.

Went through the car wash and parked near the vacuums to get my car hand dried and tire shine placed on my tires, like the norm. It was then that I was told by a very nasty worker by the name of Mentheas or matteas, that they "were going home because they are closed". I stayed and explained to two kind female workers that I had just paid over $24 for a car wash and expected my car to be hand dried and tire shine placed on my tires. The man continued to talk about how they were closed and even told his coworkers not to provide the service for me. If they were closed, why take my money and let me go through the car wash and refuse to provided a service that is included with my car wash? Very poor customer service to tell a paying customer who visits weekly this.
