So it was neat that each vendor had its on cubicle-like space that was unique. We really enjoyed checking out each space and finding so many vintage and unique items. The prices were also reasonable and fair. We spent so much time looking through the place to make sure we didn't miss anything. This entire "mall" was very organized and clean which made it a good shopping experience. As far as service, when we visited on a Saturday afternoon, we didn't interact with any staff/vendor so I can't say anything about that. Some prices were reasonable and some were pretty expensive. Just depends on what you were looking for. I came in on New Year's Day to return some pillows. I didn't have my receipt, only the original tags and my credit card statement which I completely understand is a hassle. I was willing to accept store credit, a reduced refund, etc. You may as well have thought I was robbing the store - the manager was called over and never looked me in the eye, demanded my drivers license and thrust a gift card in my hand and walked away. I still wanted to buy another item and I looked to the two women at the front desk who were chatting away and said "excuse me, please?". They literally looked at each other and said "Is she talking to us?" so I could hear. I felt invisible and unimportant.
