Where we often find our fur babies : lounging on our bed while we're away.
    Beatriz Q.

If you're worried about being away from your feline babies, toss aside the stress and let Chelsea watch over your babies with the love and care you've given them over the years. We have two spoiled rotten cats who tend to be fearful of strangers. Chelsea managed to win them over during the week we were on vacation. Not only did she tend to their needs, she made sure that the trash buns were taken out and in on trash collection day so we didn't come home to full bins. Her in-home inspection and review prior to starting her cat sitting assignment provides you with peace of mind knowing that she has a layout of your home routine. The best part about the entire process: the regular updates with pictures of our fur babies. We missed seeing their precious faces, and Chelsea made it possible to see them during our vacation. I would recommend Chelsea without reservation as she has the magic touch that felines adore. Be sure to book early during the holidays since word of mouth is filling up her schedule quickly. You'll enjoy your vacation more when your cats are in loving hands.

    Thanks for the visits, Chelsea!

Where do I begin? Chelsea is incredible! I almost don't want to share her! ;) I have asked Chelsea to watch my kitty, Brooks, so many times in the past year I can't even count. Right off the bat, Chelsea started out asking questions and taking notes about his eating habits, his health, his nearest vet, etc. and I was amazed by her professionalism from the start. A few examples for why Chelsea is so wonderful: - I was gone for over two weeks over the holidays and she came in every other day to watch Brooks, play with him, brush him (which he loves), scoop, check food/water and just hang out! I got back and the litter box and his food area (as well as my living room ;)) was cleaner than when I left. I can't tell you how nice that was to come home from a long day of travel to such a clean kitty zone ;) - Chelsea sends updates from each visit! I LOVED that she sent several pictures of Brooks for each of her visits. I was so grateful that she took pictures so that I could see his happy little face when she was playing with him. I would brag and show my friends how awesome Chelsea was and how happy I was to find her in Portland - I can tell she puts the kitty first! She went above and beyond in what I expect every time :) Thank you, Chelsea, for watching Brooks and he's looking forward to your next visit! :) Kim

Maybe during one of Chelsea's visits :)

I only found out the next morning when I reviewed our front door camera footage and realized our dog had been alone since 7pm the night before. I had to leave a note in the app before anyone reached out to us. When the owner finally called to apologize, I asked why we weren't contacted as soon as the issue came up. His response was, "we're not open during those hours." I'm still not sure what that means for a pet care company. If you're taking responsibility for someone's pet overnight, there is no "closed." To his credit, the owner stepped in personally to cover the rest of the wknd, but by that point the damage was done. Our dog had been alone for over 12 hours. I don't even want to think about what would have happened if we didn't have exterior cameras or happen to check them that morning. We got lucky, and we shouldn't have had to be. The whole situation was incredibly stressful and affected our entire trip. The owner comped the one night, but charged full price for the rest of the wknd. Honestly, given everything that happened, I would have expected the whole stay to be taken care of. If you need a sitter you can count on, especially for overnight stays, I'd look elsewhere. Peace of mind is the whole point, and we didn't have it.

Our dog, Shaka, just loved spending time with her and the other pups she cared for. We were a little worried at first about his temperament being around others (humans and other animals) since he gets a little skittish, but he seemed to thrive there. When it was pick-up time, he was always happy and seemed to sleep very well from getting his exercise and socialize in. (He also smelled great on his longer stays. Thank you for the baths!) Jen is super flexible and communicative. We were so appreciative of this since we tend be rather spontaneous and would ask to drop him off the day before sometimes. We also would extend his stay last minute, for example, when we were taking road trips and wanted to stop for the night instead of driving all the way through a town. (Sorry and thank you so much, Jen!) Shaka has stayed over from one day to two weeks (possibly more), and each time, we've received text updates from her and even pictures of him happy with his friends. I always looked forward to those. Shaka passed away early last year, and I've been meaning to write this for a long time to say, "Thank you, Jen!" for being such a wonderful caregiver and trustworthy and friendly person overall. Dog parents, I 1000% recommend Jen.
