There are only x4 roaming around. Look for the devon rex cat. You'll know it when you see it! All the food are homemade with decent prices. Everything was pretty tasty and sort of reminds me of something your mom/grandmother would whip up. * Chai frappe ($4): There wasn't a strong chai flavor. But it was blended well... * Pimento cheese sandwich ($6.50): Homemade and pretty delectable. You can either have it cold or warmed up like a grilled cheese. I went for the latter version as it seemed like it was more popular. Next time I will go for the cold version so I can taste the pimento better. It's not to say that I couldn't taste it warmed up, it just felt like there weren't much cheese because it was melted. I think pimento is better cold so you can feel the texture and all its cheesy glory. * Key lime pie ($5): You will not find the artificial green with this as it's homemade. Still, the limey flavor is still there. My friend was just in heaven as she ate each bite. It was such a light and airy pie. This was a cozy spot with the owners being super nice. Parking can be limited so carpool if you're going during the weekend. I went for lunch at 1 PM on a Friday and barely found a spot. We didn't get to see many cats during our visit--only 3 in total the whole time we were there. I guess I was expecting a café full of cats . The drinks we ordered were just okay, nothing special. Just a heads-up: each person is required to make a purchase to enter the cat café. If you don't, there's an entrance fee (I think around $3-$4). So you might as well grab a drink and enjoy the few cats around. read more

The Catfe. Is this place one of those huge aesthetic cat cafes in Japan? No. Is this place equipped with the most modern tools and equipments? No. Is this place the new "buzz" with new seasonal items and extremely delicious food/drinks? No. However the Catfe, is a family-owned, cozy house that has friendly fur-babies that will greet you, play with you and spend time with you as you have brunch/lunch here. Yes this place has limited amounts of cats, and yes this place might not "feel like a business." Regardless, kudos to the Catfe's staff for even attempting to establish a cat cafe. The food is okay but it is NOT the main attraction here. The experience with the adorable sweethearts and time spent with them is the highlight. Do not come here and expect to walk into a modern 21st-century Japanese cat cafe with robots that serves you drinks as you pet hundreds of cats. However, do expect to walk into 2-4 friendly cats that will enjoy their time with you. P.S. Cute place with 4 cats lazing around. The meat and cheese "charcuterie plate" was very tasty! My son said that the ham and cheese sandwich was just ok. Hosts were pleasant. The Catfe is the only cat cafe near Atlanta, but it's overall awesome. While other cafes typically have adoptable cats, the Catfe's 4 cats belong to the owners so their different personalities are well known and they're pretty social. The food and coffee here was actually really great. The inside is pretty spacious despite parking being fairly limited. The staff was wonderful and keeps the space very clean too! If you love cats this is a great place to go! There are only 4 cats, but the atmosphere is great, the food and drinks are good, and the owners are so sweet! You can tell they have a special love for this place. They put a lot of hard work into the building and getting approval for the concept. This is an excellent place to sit and read with a cat in your lap. Cats are permitted to have free range of the entire building, with exception to the kitchen. They choose what they want to do, and they love to snuggle! The litter box is outside on the patio, so there are no smells. I had such a nice, relaxing afternoon with my friends and these gorgeous, unique cats. They're all really beautiful, but Cinnamon was the lovebug of the day, insisting on being near us the whole time we were there. read more

Read the bad reviews. They matter. The warm fuzzy reviews are from easily amused people. I've been to cat cafes all around the country. This one doesn't count. Most of them are cat forward environments with lots of cats that are adoptable and looking for new homes. Your money goes to help those cats in need. This place. Not so much. I don't even know what this place is. The environmental concept is great. Cute old house, order food and go sit in living room with cats. But it doesn't play out. What actually happens. Order food, go inside. Spend 40 minutes and only see one grumpy cat that doesn't want to interact with anyone. Then leave without ever getting the food I ordered and paid for. I seriously LOVE this place. Coffee, cats, desserts, sandwiches... what more could you want? The Catfe is a cute coffee shop that has some amazing food selections that are GA local or imported from Italy. The service, which was by the owner, was friendly. He was happy to answer all of the questions just about anything. The lounge was well equipped for cats and their needs. They had all kinds of toys and built fixtures to climb/play on. It is always a shame when someone puts their life savings into a business where the concept is clever but the execution is flawed. They have completely remodeled an old house at obvious great expense. You must enter from the back door. As I did not yet know the concept. I asked why and was told "the USDA requires it." Hmm? You give your order, pay, and they prepare it and hand it too you. Upon being served I was told "go through that door and ring the bell". Hmm? Through the door was a very sterile, featureless dining room. I rang the bell as directed. The second door was opened by an attendant who allowed me into a parlor with about 5 or 6 cats. Beautiful and sweet cats, I understood the name. But not exactly the kind of coffeehouse where people go, hangout, and have conversations. My letdown was the menu. (see menu) The beverage prices were not particularly expensive, but the food is rather expensive $11 to $40 for cheese and charcuterie plates. Now, remember the concept. I have had, and still do, many cats. They instinctively know when meat and cheese are present. So what would your alternative be? The white sterile room or the single 18" table and folding chairs on the front porch. (for which one would have no choice but to carry your plate through the cat parlor.) I bought the "Pineapple Perfection" smoothie. Commissary pre-made mix blended with ice. Whooppee! At least it was only $4.50. Friendly staff still learning the ropes. But I feel rather sorry for them, as I am certain that after neighborhood curiosity is satisfied, this place will not make expenses and thus not last. read more

I love the idea of dinning with cats; but leaving here left me with mixed feelings. I'm really torn on my rating here but there were some issues I couldn't ignore Our party was confused by the concept of entering through the backdoor; there is a sign... but it felt weird... maybe the sign needs to be bigger?? or add more parking in the rear; when we arrived the back parking lot was coned off which made it even more confusing as to why we had to enter the rear . I came with a party of 3, we shared a build your own meat and cheese platter for 2, we all ordered alcoholic beverages and later we each had a dessert (we ordered different ones so we can sample a variety). The meat platter was delicious; though they need to consider ordering a different mozzarella... the one they currently have had absolutely no flavor and was a waste of calories. The jelly that comes on the platter was really yummy and a nice addition to pair with cheese and nuts... BUT you are given a nickel size amount of it.... I wish they would at least double that amount. Desserts: we ordered a tiramisu, a cheesecake and a mud cake I believe. The tiramisu and mud cake were all delicious but the cheesecake... I don't know what happened but it didn't taste like cheesecake, it was really disappointing. I understand the cats here are the owners, but there are only 4... if your draw is dinning with cats, there should really be more cats, at least 2 more. There is a kitty attendant who plays and monitor the cats... but unfortunately there are 2 kitty approved rooms and she has to balance between the 2.... and unfortunately; when we were there it didn't feel like a balance, we didn't see much of the attendant or the cats bc we sat in the 2nd room. Price wise; I think the pricing was fair, maybe a little high for the experience we had or lack there of. The dinning kitty area is really clean and I love that the cat box is outside. But sadly, it just didn't leave me longing to return. read more

This place is not what your thinking of as a "Cat Cafe", the owners have their 4 cats there, and they are mostly antisocial cats. No kittens playing, and no cats up for adoption! The food was fine but expensive, I wouldn't have minded paying it to have the cat experience we were hoping to have. Went to the Catfe for a first date. The cafe is cute, clearly a home renovated to be a restaurant. It's pretty quiet, I'd consider it to be a good spot for studying or working your laptop. My date and I got pie, which was pretty good. Unfortunately, since he bought peppermint tea, it scared away most of the cats so we didn't really get to interact with them much. The service was nice and unobtrusive, you order at the front and then just sit down, and if you want more, you can always go back to the front. My girl looked this place up and had to go. So we did and it was a nice place in an old home with nice old tables, lots of cat stuff and some cute chill kitties. The food was awesome! And a must try. When one thinks cat cafe, you think of lots of friendly and sociable cats. That's not what is here. There are a total of 4 cats which you can not even pick up. While I was there for over an hour, I only saw 3, though. Of the 3, one bit me while I was petting it and another one pretty much kept its distance from people. I love going to this place! But I've been so busy so I couldn't visit anymore. I find that the drinks are pretty good, I think it is a bit sweet but I like it sweet so it's my thing~. The cats are sweet and so are the owners of this place. They keep the place pretty clean and I love how ambience the place is. I used to come here to relax after work, but the sad thing is that it close really right when I'm off work so I'm a bit sad. BTW, if you're on the fence on what to get, I recommend getting their pies. I usually leave the plate clean when I have them and trust me when I say I'm not a big fan of pies, but their pumpkin pies makes me want to order the whole case. read more

This cafe is cat paradise! I've always wanted to go to a cat cafe but there was never one close to my area. This has fulfilled that dream! There are four lovely cats! Sugar, cinnamon, básquet and biscuit. They are absolutely adorable and friendly plus, they are fun to play with and pet! (There is also no extra cost for the cats.)They are supper soft and feel very clean! The staff here is very nice too! The cakes/sweets are delicious! I recommend getting the Mississippi mude cake and the tiramisu cake. I love the iced mocha and mocha frappe. The places is clean and the staff does a good job with sweeping so there isn't too much hair either. The litter boxes are outside so it doesn't smell. The only hard part is parking, there isn't much parking so I recommend that ppl carpool with their friends. I've written a Google Review about this place back in 2020 I think. But their updated menu warranted an updated review. I tried their new Meaty Pimento Cheese Sandwich (not pictured) as well as their new Karen's Tuna Melt. Both are fantastic and truth be told, I'm not a Pimento Cheese fan. This place is a great stop if you're looking for quality food and quality cats. I look forward to trying the rest of their new menu. I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. I love the overall concept of this place! Who doesn't want to be at a cafe with gorgeous cats? The cats are super friendly, playful and dreamy to look at. There are four cats and I'll admit, I was hoping for a crazy cay lounge but the four seems to be a good amount for the environment. The staff was really nice and extremely friendly and accommodating, which I really appreciated. The reason I am giving it three stars is because of the food. I got a tuna sandwich and a cuban coffee and my son got a pimento cheese sandwich. My cuban coffee was overwhelmingly sweet so I couldn't finish it. The sandwiches were cold, which was weird. I have never had a cold cheese sandwich in my life, but the pimento cheese sandwich was literally two pieces of whole wheat bread with cheese in the middle and that's it. My son wouldn't eat it so I took it home and grilled it in a pan with some oil and butter to melt the cheese a bit, that made the sandwich MUCH better. My tuna sandwich was on the same whole wheat bread but it was so DRY. The tuna sandwich was literally just tuna, onions and bread. I've never had such a dry and flavorless sandwich before. I would suggest investing a higher quality bread for the sandwiches, like sourdough or something (it appeared to be regular grocery store whole wheat loaf bread, nothing bakery fresh or special), dressing the tuna with either oil and lemon or mayo and lots of seasonings, and offering lettuce, tomato, pickles etc for the sandwich. And definitely start grilling your sandwiches. Overall, I will come back again because being around the cats is great for my mental health, but I probably will just order a plain coffee and no food. read more

Bit edited version of the Google review. When the owners/managers make the lattes, they don't aerate the milk to get a nice layer of microfoam for the drink. While most people might not notice, there are coffee connoisseurs who look for those kinds of details. Not to mention the high pitched scratching noise that the milk makes while steaming it, if you don't aerate it enough. The espresso tastes bitter (if you can even taste it), like they were over-extracted. If you're going to run a coffee store, please at least learn the basics of coffee. Two stars because the desserts are nice. And the cats. Also overheard people saying an employee told them the owners are keeping the tips from the employees.
