She also helped with the design we were anticipating. Tala knew we had a cat, so she included extra fabric as a blanket to put over the head of the sofa for our cat to perch on. Lahnna (sp?) was extremely helpful in returning the item, checking with another store to locate a replacement, reserving it for me, even suggested we check the shades to make sure they're not broken as well. This was all done within 5-6 mins of the store closing for the day. She was nothing but helpful, courteous and considerate of my time. Process was easy breezy thanks to her customer service.

Upon walking in I saw two staff members talking to each other. I wandered the entire store and not once did anyone acknowledge me. Pretty surprising since there was only one other customer in the store. Another customer came in, and had to find a sales person to help her with her purchase. The other customer I saw also had to track down a sales person to ask a question. I wasn't in there very long and I saw a few things that I really liked. Some prices were reasonable and some were pretty expensive. Just depends on what you were looking for. I will probably look online to use that gift certificate unless I want to see the item in person first. It shouldn't be difficult to get help in a store or at the very least be acknowledged.
