Being a first timer for a laundromat this's the place to go. They have big machines that fit my queen comforters which's a plus. Very friendly staff and they also have a service for them to do your laundry for you, yay.. it's clean, nice and friendly I recommend this place. I just moved to Arizona. My washer was not working and I was getting ready to leave on a trip, followed by family coming to stay with me. I dropped off six bags of laundry, including bed linens and blankets. John and his team finished my order in 24 hours. Everything smells great and is beautifully sorted and folded. Here today to wash rugs. 9:30AM Sunday. I have used this laundry for the last time. In past, I have used the jumbo washers for my home throw rugs and for large bedding--comforters etc. No one was staffed today, the machines to buy laundry detergent --none one of the 4 slots worked. Chairs are grossly filthy (and I am not exaggerating--I am going to upload the pictures)--and broken. They have never been cleaned--and they are supposed to be white. This place is not clean and no one cares apparently. Last time. For pricing I'll share: $5 for jumbo washers, the largest. They do a good job, and today they seemed to be all working. Bigger dryers, 25-cents for 5 min (75-cents for 15-min--which is not quite enough for rugs on medium heat) read more

I have used laundromats a number of times in my life (mainly while in college and shortly after when I lived where there was no laundry or only a couple of machines for a full apartment building and it was difficult to get into). Almost every place I have been over the years has been disgusting and sketchy (not a place where I would want to be alone after dark). Now fast forward to The Chandler Laundry. The first time I went was earlier this summer (I think around May 2015) and it was nothing special, but not terrible. A couple days after my first visit, I was in again and actually met the owner. He JUST purchased the place and seemed eager to change things. A few months go by and thanks to a broken dryer, I am back. The owner not only remembers me, but strikes up a pleasant conversation with me AND offers me a cold bottle of water (VERY nice gesture in this heat). In the past few months, this place has definitely changed! He has redone the plumbing, completely remodeled the customer bathroom, and painted. The place looks GREAT and he has even more plans in mind (one step at a time - I'm sure fixing the place up is not a cheap project). Other laundromats in the area seem pretty sketchy, and one a couple of miles down the street has so many broken machines and no plans to fix or replace them. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a laundromat and whenever the need arises, this is the place I will go! read more

STAY AWAY & Don't Waste Your Money!! This place is terrible, there's no one here. The machine is set up to take your money & then it doesn't work! These people need to be reported bc THEY ARE THIEVES RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! There's NO PHONE NUMBER POSTED ANYWHERE (they must've gotten tired of all the complaints!) & when I called the phone number I found here online ...GUESS WHAT? You get an annoying fax machine sound. I think that's their way of saying F You! THE MACHINES DON'T WORK- The soap dispensers don't work... it's a joke! Whoever owns this place is raking in the money & exerting ZERO EFFORT. I see a sign that says the doors automatically lock automatically at 8pm- no one even comes to lock up. (I'll bet they sneak in the back door & empty the machines at night) They're prob afraid everyone's getting sick of their s$!+ & is waiting for them to show up! And they SHOULD BE AFRAID! That's what happens when you're in the biz of ripping people off! Take my advice & stay away- drive further if you have to- bc it will be cheaper in the long run. I'm taking the one load I was able to put in the one machine & I'm taking it to another laundromat to dry- bc these scumbags aren't getting one more quarter from me. Then... This place rocks- service and owner combined. I recently moved from an apartment that had a washer and dryer to a place where the laundry room is shared on site. I had a ton of articles to wash, including bedding and household items. Not only did Casey (the owner) take great care of my drop off, but he even helped me move everything to my car. (And they say chivalry is dead). Everything looked and smelled great, neatly folded, separated in such great detail, AND you just can't beat the price for the service. Living in Scottsdale now, everything cost an arm and a leg for drop off laundry service- if it was even offered. This was actually quaint and clean for such a small place. There are no coin machines though but there are plenty of small businesses around to go and get change at. There is a television in the back and places to sit in the front. The million dollar question we were asking ourselves was, why is there cup of noodle soup in the vending machine of a laundromat? Came here while midway through a family trip to do two loads of family laundry. Evidently the place changed hands about a month ago. It seems the former owners were never here and the place was unstaffed. The new owner was super-helpful, giving change of a twenty, showing me how to use one of the machines, even offering each of the patrons a free bottle of cold water. He is a youngish guy with kids, clearly highly service-oriented. Place even has fast wi-fi. I'd give it five stars, if I could imagine a five-star laundromat. read more

I had a large amount of heavy laundry so I located the closest Laundromat near me. Web site show a variety of washers and dryers sizes. The new owner (of 3 months) was very helpful. The place was clean and plenty of machines were available. I will go back to do all my next large washing The only negative was the place only has evaporate cooler and it was a very humid day. read more

Went there today to wash my king size bed comforter. Met the owner, he was very helpful. Unfortunately when the drying was done, I noticed some stains and holes on the comforter. I asked the owner to come and see, he was so sorry, and offered to give me some money back. He told me he didn't know how customers used the machines, which temperature. He was very sorry, and I felt so disappointed for my comforter that I really loved. I thanked him and told him I would come back, it wasn't his fault !! And I will certainly come back !!! We dropped off a bunch of our matts and covers to be washed. They were very professional and the owner returned my call but all of our mats and covers smelled so strong of chemicals that it gave my wife massive headaches. read more

This place is clean, well lit, and well priced. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I had no trouble finding a machine, every single machine was working and there were plenty of baskets. They have 3 coin machines and a soap dispenser, but no atm. There is a market with an atm in the strip mall, so this wasn't an issue. I will definitely be returning! read more

Reasonably priced it was about $2.25 per load in the washer and $0.25 for roughly 8 minutes in the dryer. I was able to wash, dry, and fold 6 loads of laundry for less than $20. Although I didn't have interact with them, the attendants were friendly with the patrons. Not the cleanest place but there were plenty of washers and dryers to use and only one big washing machine out of order. If I ever get behind on laundry again, I will definitely come back. read more

I've never been to a laundromat before but I've always heard the stereotypical stuff like "they're dirty, half of the machines don't work, and it's just an all around bad experience". Even after hearing these things, I still went here being completely un-biased. That being said...The floors were wet and dirty, All THREE of the coin machines were broken, and two of the dryers I was going for were out of order. Had to go to the food mart across the street to get quarters, which I was lucky enough to get without any trouble. I haven't sworn off laundromats forever, because I'm sure there are some decent ones out there, but it'd be best to avoid this one at least. read more

I don't have a lot of experience with laundry mats, but went here because I had a big sleeping bag that I needed to get washed. I was very impressed. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I felt so lost, but the lady managing the place was kind enough to show me what was the right washer and dryer for me. I had to wash a king sized comforter that wouldn't fit in my home washer. I found Chandler Laundromat online. The owner was very helpful and put me at ease using the commercial washer and dryer. Very nice guy! They have detergent and dryer sheets for purchase if you forget yours. Highly recommend this laundromat! read more

I found the laundromat to be cared for. There was a very cheerful lady attending to the machines and even when I made a mess with a quilt that had its stuffing coming out, she cleaned up the mess even though I offered. Also regarding the laundry soap machine, it was being replaced the day I was there. I felt there was care being taken to assure that everything was working well. I was also delighted to discover they had 2 extra large washing machines instead of one. I had read other reviews and found that they were pleased with cleaning but not the environment. I found that although the building was older, the attention to keep it clean was significant. Some one had tracked in mud and the lady was mopping it up as I came in. I would definitely recommend this laundromat. read more
