The Absolute Best Criminal Defense Lawyer and firm i could have asked for 100%!!! I went to Eugene for help with a very serious case, 3 felonies and I was looking at 10 years in prison. I researched lots of different criminal defense attorneys and Eugene being a former Riverside County Deputy District Attorney stuck out to me a bit plus his excellent reviews I decided he might be the one. I contacted him directly and spoke with him and he was extremely helpful and from that first conversation I knew he was who I wanted to defend me. I did not have all the money upfront to retain his services but he worked with me bigtime. There is so much to say but not enough space so I'll sum it up, Eugene Carson and everyone at Carson Law Firm were top notch 10 out of 10 hands down 100% the best firm and the best attorney I could have asked for and the outcome OMG.. Eugene after hours and hours dealing with one of the toughest D.A.'s in all of Riverside County was able to get 2 felony gun charges and a felony child endangerment reduced to 3 misdameanors with summary probation and d.v. classes and a couple other small stipulations which is unheard of if you know anything about the criminal justice system. Attorney Eugene Carson and attorney Christopher Abernathy dragged my case for five years and cost me hundreds of thousands of dollars in attorney fees. Abernathy and carson lied in court and in their declarations under penalty of perjury. They met secretly with our forensic accountant Jack Zuckerman CPA and helped him drag the accounting for as long as they could in order to charge tens of thousands of dollars in accounting and attorney fees. I filed a lawsuit against them for conspiracy to commit fraud in which they did not refute the allegation that they secretly met with the CPA jack Zuckerman and claimed they have immunity under the law. These people are worse than thieves because thieves steal money but these guys not only stole my money they stole years of my life by dragging my case for years in order to make money. read more
