Name change obviously! It's now called Love Bug Laundry. Not sure if under new management or just a different name entirely for the same existing business? Came in this afternoon to do some bulk laundry which definitely requires bigger machines. They have 4 x & 6 x washing machines as well as 30 lb dryers. Overall store is clean and organized accept for the crack in the floor over by a picnic style table & food debris on the ground which has attracted red ants. Could have a little bit more seating for the wait time which is about an hour (give or take) to do both washing and drying. However, this may depend on your load for the dry time. It's .25 cents for every 5 minutes. It's been years since we've come to do laundry at a laundromat, but over all happy with the results. Note- they have a vending machine in-store you can purchase your quarters. It is CASH only! You aren't able to use a debit or credit card, so you may want to bring your own coins. You must bring your own laundry detergent and softener as well. read more

Yelp has the incorrect info on this location. This is the Lovebug Laundromat. So far, so good. Not too much parking, but it's clean, newer (state of the art) machines,cool and quiet. They offer wash and fold services. They also have an app you can download. I will definitely be back. read more

Washer are good but the dryer needs work. I only had 11 pieces of clothing. It took $1.50 to dry it and I had it on the high setting. The place is clean and the young lady is very nice. If you just need your clothes wash come here. If you want them dry make sure you bring extra money. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We were staying in town for work last week and used Wash Works laundry service twice. First time was 19lbs and second time was 10lbs of clothes and it was a fraction of the cost compared to our hotel. The clothes were fresh and folded and didn't take more than 2hrs both times. I went here and am extremely irritated with my experience. I go in, see there's a change exchange machine so I go a head and exchange my paper bills for coins only to realize there is no coin pay on the machines. Only a paycard (not your debit card). When I tried to use the machine to get a paycard, it was broken and told me to find management. But their was no management. So I wasted my laundry products for nothing and now I have to drive to find another laundromat with the smell of ammonia. I checked the reviews before I got here and all I seen was complaints about the AC, but take it from me DO NOT GO HERE. There was literally no associates there. I went to do a couple of loads. And everything was good until one of the washer's just keeped washing I guess it got stuck or something but Matilda was kind enough to let me know that she couldn't open the washer because of the water inside. Okay that was fine.that she would have my wash ready the next day,Now mind you I had taken the other clothes out and put them in the dryer underwear in one and clothes in the other with all that was going on with the washer I only had folded one dryer with the clothes and forgot my underwear in the other dryer.so the next day I ask her if she Found them she told she doesn't check the machines when she closes now .I don't know but she said that maybe one of the homeless people that go in there in the morning may have taken them.Now I know it says your not responsible but I think they should check the machines before they leave at Night closing . read more

Limited parking but there aren't a lot of machines so it all works out in the wash. Haha. Okay, that was bad but it was clean. All washers are Wascotmat and there's a total of thirty-two. Here's the breakdown: Six (6) 75lb machines. That's almost an eight load size. And the price is $6.60 Four (4) giant loads macibes that top out at 50lbs and the price is $4.40 but looks like a six load machine volume similar to the laundromat up the road. Six (6) double loader plus cost $2.30 and look to hold 2-3 loads. Fourteen (14) regular machines that cost $1.40. Seventy (70) Wasco dryers that max out at 30lbs. For .45¢ you get a 12 minute cycle. Machines all operate with a ESD Money Card that requires a $2.00 initial deposit but basically costs ya .05¢. Lady working the facility is prompt and helpful. She must be from the Midwest. She took the time to help get a couple machines started instead of telling me that it's not working and causing me to waste detergent and fabric softener. Two thumbs up. There's a unisex bathroom available, for no fee I must add. It's calm in this laundromat but that's probably because there's only one television on. Who says change is not good?! Five (5) arcade games, and four (4) vending machines -stickers, beverages, and snacks -oh yeah, and the laundry detergent variety too. And there is the local, weekly paper for reading if your smartphone battery is dead and you forgot a book or magazine to read. Okay, so there are some dated. Whatever. I admit the location had me questioning this as an option but its sorta like finding great restaurants in strip malls. Stranger things have happened. Negatives about this location are limited parking and the floor was kinda dirty. We're guilty of contributing to the last thing cuz the stuff we were here to launder seemed to have a few litters of dust bunnies and a new breed of dust puppies too. Something else to add to this review; they provide laundry wash and fold for $1.00 lb with a $12.50 minimum. Comforters are $12 up to 2" thick or $20 if over 2". Hours are 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. Door locks automatically at 9:40 p.m. And last but not least, they have WiFi. read more

Machines work well and are newer. Looks like they added a bunch of nice stainless steel Dexter 30 lb front load washers that are fantastic. Great deal for wash. You can use cash here or trade coins with attendant. Laundry card system is very simple. Plus they sell the cards for $2, and they already have $2 loaded on the card. So they are basically free. And if you put $20 on the card, it actually puts $22 dollars on the card. Free money. So, that's nice. Totally impressed with how well the machines washed and especially dried. Their dryers really do a good job and dry quickly, saving money and time! Looks like they just updated all the walls, too, looks super clean and neat. The attendants are very helpful and friendly. Hope they keep up the good work! read more

A solid laundromat. There are plenty of machines (although there were a few that were "out of order" when I was there), prices are decent, and the guy who works there was very helpful and nice. They have it set up where you kid money on a card and then use that card to pay for machine use. The parking lot is super small but that's not the fault of the business. read more

This place is great! Our washing machine broke and it didn't take long for the laundry to pile up! The Wash Works facility looks a bit questionable from the outside but inside it is very clean and well-maintained. The trash cans were regularly emptied, the bathroom was clean, even the floors had been mopped recently. The attendant was friendly and helpful. He greeted us when we first came in and checked in with us to see if there was anything else we needed. Because we had a fair amount of laundry we used the 4-load washer. It only took about 45 minutes and only cost $4.50. It was so nice to have all that laundry fresh and clean in such a short time and it was definitely worth the money! read more

It must be said that the attendant is friendly and helpful to everyone. BUT... the first time I was here there were 18 machines out of order. Now just a week later there are 20 machines marked "out of order! If you want to do laundry here you had better hurry before all the machines are broken. Update 3/15/15 - I came back only to use the remaining balance on their card you have to buy. Now there are 25 machines marked out of order!!! This place must be going out of business. read more

My dryer broke down, and the last thing I wanted to do was sit at a laundromat on a Sunday. To my surprise, this place didn't make me mind so much. The staff was super friendly and helpful (actually the guy who owned the place helped me get started, and you could tell he was just an all around nice guy). If my dryer is repaired or replaced soon, this is where I'm going. Dryers dried ($.45/10 mins) well and the double load washers ($2.30) we're quick and cleaned well. Facility was clean. I have been coming to this laundromat for many years. But In the last year the place has really gone downhill. I am even considering finding a new place to wash my laundry. I have spent thousands of dollars over the years using this business but they can't even afford an air conditioning system. It's completely hot and muggy in this place. The staff here are great and helpful but I feel bad for them that they have to work in this environment. Also there are pest issues and I always get bit by mosquitoes while trying to get my laundry done as quickly as humanly possible. I don't want to take my business somewhere else but I may have to if they don't address the heat issues. In the 10 years I have been coming here it has NEVER been this hot and sticky inside. So they cannot just blame it on the AZ heat or weather. Please fix the AC or get a new one, or you will lose a loyal customer and I can take my money elsewhere. read more

The lady in the front office is very helpful and quick to assist without you even having to ask. Lots of machines. There were quite a few that were out of order but since they had so many we had no problem finding others to use. read more

This could have been a good place to go but I walked in first to check it out since I was going to be there for a while. There was a guy there that got up and started swearing and yelling (not even sure if he was talking to anyone or not) so I decided to leave very quickly. The washers at our apt complex are tiny top load washers that do a terrible job luckily this place was right down the street :) Tried it out and the staff was super helpful and courteous and the washers come in so many size options. Yes there were a lot of out of order machines but there are still plenty to use and if not, the wait isn't long. Clothes came out so fresh and so clean :) definitely will be coming here from now on. read more

Was down in the valley for a few days and the place I was staying wanted a lot of money to send my stuff out for cleaning. Found this laundry mat near by and saved 1/2 the price the hotel wanted. It was clean and well stocked and I only saw two washers with out of order signs. There were a lot of machines so that was not an issue. The lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful. I learned they offer a wash service. Next time I will drop off and let them do it for me. read more

Had to use a laundromat since my washing machine broke down. Found this place since it is close to where i live and had good reviews. I give this place a 0. More then half the washing machines were out of order. In addition the free wifi was not working. Would not recommend or use this place again until they at least fix the machines. read more

My husband and I had to give in and take all our laundry to a laundromat; our washer broke down and the dirty clothes were piling up. Wash Works is the closest to our house, so we decided to go there. It's not quite as fancy as the website makes it out to be, but the washers come in various sizes, which saved us a ton of time - we washed really large washes and then brought them home to dry. The machines don't use quarters, instead you buy a card and "load" it with wash money. It's potentially confusing, but the attendent appeared like magic and explained everything. I can't say enough about this woman and her customer service; simply outstanding, particularly in a laundromat! We have money left on our card, which she would have cashed out for us, but the big machines are perfect for washing comforters and sleeping bags, so we decided to save the card and return when we had such a need. If you have to go to a laundromat, this is a pretty good one to go to. read more
