Dont waste your time coming here anymore. I normally go there twice a month and take 2 cars. I just left there and theu no longer wipe your car off or shine your tires. I always tipped the attendants. Its now a bad car wash with no service. Theres a better car wash around the corner on Custer that has full service with attendants for the same price. This was a great car wash when I first joined a few years ago. Since then, it has changed ownership twice and the prices have gone up with less service. They used to towel dry. That stopped. I used to get good wash with wheels and tires cleaned and dressed with the $30/month service. Now it is $30 per month and it is a regular wash, no towel dry, no wheel clean and tire dressing. read more

I am only going here cause I prepaid for a gift card awhile back when it was under previous mgmt. As of 2nd week of April 2023, their basic wash is now $10. Not too happy with my wash received yesterday evening. Everyone was nice and all but came in hoping to clean off a flew splats of bird poop on my newer car and if not then it'd be thoroughly check with the hand drying but instead it was just smeared around and the mirrors still had water spots. Not only was this the most expensive car wash I've ever gotten, it was the worst! I chose The Works which is the only service that comes with exterior wash and interior clean and wipe down of dash, according to the employee at the entrance, for $39. They weren't busy and I drove right up with 2 cars in front of me. There is still dirt all over the car, mirrors aren't clean, smudged bugs on the windshield. On the inside the touchscreen wasn't cleaned, the middle console area was not wiped down good, the clock is smeared. I definitely will NOT be going back to this place and wish I had my money back. read more

Bait and switch. Went for a car wash and was told for the same price of $20 I could get unlimited for a 1 month promo. Not trial but promo. I asked if I had to do anything to cancel the promo and I was told no. Lo and behold I was charged $35 today. I never even went again during the 1 month promo. Because I barely drive to use unlimited. I liked this place when I did go but never again. This was quite SCAMMISH. I can't find any working numbers online so I am disputing with my bank. read more

You can tell that the employees don't care about the quality of the work and the management doesn't care about the quality of the employee. So the way that it was just explained to me was for the seven dollar wash it doesn't include washing your tires. I wasn't speaking of polishing my rims or putting armor all on my tires I just wanted to know why they were still dirty.....! apparently at City Speed car wash when you wash your car all the dirty water from the top down goes right down onto your wheels that are not getting sprayed to clean them off. So you have a nice shiny car with dirty tires awesome! This is my 4th time here and 3rd that I felt ripped off. And this time I'm insulted. They had a pile of towels for us to self dry and no tire service (same monthly fee). By the time I was done drying my truck I was dripping in sweat. I went through the basic wash, and they did a great job on the upper part of the car. My car has looked great all week. I needed to have up-ed the wash level to include the whole car including the wheels. It's worth the cost! The wheels needed more attention than they got on the basic wash. Generally I go to The Car wash zone , where they provide free towels ,vacuum and Windex .I thought City Speed Wash will provide towels to wipe out and clean the water after car wash . This was the first time I used City Speed Wash and I was insulted by their staff .When I requested for his name , he said Robusto .No idea whether it is True or not I was insulted and I felt I made a mistake to use this place for my car wash .I had my own spray and paper towel to clean my car but after car wash I requested for a towel to clean some spots with my spray. Later I left the used towel on their cart . When i started my vehicle , this guy (Robusto) came running and knocked my car window glass. When i stopped and partially opened , he requested for the towel. It was bit embarrassing and I said whether he belief that i would steal the dirty towel to do million dollar business ? Fast, friendly service at a decent price. I opted for The Works Plus, which gives you a full exterior wash, an interior wipe down, and the team vacuums for you. I think the entire process took 10mins and for $28, it was well worth it. They managed to give my car a great clean, remove all the debris from our floor mats, and get the dog drool off the windows. For a Saturday afternoon right before a rain storm, there were only 3 cars there. I suggest going at a time like that (pre-storm) otherwise you'll have a much longer wait. read more

While I was cleaning out my car the manager came and told me "don't use chemicals because it will break our vacuuming system, you're supposed to vacuum on dry seats only" I did not have any chemicals on my seats and he did not see me with any chemicals so I'm not sure why he told me and also in the tone that he said it. I told him I did not have any chemicals. Also my car (front end) is still dirty and nasty. They pre wash before you go into the washer and it came out as if it had never been washed. If you care about your vehicle at all, I would not take it here to get washed. I took my brand new truck through the wash and their brushes scratched my front camera pretty badly (photos). I brought it to the manager's attention and he called me a liar. Really?! This truck is BRAND NEW, there's not a scratch on it! He tried to tell me I hit something on the freeway. Dude, you aren't going to convince me that I hit something on the freeway that wrapped around my camera and gouged every side of it, sorry. I fell for a gift card purchase to get two of their "best" washes for free with it, but immediately returned it (still got charged for my $16 wash, of course) after seeing the damage, due to me having to re-wipe my truck down after they completed their "best" wash. The truck was still filthy after they were done as well (photos). I have taken photos and contacted my insurance in order to hold them responsible for fixing it. read more

Had my car washed and detailed today. They did a GREAT job. Reasonable priced. Have been using this car wash since moving to McKinney

I'd put zero if I could. The guy at the entrance screamed at me cause I didn't put it in neutral as fast as he'd have liked, so when he went around to scrub my back windshield he was still being pissy and broke my backup camera off of my car. The dickhead then proceeded to not say a word and if I wouldn't have noticed, I would have had to pay out of pocket for it. Sleazy crew, overpriced washes, and way under-average service. read more

Came here a few days ago to get a detail on my car and it was amazing. My car looks, smells, and feels brand new. I'm here right now to get my husbands car done because they just did such an amazing job! I've never been so impressed with a car wash and interior detail in my life. I kind of regret getting a car wash here, but for anyone who has a well used car I'd recommend. It was a cold day, my car was dirty, and I didn't want to wash my car myself. I was running errands and passed by a huge $5 car wash sign.. definitely grabbed my attention. I have a 4 month old car that I bought brand new. I should have known what an automatic wash would do to my car but I was dumb. The process is simple, they have a person scan your card for the $5, then you drive up and someone closes your side mirrors and power washes your car first. Then you go through the automatic car wash. At the end, they do a manual wipe down and you are free to vacuum your car with their powerful vacuum's. Did my car get those circular scratches all over? Yes. Do i regret it? Yes. However, i should have known better and not fell for the cheap price. It also left a 1 inch scratch on my right rear door. The workers were also taking their sweet time wiping my car, one literally stopped after 4 wipes to tell her coworker how she couldn't wait till she got off. I was like cmonnn finish so I can vacuum! Anywho.. if you have an already older used car, do it. However my car was so perfect but now if you look at it at an angle you can see micro circular scratches all over and it's tragic. First stop in since they opened and.... Very Happy I did. They have customer service on their mind. I was greeted enthusiastically as I pulled up. Alan introduced himself and asked what I was looking for then explained what services he had. He didn't try to over sell me just told me the different services. I really liked that. The machines are brand new and my car came out shined and spotless. They had me drive my car around to the detail side and the staff got right to me. They cleaned every crack and crevice!
