All of them high and everyone started yelling at them. I left and got body checked then threatened the whole way out to beat my a** and calling me gay hate names. The manager didn't do 1 thing but again just look confused. She could have walked them in like other theaters do. I mean DO NOT GO TO THIS THEATER. The amount of fights that are happening then they will use your A list member. I was the only one they had a name of. So I have horrific footage of it all. Which I will be posting on Reddit. Because people taking Children here. Think twice they will NOT PROTECT YOU THERE. I have seen so much in these last 4 months. Me & my partner & mother took a 3 week break. Hoping AMC would protect the people coming. Fights are happening 5 to 10 times a week. & it will only get worse & worse. You sadly can't trust AMC to protect you or your kids. Some of these people fighting is all they know. & if AMC did walk through this would happen far less. Called 5 different theaters & all of them do Walk throughs! Don't let film be ruined for you here. Just go Emagine Theater or Regal or the best DraftHouse. They have someone outside each theater. & if your late your not aloud in. That's sadly what has to happen because AMC only cares about trying to survive before they go completely bankrupt. But these smaller theaters Make Sure this does not happen. It's incredible the amount of people I have talked to who have told me insane stories about AMC Muncie. The theater is gone now Don't waste your time or energy. But when we got to our theatre spot, we noticed that the chairs were all torn up, and the cupholders were filled with leftover food. It was an accident, but one of the staff members also spilled beer on my granddaughter's dress as he was serving our food to our seats. But it was nice how he immediately apologized and went to get her some rags. Another thing to add was how the stalls in the women's bathroom closed poorlly and couldn't be locked. I thanked him, switched my order to whiskey and coke, and we moved on as allies. From there we headed to concessions and ordered the Take it to the Greek wrap, the La Bamba pizza, and fries with little bits of steak on top. The food was good. Not life altering, not the kind of meal that makes you grab someone's arm and say nothing, just nodding, but genuinely solid movie theater food that arrived at our seats without us having to do anything except recline and wait. The seats reclined. There were actual tables. This is civilized. We watched Disclosure Day, which if you have any interest in extraterrestrial or UFO subject matter is absolutely worth your time. Sitting in a reclining leather seat watching a film about potential contact with beings from other worlds felt appropriately cinematic, even if the leather on most seats has seen better days. Chipping and worn in spots, which is the one visible crack in an otherwise well maintained experience. The theater itself was clean, the concept is fantastic, and the overall vibe delivered exactly what a day date calls for. Four stars. The bar needs an actual bartender on deck and the seats could use some attention, but Living Room Theater is still one of the better ways to spend an afternoon in Indianapolis.

Actually, I'm not entirely sure that it has cooling, but the button switches from red (heated) to blue (not heated). They recline really far back but still allow ample space for others to pass by without you needing to shift your position very much. I was disappointed that the concessions menu is not shown on their website. They give a brief description of the type of things that they offer, but not the full menu or pricing. At the concession stand, you can order and receive certain items immediately (such as candy, popcorn, hot dogs, classic nachos and drinks) but other items (like pizza and the ultimate nachos) will be delivered to your seats. There is also a full bar with an option to order a drink for now and one for later that will be delivered to your seat at a later time. That's pretty cool. In the lobby area, there is a player piano, photo booth and claw machine that dispenses rubber ducks (like the ones that Jeep drivers exchange). The drink area is where you will find condiments, napkins and straws. They have sodas and slushies. They also have lap trays that you can place into the cup holders of your seats for your food orders. They sit kind of high, but it's better than not having any type of tray or table. The cuddle seats are cute little love seats with an ottoman, but they are positioned on the first row (being the least desirable seats in the theater). I tested one out and you would basically need to lay down the entire time in order to see the screen. I didn't reserve those on either visit, but if you bring a blanket and your boo, that could be nice. The hot dog that I ordered was spicy. I wasn't expecting that, but maybe I should've known based on the name listed on the menu. I just wasn't "in the know". The popcorn is freshly popped. We weren't huge fans of the pizza though. It could benefit from being baked a bit longer. Surround sound is good. Lighting/contrast was good. In my opinion, it was a little warm in the theater, which drew my attention to two tiny ceiling fans located on either side of the theater. I'm not sure what their purpose is because they couldn't possibly be there to cool that huge theater. If you run hot, bring a personal fan!

Cereal Cinema targets the family market. For example, this year's films include Night at the Museum (April), Madagascar (May), The Neverending Story (July), Homeward Bound (August) and the list goes on. This is always a reasonably priced good time for the entire family. While accessibility at Newfields isn't quite 100%, it's surprisingly good and wheelchair users like myself can easily attend Cereal Cinema. The cereals are usually a variety - including gluten-free options. Indy Film Fest is still an entirely volunteer-run film festival. It's amazing what they accomplish, and it's a guaranteed good time for the entire family. I definitely recommend Cereal Cinema for families. It's one of Indy's true gems and a best kept secret.
