A dismissive, *"It looks like they cancelled the order and it has been refunded. I was not here on Friday so I am unsure why. I do apologize for the inconvenience."* Let that sink in: **They cancelled my order without explanation, notification, or accountability**. To add insult to injury, this firearm was meant for my daughter, who had been eagerly waiting for it. When I pleaded with them to reinstate the order--even offering to reprovide my credit card information and emphasizing, *"I don't need money back, I need the firearm"*--they ignored my request entirely. I was in this week and the employees were having an incredibly loud conversation that could be heard throughout the store about their McDonald's order, full of f bombs and cursing because they were angry a McDonald's employee didn't speak good enough English in their view. The employees here are some low class and unprofessional people who behave in an embarrassing way at their place of employment. I've shopped at this castle location for years and spent thousands on jewelry from here. Always loved the selection. Now I don't want to go back. Do better and behave like you're at your job. Today I went to the Lexington Castle Jewerly store hoping to trade up a ring, I didnt understand how the trade up worked, now I have a better understanding,. I picked out a ring that was double the amount of the trade up price, the clerk then told me , in a very dry voice that she could only give me half the valve of my ring even tho the strickersaid it was the right amount I was told everything was on sale , the ring I pick out didnt cost even to get the full trade in value of my ring. . Why isnt everything marked with the sale price on it. It would have been easier , instead I left with another bad experience at the castle. I really like this Castle location. They have always been so helpful and courteous here. I took one of Rolex watches in to get it repaired and they sent it off to have the main spring replaced and did a full service for less than half it would cost most other places if they are willing to do the service. I was also having an issue with the face of my watch which they repaired for me on the spot while I waited. If you need any jewelry I suggest trying this place out first! This place is a complete rip off on trying to sell jewelry to them. Me and my daughter came on 9/22/2020 and tried to see how much could she get for her class ring that she never even wore. We found it in our safe and had totally forgot about it and she is in her college years now and decided that she wanted to sell it because she didn't want it anymore. When we first came in we were greeted by a hateful Indian woman who talked to us like we were freaking dumber than a box of rocks. She first acted like it wasn't real gold I told her that I paid $591.47 for it so it better be real gold and she rolled her eyes at me. She basically started yelling at us asking us how much were we expecting out of it and she acted like we were wanting $591.47 for it. So she gave us this ridiculously low ball price of $39 for the ring! That's when we told her absolutely not and started to walk out she started rambling on yelling at us that all they're gonna do is melt down the ring and they aren't making much more money off from it. Even though the ring included 2 small diamonds and the gemstone she claimed that the ring being melted down would be more than $39. The Castle needs to fire the Indian woman who is the hatefulness b@tch I have ever dealt with there. We ended up going to another jewelry store and they gave us $150.00. read more
