He thoroughly cleared the clogged drain and, what I really appreciated is that he took the time to verify his work by intentionally introducing a gallon of water into the catch pan to ensure that it promptly (and correctly) drained the water from the system. The price they charged was very fair. Beyond the reasonable price, I will stress less about this occurring again anytime soon due to the confidence I have in the work completed by Hunter.
