Upon entry to the store we were pleasantly greeted by a receptionist who then quickly passed us onto a sales associate. It was noon time in the middle of the week, so Dave Witt listened to our purchase thoughts on wants and needs and very quickly showed us several vehicles they had that might be what we were looking for. It was nice to see a good variety of vehicles and options in so quick and friendly a fashion during a lunch break from work. We were out of there very quickly but set up a time to return after further thought. We returned a couple of days later on a Friday afternoon and obtained a new F-150 in a very painless and fast process. The no haggle price was very acceptable; the entire staff (both sales and finance) were very friendly, helpful, and informative; and there was no pressure to purchase at any time. I would highly recommend a visit to this dealership should you be looking for a new Ford product! read more

This was our first time at Holiday Ford. We chose them because we found a car they had on Cargurus (also recommended). We made an appointment, came in and were greeted by friendly staff. Our salesperson, Dave Witt, was helpful, professional, and most of all, not pushy! He was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle and explained all the features. They were able to work out a great financing plan, gassed up, and made sure the car was clean and ready to go. The lounge was stocked with water, coffee, cookies, and popcorn. My In-laws have bought 3 vehicles from the Holiday Automotive Group and had a pleasant experience as well. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! read more

This was the best car-buying experience I have had in a long time. My salesman, Jim Rauhut, walked me through the difference and pros/cons of buying vs leasing. Not once did he pressure me to make a decision, nor did act like I was stupid. I brought along a male friend as I had bad experiences in the past as a single woman. As soon as Jim realized I was buying the car and not my friend, all his attention was on me. It was refreshing, and I got an awesome deal. I was able to test drive around town, and was made to feel welcome and comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone! read more

Holiday Ford was the best dealership I have been to. They kept things straight with us and told us the best deals right off the bat. Thor Gilbertson, Jafar Nikkhah, and Ben Wempner all gave 110% to make sure I got the best deal possible, and I walked out with a smile and a new car. Even the president of the dealership Thor came out and washed my car and put my new plates on. This dealership is all about the customer and is never pushing people to buy. read more

I visited Holiday Ford to inquire about a 2021 Bronco. The staff was very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to reserve just the right package for me. The online reservation link from the Holiday Ford website was easy to use to get my spot in line for a new Bronco. The receptionist greeted us as soon as we walked in & took us to our sales person, John. He was very thorough & so friendly. We got to test drive the car, buy it & bring it home the same day. Nick was my salesman and did an awesome job. I bought a used Ram and on the first day I noticed a exhaust manifold leak. I talked to Nick, who talked to his manager and said bring it in they would look at it. Not only did they replace the 1 manifold but did the other one also no charge. I would highly recommend them. read more

My body work turned out great! But they weren't able to find out what was wrong with my transmission. I was a little annoyed that I had to fill up the rental I had, but my car was almost on E when I got it back. Doesn't seem fair... other than that everything went good :) read more

I live over an hour away. I took it to my local gm dealer and they confirmed the transmission is bad and needed to be replaced. We confirmed this all within 4 days of my buying the vehicle. I called Zac, my sales guy, and he got in it right away. He got his manager Chad involved, and together they took full ownership of the problem immediately, and worked diligently to quickly get my issue resolved. So much so that upon discovering that the transmission shop they prefer to use has a three week wait period on it, that they just hired my local GM dealership to handle it all and paid them directly. It was not cheap, and unfortunately it's unlikely that their dealership made any money on this sale, in fact they probably lost money, but they certainly did take care of me, the customer, and as a result they won my trust and I absolutely 100% for sure would buy from Zac and Holiday again. Things go wrong sometimes, but they handled it perfectly. Above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. They earned all 5 stars in this review.

Whoever was out front always was able to answer my questions about why something needed to be fixed and even were able to help me with what to do for insurance. They took care as much as they could for me. I felt so lucky and less stressed. When it was done (within a week and a half since the crash), it ran great (and still does) and they even figured out that whoever fixed my car before I got it hooked up my A/C backwards. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. They help as much as they can, are friendly, and quick.
